I went to Yardna to sell some bits of gold and also weigh the rest. We received a great rate from them (better than the other stores along Edgware Road) and the customer experience was also superb. The staff were both so nice…I am used to selling my gold in Dubai/Saudi but have found the rates here to be so much better. I would say, you’re better off selling here. I was also able to get my Cartier watch valued as I wanted to sell that too. I look forward to returning soon and would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. Everything was sorted within 10 minutes and I left with cash in my pocket. Jamie even offered me a cold beer into the bargain! Some other local jewellers could learn from the attitude at Yardna. Excellent!

Top notch services!!! Did initial research where I can get best price to sell my gold jewellery and they are by far the best. Actually, price was even better than stated online. The staff is super friendly and very fair. I had a valuable ring that I knew it was all 18k of gold. When he (I forgot his name) checked it , he noticed a small part like 2g were 21k. He could have easily not point that, if he wanted but it's not the case with Yardna. They have scales, you can double check weight and ask many questions. He is super fast, which you might think that he is doing on purpose to confuse you but he knows his business and takes action =]. So, don't worry, take your time, ask him anything, there is absolutely no pressure to sell or buy something from there. Also, they can pay bank transfer, on the day something wasn't working so I decided to get paid for my items in cash. Amazing services, strongly recommend. Honestly other than the fact this store has such a beautiful collection, the people that work there are just the sweetest. They provide 100% customer service. I gave them few items to adjust for me and since I don't live in London and couldn't go back due to work, they've mailed all the items (recorded delivery) and they all fit perfectly. Today I went to this highly reviewed store in order to sell my wife’s diamond engagement ring at her request and they provided me a quote of only 15% of what we paid on it, giving as an explanation that the diamond has a lot of impurities. Everyone who is purchasing expensive diamonds is not investing in it knowing they will lose 85% of their value in time (13 years for us). Plus we purchased it for a very good deal in the diamond district in Antwerp, Belgium. I would not bother to go to this store if you are hoping for a high value for your precious stones. Same for a Rolex which was in a very good condition selling online over £2,000 - they quoted it at only £600. Such a waste of time. I don’t know how they get such good reviews.

Clearly had a diamond bracelet 18k gold - checked it with a false diamond detector and stated it was 'glass'. Took off a few grams from the weight of the stones and proceeded to say it was worth x grams not even £150. Went elsewhere, checked the bracelet and infact all were real diamonds and worth way more. First and last time I go in here, honestly really disappointed. If i was naive and fell for that, could've sold a bracelet worth between £1.5k - £3k for £150. Please be honest with clients, this is so so bad. I want to clarify, it was not Yusuf that served me.
