Just visited again today (June, 2022). I realized a little change for the store. 1. Wearing a mask is not mandatory anymore. 2. They just accept payment in cash or debit card. 3. I got cheaper prices for some equipments compare to others similar stores. --------------------- Been visiting the store many times and always with a good experience. The store is easy to reach by google maps. Free parking is accessible for the clients. You must wear mask before entering to the store. Free wifi is accessible inside the store. The store is quite big and has many great products. All things are very well-organized. If you need any suggestions or helps, a worker will assist you. Sometimes the things are cheaper than other places that sells the same things. You just need to do comparation before visiting the store. They have website where you can check their products and stocks. You can buy the things online and pick up on the store or delivery to your home with additional fee. They accept payment in cash or a card. When they offer a good promotion in some products, it is worth to check and buy if you need it. You can drop metal trash or light bulb here for recycling. They accept return things with the terms and conditions.

Service has improved substantially.

An absolute lack of consideration for customer service. I brought them back a damaged item still inside the return policy and they invited me to contact the brands assistance. This store is the perfect example on how to permanently lose a customer who before that, spent thousands of euro in their store.

in this trying times they got mostly everything for the home no no really mostly everything even the kitchen sink :)

Great collection of items, need more staff on the shop floor. I was also expecting to find real stone and marble tile.
