I
ordered
a
pink
and
purple
baby
shower
cake
online,
the
full
payment
was
made
online.
I
specifically
requested
for
the
writing
on
the
cake
to
be
gold.
When
going
to
collect
the
cake,
the
writing
on
the
cake
was
dark
brown
and
when
I
asked
the
staff
why
the
colour
is
not
gold,
they
called
the
manager
in
a
different
branch
and
then
came
back
and
said
they
did
not
have
gold
so
they
changed
the
colour
to
brown
without
discussing
this
decision
with
me
(the
customer).
When
the
staff
member
requested
me
to
speak
to
the
owner
who
was
on
the
phone,
(he
said
he
was
the
owner
and
his
name
was
Baljinder)
when
I
asked
for
a
refund
as
I
was
unhappy
with
the
quality
of
the
cake,
and
the
refusal
from
staff
to
change
the
writing
on
the
cake,
he
said
he
can’t
give
me
a
refund
and
refused
to
compensate
for
their
mistake.
He
refused
to
take
ownership
for
the
mistake
and
lack
of
communication
on
their
behalf,
and
informed
me
that
as
of
now
Paul’s
Bakery
WILL
ONLY
DO
BROWN
COLOURED
WRITING
ON
ALL
OF
THEIR
CAKES.
When
asked
about
the
different
coloured
writing
that
is
available
on
the
cake,
he
informs
me
that
there
is
no
option
to
choose
the
colour
of
the
writing.
I
found
Baljinder
very
disrespectful,
unprofessional
and
that
he
did
not
care
about
customer
satisfaction.
