Adega da Marina celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and is perhaps the busiest restaurant in Lagos, with the most significant number of seats. On this visit, the restaurant filled up quickly, and in a restaurant of this size, it is not easy to work efficiently and in an organized way, as employees and management do. I chose the Tenderloin steak, mixed salad, and accompanied with the house red wine. Usually, when I'm by myself, I never order starters. The steak was good but not the best one that I have eaten. For dessert, as usual, my favorite cheesecake.

Great local restaurant. Paid 30€ for the swordfish and baby squid. They were good but I won’t say amazing. The swordfish was a tad too dry and the baby squid could do with a sweeter sauce but maybe this is how locals eat it. I would give the place another try. The atmosphere was great - very busy and service very slow

This restaurant is popular and it fills up very quickly. The dishes are okay but not the best. The clams were very good but we wish the portion could be bigger. The sardines were too big and not as crispy as they should be. Fish/Squids were cooked a tad too dry. It’s worth a visit but I do recommend to try other places in town as well.

Nice restaurant with a wide variety of Portuguese dishes at a really affordable price. If you're looking for a fancy ambiance, it might not be the best restaurant (the atmosphere is a bit cafeteria-like). The service was very quick considering the crowd, and the servers were relatively kind and efficient. I recommend everyone to come and eat here if you're passing through Lagos.

One of the best restaurants in Lagos!! Always a must when we are here, incredible value and great atmosphere. Simple Portuguese dishes done very well. The food is excellent and in particular the shrimp / prawns - 500g for two people is perfect. Highly recommend a visit for a relaxed evening.

Amazing place for a quality dinner date or for the whole family. Came here with friends (8 pax), so we had lot's of different dishes. We had chicken, rips, fish and seafood and literally every single dish was prepared and seasoned perfectly. You can tell that the kitchen specialized on each of their meals. Eventually we ended up ordering several desserts which were delicious 🤤 So all over 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We saw long queues outside this restaurant multiple times on our holiday so decided we would go one evening. We went early to beat the queue, around 5:30/6pm. It was huge inside, like a big dining hall. The portions are large and we’ll worth the money we even took some potatoes, bread and fish pate home with us. The garlic squids are delicious, I got picanha brasileira and it was quite tasty, sliced thin but cooked very well. My partner got the swordfish and it was delicious, meaty and flavoursome.

We were recommended this place by our taxi driver - and actually came here twice during our visit to Lagos. We had some wonderful food and some lovely vinho verde - the cheapest per litre that we found on our trip. The atmosphere was great, super busy with a healthy mix of tourists and locals. Food highlights for us were the Bacalhau and the little cheese. Highly recommend!
