Top service and facilities overall. I was impressed with the attention to detail, both on service and the whole building (including rooms). Location is short walk from anything you might need, and easy to navigate to the rest of island. Angra has a lot of steep streets, so be ready for it. If you want a stress free break, I'd recommend anytime. Very helpful with concise information, maps, and anything you might need . Will have to come back visit again sometime in the future.

Beautiful hotel with amazing hosts. Every detail has been thought about. If you need information about the island then Helena and her husband are happy to help. The rooms are well equipped and decorated. The breakfast is delicious with everything local to the Açores, including many home made items. The location is great, very close to the town centre, restaurants, shops, beach.

Top quality, staff and location. Very close and supportive with the local culture and services. I doubt there is a better place to stay in the city, the kindness and attention of the staff are for sure the most remarkable aspect of this awesome hotel

The accommodation is beautiful, everywhere is clean and tidy, lovely facilities. The owners and the lady at the reception are very nice, they help with everything and are very attentive to the guests. The breakfast was phenomenal, full of delicious locally sourced produce, cheeses, hams, local fruit and tea and coffee. We are very happy with the accommodation and will definitely stay here again if we visit the island again.

A perfect place where to stay when in Angra do Heroismo, right in the city center. But what makes the stay even more amazing apart from the hotel itself and the location is the kindness and professionalism of Sergio & Helena and their staff. They managed to book us a rental car last minute with their contacts which was not an easy thing and gave us as well lots of recommandations on what to visit and where to eat. Breakfast was very good as well with local and hand made products. You feel welcomed and like at home. It was perfect. Thanks again Sergio and Helena and hope to see you again soon

Clean rooms and excellent location. The biggest highlight is the wonderful owners and staff. They made our experience very enjoyable, with tons of help planning, information about the island and travel tips. Definitely stay here! We hope to again one day.

Amazing place. Helena and Sergio are super nice hosts, always friendly and with a lot of great recommendations for our stay on Terceira. The breakfast with a lot of local specialties was really good. If we come again to the Azores we will definitively stay here again.

My partner and I just stayed here in a suite for a week. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Helena, her husband Sergio, and their staff were some of the most wonderful people we have ever met! It felt like as if we were staying with family! The location was perfect with easy access to many attractions, restaurants and bars in Angra. If you have a rental car, free parking is available on the street or about 150 metres away at a church. The included breakfast was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re planing a visit to Terceira.

Sergio, Helena, and Beatriz were the most accommodating people I have ever dealt with while traveling. This is the cleanest and well thought out hostel I've ever been to. My favorite hostel ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great location, comfy beds, great breakfast. It has it all!

Lovely hostel in the center of town! Helena, her husband Sergio and their staff make you feel right at home. Sergio provides you with all the information about activities, places to see and restaurants on the island. The rooms are new, spotless and very comfortable. The varied breakfast buffet is the perfect start to the day made from local ingredients and with fresh fruits and local specialities.

We just got back from an incredible stay at Memoria hostel. We stayed for 5 nights and we had decided to book directly with the hotel which we did not regret one bit. The owners, Helena and Sergio, we super lovely and welcoming. They gave us a lot of information about the island which we appreciated and even helped us sort our car rental in advance! The hotel is super super clean and beautiful. We had our room cleaned everyday and breakfast was delicious as well. Helena and Sergio went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even prepared us a little takeaway breakfast for our last day as we had an early flight ❤️ Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in recently - super recommended to anyone looking to visit Terceira!

Verre nice hostel to stay. The people are carrying and verry interesting in youre well. The rooms are verry clean and nice decorated. The breakfast is ok !! Its anice location near the centre. Verry reconable.

Comfortable, quiet, and really well managed. Great location (free parking nearby) but also at the center. Hosts and staff are super friendly and gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do on the island. Rooms look great are are impeccably clean.

A fantastic choice for accomodation. This is listed as a hostel but in our experience it felt much more like a very smart hotel. Hosts Helena and Sergio were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms were incredibly clean and well stocked. The breakfast was also excellent and as a plus, the shower pressure was also brilliant. Definitely reserve yourself a place here when you visit Terceria!
