Unfortunately, there were serious allergen contamination issues. The order came with unwanted ingredients. When asked to correct the order, they barely removed the contaminants, not according to food safety procedures, which required a clean dish. The order came fully contaminated with the unwanted ingredients. This is not normal.

This place is absolute garbage, the customer service was terrible. When I asked for ketchup, the lady working made it seem like I was asking for the world. Although the fries were good the cockpit burger was disguising, extremely dry. I would rather starve then have to talk the lady working here again.

I asked for a simple glass of tap water to eat my medicine and the person decided to be frustrated with me as the shop was delayed in opening at the fault of the employee. He further decided to curse at me in Portuguese. The attitude of this staff was terrible.

Ordered a portabella mushroom burger. Only to be given one with no mushroom at all. When we complained, we were told they were out. So, in reality, they made us pay for something they knew they weren’t gonna give us. As far as I’m concerned, this is criminal behaviour.

Bestellt euch keinen Salat, der sieht optisch ganz gut aus schmeckt aber nach nichts. Dressing quasi nicht vorhanden. Es gibt belegte Brötchen davon aber leider kein einziges vegetarisch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Don't expect anything special, but considering it's a airport, it was solid. Staff was friendly and despite many customers waiting time was fine. We had the vegetarian burger, and two different grilled sandwiches. Would recommend both

Overpriced like every airport but the food was excellent and can’t thank enough to Ana and Jessica for helping me out. Forgot to place a fries order and they were very kind to add it to my order.

Vollkommen überteuertes Essen. Das Sandwich kam ohne Sauce/Mayonnaise und das Fleisch war sehr trocken. Leider keine Empfehlung!

Honestly not sure why the reviews are so poor. I was here at 5:30AM on a Friday and was able to have the full menu selection. The coffee was fine for an airport shop and their breakfast selection had a lot of variety. Easily could get a filling breakfast and coffee for €5

How can they keep some stuff on the menu, that when you go and ask for it the answer is “no”? The problem with this island is that even a place with a 1.3 rating will remain open. And even worse: as a client you have no other option

I returned with the cockpit burger I ordered to get a new one because it was dry, very much overcooked and tasted funny. The second was even more overcooked and/or reheated and was not eatible. To bad because the fries were ok.

Food was pretty tasty so one star for that. But rude staff. Asked which sandwiches they had without cheese. He was confused and said none. He didn't question what I said just said no. I asked if procuito sandwich had cheese in and he said no but still didn't really get the question. Then a vegatarian couple came and asked what was vegetarian. Again nothing is. They study the menu more and ask for a veggie toastie. When they asked what was in it she pulled the recipe book out with a huff. They kept asking if the pesto mozzarella tomato was the veggie but she was not very helpful. It wasn't a matter of being bad at English but more a matter of hating tourists. I therefore tried to order in my best broken portoguese after I'd chatted to my husband and she was politer to me. But get better staff and options for vegans, veggies and lactose free people. Not hard when it's just remove the cheese or meat!

Staff were efficient and friendly, filled our water bottles and made us coffee and tea.

Avoid eating here if you can. Don’t do the same mistake as us, passing the security hungry. Staff is not very friendly, food is bad or mediocre if you are lucky. My wifes salad was really bad, chicken was cold. My burger was edible but overcoocked and poor meat quality. Prices are higher conpared to much better places in town.
