The people are so nice and caring. A week ago my Chloe went there because she had earache in no time she was felling much better. I liked the service and the kindness that I made an appointment to have Chloe groomed I just came from there. She looks so pretty and smells like a baby...so sweet. I am posting a picture before and after.

This I believe is the best vets around Dr Paulo is very professional and calms me down. I get very nervous bringing my bunny to the vets. Friendly and polite receptionists always.

I came with a small animal in a really critical state. was not accepted because there was no doctor in the clinic. the medical staff did not even ask what was wrong with the animal and did not even try to help. Awfull

They are so nice and caring my little Morkie was having earaches I took her there in no time she was feeling better. The place is very nice with beautiful gardens well kept, inside is also very nice and clean. By the way they speak English...bonus. Next week I am taking Chloe there for grooming...yes they do that also...another bonus I am here in vacation...I go to the spa why not my pooch 😀

They do seem to care about our animals. We inherited 15 cats when our neighbour passed away. This veterinary establishment has looked after most of them over the last 15 years . There are vets closer to us, but I have no reason to not recommend them to anybody.

The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. No appointment was necessary. My labradoodle had his rabies titre test completed here. The whole process took less than an hour and the blood was dispatched to the laboratory immediately 👍 Excellent service

I have been using this vet's since they opened, first for my cat the my birds and now my dogs, they are always very friendly and helpful, when my dog was sterilised a couple of years ago they kept me updated as they knew how anxious I was, plus they have very reasonably priced accessories and treats in the waiting room.

This is a fabulous vets, they know Sooty and are always kind and gentle. They diagnosed dementia in moments, i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic vet! Our french bulldog is always excited to visit his favourite vets! They did his eye and soft palette surgery, eye ulcer surgery and are taking care of every small thing and every vaccine - we love them. Can’t recommend enough! Excellent specialists and you can tell they love all animals ❤️

Great service and very friendly sraff

I am writing this review from an honest view from the experience we have had here: The doctors were rude, they didn't listen and ignored anything we had to explain.They were treating us as if they were superior. We were afraid to leave our cat there. Such an aggressive behaviour, no sympathy, it felt very bad. They did not show compassion towards the situation. Maybe they judged us by our looks, we are not the richest, all we wanted was the best for our cat. The behaviour felt very inhuman and unprofessional . They might have put their ego before anything else. We will not go there again, I don't recomend. This makes me sad about humanity. After that we went to a diferent doctor, which explained us the things professionaly and showed compassion. Our cat ended up getting the operation she needed and survived. I wish we would have went there earlier instead of this. I am writing this review because I made the mistake of choosing this vet because it had the best reviews, and than we ended up loosing precious time in which our cat could have been helped, puting her in bigger risk. I just don't wish this experience to anyone else, when a beloved life is in danger. I hope they can also learn from this review. And become better. I am sorry if any ego was touched. Some things just need to be said. Also I edited my review to ask the owner if it is even legal to give out so much private information about a patient?
