I had a oral cleaning and I was not satisfied. It took maximum 20 minutes, that’s not good at all. How it is possible? They did not hurt me but I don’t feel my mouth clean as it should. Also a terrible thing is they charge me a different amount from what I got in the phone. They say it had some extras, even when I was informed it was included. I don’t recommend.

They make appointment and then make you wait 35 minuts. Without any apologize or something. I feel like they treat me like clown.

I had a first evaluation consultation which went within the expected standards and the Dr prescribed 2 medications but the next day I had a doubt about one of them so I called to try to clarify my doubt and also find out from the Dr if there was really a need to take it due to my sensitive stomach. The person who attended to me was anything but empathetic and friendly. Apparently the Dr. wasn't there (or at least, there was some difficulty in contacting him at that time) and he started by saying that "if the Dr. ordered it to be taken like this, it's because it's supposed to be taken like that". Afterwards, as I insisted on completely clarifying my doubts, he was there trying to stall without being completely clear and especially always very cold. I was super impressed from then on (and I said it on the phone, I don't just come to the internet to say bad things) and I canceled my appointment. The Drs can be fantastic and provide a great service (I didn't have the chance to know) but as the person at the counter serving the public was so insensitive, I completely lost my desire.

If you’re new in town and you’re looking for a top-notch dental hygienist that’s your place. Go and ask for Catarina. She’s very talented, friendly and pretty honest about what you can do to improve or to prevent any problems you might have in the future. Probably the first dental hygienist really passionate about their job that I’ve ever met. Totally recommend it!

I don't recommend it at all, if you can, run away (literally)! They completely ruined two of my teeth that I just had today treated at another clinic, and this issue could have been completely avoided. Doctors are always rotating and absent (why is that?!), which does not create any safety for the patient. They have absolutely no rigor in the office. Oral hygiene is a joke, it took 15 minutes when the average elsewhere, in my experience, is at least 60 minutes. They do not isolate the tooth when treating cavities. They open decayed teeth whose last X-ray was taken months ago, without taking into account the possible evolution of the tooth decay, only to say after the tooth is opened that the cavity is huge and they are unable to do anything, sending the patient home in pain. They do resin restorations literally every 3 strokes (in one of the ones they gave me, the doctor spent the whole time complaining and it was extremely unpleasant), which caused me to almost lose that tooth and caused me to suffer the worst toothache I have ever felt. date. It's really sad, but I have nothing good to say about Oral Project Alvalade. One of my worst mistakes was having gone through that door and entrusting my teeth to those "dentists" who, in my opinion, are more butchers.

Good afternoon, I feel very badly treated by Oral Project Lisboa. I spent two weeks waiting for the appointment that had been booked for 12/6/23, at 5:45 pm. I left work early and I imagine I missed some clients, just so I wouldn't be late for my appointment. Meanwhile, at 5:10 pm I take a look at my cell phone and notice that they canceled my reservation at 5 pm for reasons of force majeure (on a sunny day, how absurd!). Out of the blue, at the last minute, however, I call there and it is confirmed that Mrs. Doctor simply didn't go to work today. Thank you very much for your kindness and the waste of my time.
