Have always loved Liz Earl products so was excited to visit the original flagship store. Was not disappointed. Lovely spacious shop, attentive, knowledgeable staff and, of course, great products

Expected a much larger shop, seeing as it's their flagship store and the Isle of Wight is their home. That said, the were promoting a new product that my wife brought. Friendly staff, well set out.

Wanted just cleanse and polish also the instant boost skin tonic. Lady in the shop says do you want muslin clothes yes says I she puts them in the bag on Y to get home with an extra c&p did not expect not great customer service

As an avid Liz Earle fan, it was such a treat to finally visit their store! Amazing offers on and the staff we so helpful without being pushy. I think I was served by Michelle who was so lovely and helped me choose the right products and offers. Can't wait to go back when I return to the island on holiday again.

Fabulous facial at Liz Earle Ryde, came out feeling amazing. I am a recent convert to Liz Earle products after being persuaded to try them by Kerry Chant @ Liverpool St but I now wouldn’t go back to my old, definitely more expensive, routine

Customer service ladies were helpful and willing to do demonstrations! They had all varieties of products available. Easily accessible as located along the high street in Ryde Spa rooms were clean and quiet however shop is abit small in my opinion I would visit again though 👏👏

Amazing Experience! Treated my Mum and Nan to a massage each here and it was amazing. Staff were so welcoming and kind, and made us feel really at ease! All of us left feeling really relaxed and calm it was amazing. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anybody who’s looking for a relaxing treatment with Liz Earle products!
