    We went to buy light decorations in JYSK last week. We tried to find online but not easy. Finally, we decided to buy here. Pros: 1. Entrance accessible for wheelchair. 2. Wearing a mask is a must. 3. Hand sanitizer is provided for the customers. 4. They have great variety of products for home decorations. 5. The store is quite big, clean, and convenient. 6. You can find the products online on their website before visiting the store. 7. Competitive price when they offer some promotion. 8. It is located inside the Arrábida Shopping. 9. Nice, kind, and friendly staff. 10. They accept payment in cash or card. 11. The lamps work perfectly for our store.

It all started 2 months ago when we went to complain about the mattress bought at Jysk. We ask for its return in order to exchange it for another one in the store, the Emma mattress. The new mattress was ordered in September. A month went by, 2 went by and nothing, they always said they didn't know anything. Until last week I went to the store to complain about the delay. Behold, the order had been forgotten, but they promptly told me that they contacted the suppliers and that it would be delivered in the same week. They called in the meantime to say that he had arrived. We head back to the store to arrange for Emma's delivery and collection of the old mattress. It was scheduled to be delivered this Wednesday, the 22nd of November. Two days before, they called to say that Eliana Esteves did not approve, that the mattress would have to be replaced with a new one. Taking into account the store's return policy, we have the possibility to return the new one and exchange it for another brand. For this whole process it would be necessary to wait for the new mattress to arrive (probably another month) and then we say again that we don't want this one, since the problem will repeat itself (as we were already told) and that we still want to exchange for Emma. In short, a process as simple as delivering the Emma mattress and us returning the old one, according to Eliana Esteves, is not approved. Employees have tried to contact her several times in order to say that the client does not accept the proposal, as we are not in the mood to wait even one more day (2 months was enough!), this so-called District Manager, in which the function is to provide support to the stores for which he is responsible, in two days he never responded. Therefore, neither employees nor we customers have an answer and, once again, the delivery scheduled for tomorrow, November 22nd, is on hold. A shame, having her in a position like this and not providing support to the team or the customer. (Original) Venho por este meio demonstrar o meu profundo desagrado, não só com a loja como também com a responsavel que está acima do gerente de loja, a district manager, Eliana Esteves. Tudo começou há 2 meses quando fomos reclamar do colchão comprado na Jysk. Pedimos a devolução do mesmo a fim de trocar por outro na loja, o colchão Emma. Foi feita a encomenda do novo colchão em Setembro. Passou um mês, passaram 2 e nada, diziam sempre que não sabiam de nada. Até que na semana passada dirigi-me à loja para reclamar da demora. Eis que a encomenda tinha ficado esquecida, mas prontamente me disseram que contactaram com os fornecedores e que seria entregue na própria semana. Ligaram entretanto a avisar que tinha chegado. Dirigimo-nos novamente à loja para tratar então da entrega do Emma e recolha do colchão antigo. Ficou marcado entregarem esta quarta, dia 22 Novembro. Dois dias antes ligam a dizer que a Eliana Esteves não aprovou, que o colchão teria de ser trocado por um igual novo. Tendo em conta a política de devoluções da loja, temos a possibilidade de devolver o novo e trocar por outra marca. Para este processo todo seria necessário esperar que chegasse o novo colchão (provavelmente mais um mês) para então nós dizermos novamente que não queremos esse, visto que o problema se vai repetir (como já nos disseram) e que continuamos a querer trocar pelo Emma. Resumidamente, um processo tão simples que seria entregar o colchão Emma e nós devolvermos o antigo, segundo a Eliana Esteves, não é aprovado. Os colaboradores por várias vezes tentaram contacta-la a fim de dizer que o cliente não aceita a proposta, pois não estamos a fim de esperar nem mais um dia (2 meses ja foi suficiente!), esta tal dita District Manager, em que a função é prestar apoio às lojas pelas quais é responsável, em dois dias nenhuma vez atendeu. Portanto nem funcionários nem nós clientes temos resposta e mais uma vez, a entrega prevista para amanhã dia 22 de Novembro, fica em suspenso. Uma vergonha, terem-na numa posição destas e nem apoio presta à equipa nem tampouco ao cliente.

Se alguém quiser não levar o produto mas encomendá-lo que estejam preparados para esperar 30 a 40 minutos no MÍNIMO para fazer a encomenda, depois o produto ainda pode estar estragado, partido, pode até nem chegar... Estou muito frustrado mais de uma hora na fila para encomendar uma mesa nem a consegui encomendar, faltei á hora de tomar o meu medicamento e ainda fiz um novo amigo com o tempo que estive lá á espera

    very-very bed service. we postponed the delivery of furniture several times and did not arrive. They assured me by the phone that everything would be on time. I was waiting for them at home all the time. After visiting the store, we had to pick up the boxes ourselves and take them by taxi! disgusting!
