criticism

felt
obliged

edit
after
the
response

me.

nutrition
consultation
since

justification,

that
this
mentality
of
prioritizing
profit
and
harming
the
customer
(I
didn't
sign
any
of
this)

in

loss
of
customers
in

medium/long
term.
I

unfortunately,
considering
canceling
my
contract
(even
if
there
was

loyalty
period,
non-compliance
with
the
service
would
be
grounds
for
termination)

it
is
not
about
the
value
of
the
service
that
I
do
not
enjoy
and
is
charged
for,

rather
the
attitude
and
posture
of
this
administration.

luck
of
this
administration
is

by

resolve
this
situation.

owner
responded
to
this
criticism,
"we

like
to
know
what

wrong"
but
in

way
that
they
don't
contact,
they
don't
do
anything
to
find
out,
they
respond
automatically
and
in
the
same
way
to
all
criticisms...they
only
personalize
when
the
criticisms
refer
to
charges,
remember
that
there
is
a
contract...
because
I
signed
one,
which
states
a
service
that
I
am
paying
for
and
do
not
benefit
from.
As
I
intend
to
have
consultations
in
person
and
not
online
(only
then
will
they
be
deducted
from
the
monthly
fee),
I
do
not

right
to

reimbursed"
for
the
amount
they
unduly
charged
me
for
missing
this
service.

they

even
read
the

just
copy

paste
the
