    From the comments presented here, I realize that I am one of the people who was scammed... I paid on the 1st of this month and until today, 14 days after having paid by Multibanco (online), without ordering or anything to confirm the your shipment. I haven't received any of those emails yet that they say I received, claiming that the product was out of stock, but I'm not even going to wait! ... I know that we currently have rights and duties (online), it is legislated, including for cases like these. I will no longer try to contact the company on my own initiative (whether by phone, email or having to go to Leça da Palmeira - where it is headquartered, apparently - and find myself in the door) and in vain. For now, in the last email, I announced that I wanted to cancel this order, "I still have time", it seems to me. And then, next week for example, I'll move on to Plan B. Get hooked! ...

    I am waiting for an order placed and paid for on the 2nd of February 2021, they informed me that an item was unavailable, after the payment was made I asked for an exchange for another product on the same day of the 3rd of February 2021, call the landline number, mobile, WhatsApp and no one answers or responds today, February 11th, I still haven't received shipping information, despite having already provided it 2 times. I will never buy anything here again and I don't recommend it to anyone, based on the experience I'm having at least

    The initial experience had a problem that was soon resolved and I thought that from then on everything would be fine. Some items I ordered (which appeared as available on the website) were not available in stock and no one informed me, they waited a week until I came to ask about the delay to tell me about the lack of products. They soon presented me with other options and we made the changes and until then I thought everything was resolved. They told me that they would prepare the order and as soon as it was ready they would send me the tracking code. I placed the order on 04/30 because the dog I adopted arrives at my house at the end of April and due to the current situation I wanted to buy in advance to have time for everything to arrive considering possible delays. On May 15th, the bag of food and a box containing only 2 of the dozens of items I ordered arrived at my house. I contacted them and was told that my order had been split into two to speed up delivery. Since then, they haven't answered calls and haven't responded to my messages. The day is coming when my cousin will bring the dog and I no longer know what to do. Because I don't have the items or the refund to make the purchase in another store.

    Very bad service! I placed an order on 03/4 and today, 03/19, I still haven't received it....they said it would take 2 to 3 business days to arrive! The day after the purchase I received an email saying that a product was out of stock. I suggested another product to replace and it was out of stock too. 5 days after the purchase I received another email saying that another product was out of stock... I asked for a refund, they said it would take 1 business day and still nothing. No money, no order, no response to emails.

    My initial experience was not positive but, coincidentally or not, 1 day after posting here I received an email with updated information and this morning I received part of the products with the promise of refunding the amount corresponding to the missing item. Delays and even failures are understandable when contact is established and duly justified, what is not correct is the lack of communication.

Today, the 18th, and after several emails and messages through Instagram and WhatsApp, they sent me confirmation of delivery. However, the code they sent me doesn't even exist on the carrier's website, and obviously when I try to ask about it, I don't get any response. Terrible customer service.

    Company with no commitment whatsoever to the customer, I was about to receive 1 product and ended up not receiving it, I was informed that the particular product was coming in the next order. Today the order arrives when I open it and but once no product! I don't recommend buying from them, there is an absurd delay in delivering orders, you call the company and they don't answer your call, I send an email and after days you receive some response! I do not recommend anyone to make any purchases

    Positive comments can only be purchased. The Noah's Ark Store belongs to the Vivapets group - they may change their name, but don't give in: the products don't arrive, they take MONTHS to respond to anything, when you click, from the store page, to Instagram we are directed back to the website and if you notice the Facebook page there have been no new posts since March. The website is super appealing with lots of brands and products, but it's all a facade. They keep the money, they don't accept returning it, always saying that the product will arrive. There are lots of stores that are trustworthy: Loja do Cão, Petcity, Petness, Box Animal... don't waste time or energy in this store. They will lose their patience a million times, waste precious time and gain headaches. RUN AWAY!

    Years of shopping online, this was by far the worst experience ever. These days, such a lack of respect cannot be understood. I made a purchase of around €200 in March: nothing has arrived yet. I receive emails signed by a Débora who insists on not returning the money. I've already filed the necessary complaints through the available means - I doubt I'll get back the investment I made :(

    I give it 5* and I can't understand so many negative comments. I placed the order and within 24 hours it was in my possession. Just a small stock problem, where a Mr. Diogo contacted me via email, it was resolved instantly and at the end of the day I already had the order number to track. I also want to say that this review was not bought. All I have to say is, very good prices and excellent service.
