a
criticism
that
I
felt
obliged
to
edit
after
the
response
given
to
me.
I
haven't
had
a
nutrition
consultation
since
October
(approximately)
despite

charged
as
part
of
the
monthly
fee.

reason,

for

amount
to

deducted
from
the
monthly
fees
until

service
exists,

the
"company
does
not
make
adjustments
to
the
monthly
fee...".
I
don't
understand
the
reason,
the
justification,
but
I
think
that
this
mentality
of
prioritizing
profit
and
harming
the
customer
(I
didn't
sign
any
of
this)
ends
up
resulting
in
the
loss
of
customers
in
the
medium/long
term.
I
am,
unfortunately,
considering
canceling
my
contract
(even
if
there
was
a
loyalty
period,
non-compliance
with
the
service
would
be
grounds
for
termination)
and
it
is
not
about
the
value
of
the
service
that
I
do
not
enjoy
and
is
charged
for,
but
rather
the
attitude
and
posture
of
this
administration.
The
luck
of
this
administration
is

in

employees
it

I

canceled
yet
because
I
am
well
supported
by
my
PT,
Joana
Castela.
I

contacted
by
Mr.
LuĂs
Sobrinho
to
resolve
this
situation.
However,
the
owner
responded
to
this
criticism,
"we
would
like
to
know
what
went
wrong"
but
in
such
a
way
that
they
don't
contact,
they
don't
do
anything
to
find
out,
they
respond
automatically
and
in
the
same
way
to
all
criticisms...they
only
personalize
when
the
criticisms
refer
to
charges,
remember
that
there
is
a
contract...
because
I
signed
one,
which
states
a
service
that
I
am
paying
for
and
do
not
benefit
from.
As
I
intend
to
have
consultations
in
person
and
not
online
(only
then
will
they
be
deducted
from
the
monthly
fee),
I
do
not
"have
the
right
to
be
reimbursed"
for
the
amount
they
unduly
charged
me
for
missing
this
service.

think
they
don't
even
read
the
reviews...they
just
copy
and
paste
the
answers.
