Easily accessible and a lift for second floor. A excellent selection of household goods at very reasonable prices. Polite well mannered staff who are very helpful and informative. A five star rating.

It was okay...... but.... could have been better if all the items were priced. The items we required were not in stock however we would have purchased some other items as gifts had they been priced. I don't usually have the time to chase a staff member in order to get a price and will not cause myself embarrassment by telling a cashier that I don't want the item because it is too dear. I'd rather just leave it on the shelf. I'm sure I'm not the only person saying this so come on retailers, get your products marked up clearly with prices.... it may make a positive difference to your daily takings and those items that sit mysteriously on the shelf may just finish up in people's baskets.

I bought some 400 thread bed linen and wow does it feel super great to sleep in. Like satin. Cool and smooth. I'm going to get some more when I have some spare cash! Friendly staff. Great store....with a cafe, but I didn't use it this time.

Good range of goods, but a little disappointed to see a sale price on an electric iron that after the sale discount simply matched the usual retail price at other shops! Not quite the idea really.

Excellent shop with a wide variety of goods. It’s just a shame they only stock about 10 different wallpapers. There’s a cafe in this store but I can’t comment on it as I’ve never used it.

We visited Dunelm to get some roller blinds, they had a large selection but sadly not the ones we wanted on display. We checked online and it enplyed they were in stock so we asked a member of staff. The lady we asked was so helpful and friendly she went to check in the stockroom several times until she found the ones we wanted. I can't remember her name but she did have a slight limp when walking, this lady went above and beyond to help us so a BIG THANK YOU to that lady, I wish I'd got her name. 🙂

Drippy staff and a member ofstaff thinking she is the queen of the throne and owns the device the to do click and collect. Took over 10 minutes to do collect 3 orders because the staffmember had to keep giving the device back to the Queen.

I attended this shop to collect my click and collect order. There was plenty of parking spaces available and the shop doors are large so it is easy to get in and out. Checkout was quick and easy. The goods are well made and I am very satisfied with them.

Spent over £700 with then I'd of expected some kind of discount no they would rather me order on line and pay for delivery that's them paying then I'd get 10 % even though its in stor and I took it away told me to put it back order on line wait 5 day and the ill get discount stupidly

Very nice staff and good quality goods. We have purchased several flat pack items of furniture and found them to be very good value.

We had a good browse around this Dunhelm store and found some curtains we will buy next time we visit ! This is a good store to spend time in and well worth a visit and the cafe was good also!

Went here with family and friends. Love Dunhelm, Wisbech, such a lovely store. Full of wonderful ideas for the home, Christmas stock in, looks really festive in there. Went to the cafe and had a delicious mince pie with cream and a cup of tea. Recommend you take a visit there. 😍

Fairly good sale items but avoid trip on Sundays as not many staff serving on checkouts resulting in lengthy queues

Bought the dorma winchester bedding and curtains from Wisbech store. The staff were very helpful, also when i had to return to replace a bed cover that was slightly damaged No issues what so ever, brilliant help from Karen who arranged to have the curtains altered for me. very professional knew exactly what she was doing. very welcome friendly environment in this store.

Looking for a pillow today, there are pillows displayed above each type to test. Every single one was so dirty at the edges where you can feel the pillow (there was a plastic strip covering the middle of the pillow.) I can't begin to imagine how many germs live on these almost black pillows, especially after covid. A real health hazard, and not a good advert for the store. Disgusting.

Lovely Experience, I actually only went in to use the Pausa Coffee Shop, first time I have been there in some years, I found the food excellent for a light afternoon snack, I chose the Hunters Chicken Panini and an Afternoon Cream Tea, everything was lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive, the facilities including the Ladies toilets were first rate, I will definitely be using the coffee shop again, I have been a regular Dunelm shopper for many years, and I am pleased to say they are maintaining the standard, a lovely shopping and eating experience, I will highly recommend to my friends, easy for parking, and handy for many other retail outlets Best regards Julie Lowe
