It's a good place to explore lovely Berkhamsted from. I paid £1 for an hour or so. There was a warden wandering round looking for any over-stayers, to fine of course, when i got back. It looks like the idiotic Dacorum Borough Council wants to build a multi storey car park here. Obviously one or two of the councillors have been 'entertained' by whoever it is that would make £s out of this potential eyesore. Get your act into gear 'Dacorum' borough council. Or your legacy will be: 'making Berkhamsted less lovely by increasing pollution and building an ugly mscp that there is no business case for'. Want that do you?

Contradicting messages on the signage. Says 4 hours max but floors 4 and 5 states 4 to 10 hours. No charge 6pm to 8am but then their is a contradiction where is says ticket will expire 4am. Machine doesn't like Samsung pay

This car park is an utter joke. Machine won't accept contactless from my card or phone, app doesn't accept Google Pay as a valid payment method, added my debit card to the app, won't accept that either. Probably accepts coins but it's 2022, I don't carry coins on me, and even if I did, I assume it won't do something as simple as giving change. 3rd time using this car park and it's the same every time.

Terrible car park when it has snowed. No gritting by council. Difficult for car drivers and pedestrians alike.

Card machines would not take Android Pay, even though they had a contactless payment pad.

It's just a car park, that is obviously very busy,and you have to strike lucky to get a parking space (which I managed to do in under 10 mins).

Easy to use car park close to centre of town centre. Tends to be busy.

Half the price of parking at Berko station

Went for coffee before a match, nice cafe.

Shocking different rates per floor, doesn’t accept cards
