This concert was recommended to me by friends, but it far exceeded my expectations. The high quality of the musical performance and repertoire, associated with the church environment, made this concert a highlight of my visit to Madeira Island.

As a professional guitarist myself I can 100% assure you that these concert are worth a visit (or many!). The atmosphere is amazing, beautiful church and the repertoire is carefully chosen to offer the public one of the most amazing musical experience you will have! It’s fresh. It’s different! And it will be one of the highlights of your time in Madeira!

SUPER!! You really cannot miss hearing this amazing quartet. It was recommended by a friend of mine who was in the Island some months ago and WOW, I was amazed by the variety of repertory that was played. As a musician myself, I can imagine the work behind the performance. I do see the effort of each member of the quartet, the musicality throughout the pieces whether being through dynamics or the construction of the musical phrases was impressive. In my opinion they lived up to the music that was played, 110%. Apart from the professionalism, which was evident, I still had the opportunity to try Madeira’s incredible wine. Music and wine in one concert, sign me up 🙌🍷 Such an amazing experience. If you’re in the Island you really should go to one of their concerts, you won’t regret it one bit. It was such a lovely concert! The repertoire was diverse, the musicians put a lot of heart and the lights in the church were a perfect match. The wine we were offered before the concert was very tasty. So I definitely recommend the whole experience.

It was such a fabulous evening, that I went twice! An amazing setting that really complements the talent that is on display by the four guitarists. If you have even the slightest interest in acoustic guitar of any style, you should come and see these guys.

Madeira Guitar Quartet presents a beautiful, virtuoso and excellent repertoire. The Presbyterian Church of Madeira has the appropriate acoustics and is a pleasant space to enjoy a beautiful concert in an atmosphere of leisure and relaxation. Before the concert, the musicians interact with the audience, at the church's garden, where we can also enjoy an elegant and refined Madeira chalice. I Strongly recommend!
