I was worried about my health. I'm glad I was able to make an appointment at this clinic. Dr. Ahmad and her assistant took excellent care of me. They made me feel better. It is very pleasing to see such professional and friendly employees within the NHS.

I was hoping to get seen by someone regarding a severe skin condition but I was told abruptly that I'd have to get a referral from my GP, and when I said I'm in the same Borough I was then told it wasn't possible to be seen. Waste of time and unprofessional.

I have ENT appointments here because I don't seem to be offered my usual appointments at Queens. They always feel rushed, spare and incomplete. The nurse was lovely, very kind and polite, but the ENT specialist barely asked me any questions, didn't ask me some of the basic questions eg was I having pain in my ears, and proceeded to explain my audiogram charts from other health services that I'd shown him. Well I could see that for myself: it's pretty obvious and the charts are simple to read, and I've had them for months! He didn't listen to me when I explained recurrent infections and was dismissive about his questioning. He laughed at me when I mentioned I'd taken a couple of (scientifically credible) natural remedies which cleared up the sinus infections for duration I was using them. One is a rather potent natural antibiotic are far better (for me...) than taking antibiotics, with far fewer side effects. Perhaps learn? No indication of what would happen next about monitoring my hearing, so I had to ask. Does no-one know how to communicate with patients? I will ask for another doctor if I am required to come here again. Frustrating, and felt like a wasted journey.

Having seen many ENT doctors before, I can happily say that Dr Sonna Ifeacho is the most caring and professional doctor I have encountered. She understood what I was going through, explained everything clearly and provided me with the best treatment plan.

I have visited several doctors in NHS and also in Turkey before and had different operations for 2 times. I can easily say that Dr Sayeeda Ahmad in Harpenden was the best doctor I have visited. She was very kind and explained everything that I had asked her. If I have an ENT appointment in the future, I hope it will be Ms Sayeeda again. Also, I am really sorry to forgot her name but the doctor assistant was extremely helpful and kind as well. Before the appointment I hade hearing test with Mr Charlton, he was very helpful and very kind. He answered all my questions patiently.

Was late for an appointment due to unforseen motorway traffic, but still managed to see us and the staff were both professional and great.

2 years of visiting this team due to discharge from my ear today I discover a Cholesteatoma growing why did this team never pick this up, I now have to wait to see the damage the years of growth have done to my hearing and possibly my nerves! I wouldn't recommend this service at all

I'm utterly disappointed with the service. I felt rushed and had not been able to raise any concerns after the procedure even though I still have symptoms that are making me uncomfortable. I really would like to do another exam with a different doctor who would hear me and explain to me clearly what is going on instead of eagerly sending me out of the room.

Dr Ritchie is the best. the clinic and everybody i have encountered have been brilliant. I couldn't be happier with the service i have received.

So unprofessional! Was asked to come for an interview and allow 2.5 hours for the interview, for a (part time) role, which i already thought was excessive. Then was made to wait so long and did not even get to meet the boss and he did not even have the decency to come and apologise that he was running very late. Christian Lyons is his name. Appalling unprofessional behaviour. Whilst i was there the team did nothing but badmouth him and the company.

Very quick waiting time and great service from the specialist. He was very informative and diagnosed the problem straight away.

Dealt with quickly but felt ùnhappy that I was left high and dry with no way of knowing what to do next. No follow up to gp or advice on what to do.

My daughter was seen by ENT at the nap surgery. The lady was lovely, she listened to me And my daughter and solved our concerns .
