Really poor standards and value for money. The quality of the accommodation was very poor. Rats were seen running freely around the perimeter of properties probably due to the overflowing bins The site is stuck in the distant past and has failed to move with the times. This is a beautiful location and could be something very special but the leaders and managers lack vision and hospitality standards.

Very nice place to visit. Their on site cafe / restaurant does lovely salads and stacks. All the apartments on the complex are low rise set in beautiful gardens with lots of space so nobody is on top of one another.

Horrible experience to the extent that we booked for 5 nights but changed hotels after 1 night. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this. Property was dirty, shower was blocked and rooms and bedding generally very dusty and uncomfortable. We came home one night and found cockroaches running about in the property and shells on the bedding- shocking and nasty. There was no way we could sleep there. Unable to get through to host at all times despite calling her numerous times and reception was unhelpful saying they couldn't do anything as properties are private. Hotel refused to provide refund despite providing photos and evidence of issues and offered 30 euro compensation which was insulting. This trip ended us costing double as we booked another hotel after 1 night. Just to add- WiFi does not work and property was a 10 minute walk from reception which was not made clear before. Made it difficult to carry luggage in the heat. Would not recommend at all!!!

Been so many times to stay here, and never failed me. It's quiet and calm. And they have the facility to go by train to the beach, and the beach is always amazing. The room is clean, and also has kitchen equipments, which is nice. It's just the way that i need, to sleep, rest and relax. It's just the "don't disturb" paper sign is missing. So the guest can skip the room to be cleaned meanwhile we were having a nap in the afternoon.

Very tranquil location. Ideal for families with young children. You definitely need a car here to explore or as many families also had bicycles which can be hired on site. Swimming pool a plus.

Nice resort, very peaceful. I would suggest more lights and signs specially for the car path. The guy at the reception was not really helpful, and twice somebody from the same reception complained about some tourists who didnt know English and only french. I think this is not very nice in a touristic resort. Apart from that, nice stay, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful place to stay in lovely surroundings near to a fabulous beach accessed by small train or you can walk over the Ria Formosa. Area of outstanding beauty. No high rise buildings and noisy night clubs.

You can't beat the location of this place. Its extremely family friendly and close to the beach which you can access by the free train. The apartment complex are a kictue of studio, villas and apartments. We stayed in a villa. The villa has most things you need. The facilities in our villa were a bit run down and somethings could do with a refresh. Howe if you remember the idea is to spend most od your time outdoors there really is no issue! We would go again!
