    I made an appointment for an ENT because I had ear infections caused by water that got into my pool. I explained to the doctor what had happened and she asked if I was healthy. My answer was yes, although I had a deviated septum that I refused to operate on. From this statement of mine, the consultation took on different contours. He described his curriculum to me, told me about the surgical methods he uses and after literally removing a lump of wax from my ears, he sent me to an adjoining room for an audiogram. So far so good, although I found it strange to be doing hearing tests with my ear completely blocked by otitis media. With the test in hand, showing me how my hearing was affected (of course!!! that's what took me there) he continued to convince me to have the surgery urgently, he sent me a request for a CT scan at another hospital that he recommended and immediately began predicting dates at a dizzying speed. I only had an ear infection! I left there swearing to myself that I would never go to that appointment again, which got worse when, for a consultation that would cost €30, I was presented with a bill for €115 for exams that were carried out without any advance notice of the cost and that I assumed they were part of the consultation. I won't go back to that place and unfortunately I see that there are more people complaining about the same thing. What a lack of ethics!

Sai do local totalmente desolada e todos os funcionários não tem habilidade e sentivilidade para tomar decisões inteligentes, são apenas robôs que cumprem ordens e que tratam os pacientes que pagam 80 euros por uma consulta de 5 minutos como um numero, resumindo, você vai nessa clínica para ser mal tratado, paga caro, sai sem solução, passa por stress e não resolve nada.     Apesar de não ter que reclamar dos profissionais que aqui trabalham, e o seu profissionalismo é do melhor que tenho visto, a clínica em si(logística, gestão) ficou presa no século passado. É imcompreensível como funciona a recepção, quer venha pedir informações, pagar, marcar consultas/exames ou já tenha consulta marcada tem de esperar toda a gente por toda a gente... Isto não se vê em mais lado nenhum em qualquer outra clínica até pelo telemóvel dá para fazer o check in. Estou a fazer fisioterapia e todos os dias tenho que tirar senha esperar, esperar e depois sou atendido para me darem um papel para entregar aos terapeutas...!!! Eles bem dizem para comparecer 15minutos antes, mas nem isso chega, a média de espera supera os 25minutos facilmente... Melhor ainda sabendo que várias secções têm uma "micro recepção" que serve apenas para receber o papelinho da recepção!!! Imcompreensível

    Das piores ou mesmo pior clínica que já fui. Primeiro parece que estamos a entrar num túmulo, tetos baixos, sem janelas e um corredor gigante. Péssimo para quem é clautrofobico. Na parte da unilabs lá no fundo, onde fui fazer os exames, estive mais de 25 minutos para fazer a inscrição e tinha apenas 4 números a minha frente. Além de quase não ter recepcionistas, as poucas que lá estavam atendiam uma pessoa, levantavam-se e iam passear... sempre que atendiam apenas uma pessoa!! O exame foi rápido, mas demoraram mais de uma semana para entregar os resultados e quando os fui buscar, além de demorar cerca de 15 minutos pra ser atendido sem ter ninguém à minha frente, nem sequer sabiam onde os resultados estavam!! Uma completa desorganização, o que numa instituição de saúde não inspira confiança nenhuma. Se valoriza o seu tempo, dinheiro e saúde, procure outras clínicas que certamente ficará mais bem servido. Nunca esquecendo que na saúde privada, como em qualquer negócio, o que interessa é o lucro...

    O atendimento da clínica espregueira em si, é muito bom! O motivo das 2 estrelas é referente ao atendimento da Unilabs para a prestação do serviço de imagiologia. Realizei um exame de Raio X e Ressonância Magnética há quase 1 mês, exame esse que custou caro e até agora não consegui fazer a retirada do laudo/relatório. Já realizado contato telefônico por 4 vezes e em ambos, sem sucesso, com a desculpa de que o médico está com um excesso de laudos para realizar e sem uma previsão de quando o meu exame irá realmente ficar pronto. Isto é um absurdo. Estou aguardando o resultado do exame para realizar o tratamento adequado e estou impossibilitada por um problema que não tem data para ser solucionado. Realizam um serviço que não são capazes de entregar o resultado. LAMENTÁVEL!!!

    Há muitos anos que sou cliente desta clínica na medicina dentária. Anteriormente chamava-se Clínica do Dragão. Tinha boa experiência dos seus serviços e as tarifas eram razoáveis. Hoje fui a uma consulta para desvitalizar um dente e tudo correu bem até ao momento do pagamento. Nessa altura disseram- me que tinha a pagar 212€. Nunca na minha vida me pediram nem metade desse valor por uma consulta. E o valor era esse porque tenho o plano Wells, nem quero imaginar quanto seria se não o tivesse... Nunca mais lá volto a pôr os pés, vou procurar outra clínica. Tenha cuidado, pode ter também uma má surpresa como eu tive e muito me incomodei...

    Fiz infiltração a anca e quando fui fazer a 2a sessão informaram: 1 que tinha sido desmarcada, depois que o aparelho estava avariado, e por fim que o médico tinha um compromisso, já tinha saído.     Having suffered a soft tissue fracture caused by a fall a dozen years ago and suffering from pain in the affected area, I tried to find out which doctor specializing in orthopedics/sports medicine would be the most reputable to see me. The recommendation I accepted was that of Professor Espregueira Mendes, for whom I scheduled a face-to-face consultation at Clínica Espregueira - Estádio do Dragão (last February 14th) for which I expressly traveled from Lisbon. The day before they called me from the clinic to confirm the appointment. At reception they invited me to pay €90 in advance (without accepting any subsystem or health insurance) and when I entered the doctor's office an assistant He informed me that the Professor had gastroenteritis and so the consultation would not be in person but via video (!). From a distance, the Professor prescribed me three exams (two Echoes and an X-ray) to be carried out immediately at the clinic's services and then continue with the (video) consultation with the results. When I went to ask for the tests, I was informed that the doctor had to leave early, due to family commitments, and would no longer be able to prepare the (Eco) reports that afternoon! Surprised (for the second time), I complained about the situation and the Professor, in a new video communication, proposed that I carry out the exams in Lisbon and send the results to these services by email so that he could review them and arrange a subsequent contact. by video from Lisbon. But this February 14th meant an express trip from Lisbon to Porto (and back) with the inherent costs and inconvenience, for a face-to-face consultation that did not take place, which would have been easily avoided with a prior phone call from the Clinic's services. After the exams were carried out in Lisbon, I sent the respective reports to the Clinic, after which I called to schedule the continuation of the video consultation with Professor Espregueira Mendes, explaining the background.     In april, Jeroen Biere and I, Kasper Bos, visited the Clinica do Dragão. As physiotherapist students we had the opportunity to follow a small internship-course of three days. We had an amazing time and learned a lot from the medical staff, physiotherapists and researchers of the facility. We had the opportunity to take a look at the surgeries performed at the nearby hospital. We were amazed by the expertise and diligence of the medical staff. It was a pleasant surprise that the surgeons were very open and took the time to explain everything about the clinic and surgeries. Once we were at the Clinica do Dragão, we got a tour through the various facilities of this institution. We saw the high-end equipment the physiotherapists used to rehabilitate their patients. For example they used a treadmill in which they could reduce the amount of gravity, patients could learn to walk of run again without putting too much pressure on their joints. The therapists gave us a great inside look of the way they treat patients and were very helpful to answer all al our questions. We met some of the researchers of the clinic and found out that some major findings in surgeries and therapy were discovered here, in Porto. Just like the surgeons and therapists, the research-team was very kind to share their expertise. We want to thank all the staff of the Clinica do Dragão for all the opportunities they gave us and their open and kind attitude toward us.
