Carlos and his wife run an wonderful small surfshop and surf school close to the surf beach. So you can just grab a board and suit and be in the waves in zwei minutes. They are super nice, helped my wife and me to find out which boards to take for the conditions and described which places at the beach would be best to catch and what the be cautious for (which is not much, just a small current close to the pear). So, you should definitely check out this place! P.S.: In the surf shop there is a café and restaurant where you can grab an amazing coffee and enjoy a great poké bowl after your session :-)

This place was a food highlight for me and my boyfriend while staying in playa da Rocha. Excellent coffee (we're a bit a bit spoiled with the quality of coffee shops in London). Amazing and fresh poke!!! that comes in super big portions :)

Best surf shop in the area! It’s a one stop shop for everything. They have a newly opened poke bar and the food and juices are super fresh and tasty. There’s good wifi so you can work remotely too. We rented surf boards, body boards and wet suits - all for reasonable prices. We also did a standup paddleboard tour with the owner Carlos - he takes you to beautiful spots that are off the beaten track so aren’t crowded with tourists. Plus he was flexible with the tour time so that we were able to go, which we really appreciated. The whole team is super friendly and helpful and we always felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend it!

15 stars from me – 5 for the poke bowls and coffee, 5 for the SUP tour and another 5 for the friendly staff and cool shop. Make sure to check it out if you are ever around town!

Rented surfboard for 3 days , very good and friendly service. Quality boards, all sizes and levels available. Close acces to the beach. Nice shop, also in addition there is a nice pokebowl bar that comes with the shop. Would recommend, and would return if i ever come back to portimao
