    Very poor customer service. This is only subway where i experienced a poor customer service. Two guys where there and both of them were on their mobile phone busy talking. And there were no customers inside. And it took them 5 minutes to ask what i want. I asked for salad he started preparing sub. And very rude. After taking payment they didn't even gave the parcel to me and again they started to talk on their phone. Felt like went to some duplicate subway.

    Worst subway branch ever “ZERO” rating .these people will never have cash in their register for change, they expect us to pay in either UPI or card. This is my 5th consecutive time I’m facing this problem,I saw houseflies inside the restaurant, the cashier is poor in communication,he is so lethargic . Branches like these are the main reason for downfall of subway restaurants

    The worst subway ever, there is no more sauce than tuna, even chicken subs had not even two pieces of chicken. Cheating !!

    Ordered chicken roasted strips sub but got no chicken. Isn’t great? Just cuz the order is from swiggy, it doesn’t mean they can give food like this. I’ve ordered from other subway branches so I know how the food will be. This is the worst experience. I don’t know who prepared my sub but I’m really disappointed. Never play with food guys.

    These star are based on the service of your employees dated 29 of August!! I have visited just 2 subway outlet in ashok pillar and chetpet, now I was happy that it came near to my residents, but can't even be happy for the service that villivakkam outlet employe gave whole ordering, she didn't even pack the dips and i came to home after opening the parcel I got to know that dip is not kept, again I visited the outlet asking for dips she without any good response saying the top lid is not available so i didn't keep the dips.. Later she went inside within 15sec she came out with the new pack of dips pouch and gave me one from that!! Literally she didn't even mention us while leaving from the store that the dip pouch was not available!! Said thank you and that off!! Thought of making a birthday treat on the villivakkam outlet now better not to go there anymore

    Worst subway outlet ever. Always missing items, there's hardly any meat in the sub, no toppings..the list goes on and on. It looks like they are making the worst subs knowingly, to scam the people ordering online. All the reviews here prove it. What kind of pathetic loser runs a business like this?

    One of the horrible services from a subway, just like how the other reviews have mentioned the staffs were constantly speaking over the phone, i was the only customer there and i was made to wait 20mins for them to ask me the order, ingredients are out of stock, they didn’t have any tissues when one if the staff went inside to get them the manager shouted at her saying its in the store room dont open the boxes. I had to fight with the manager to get the tissues. I assume the pony tail guy was the manager and he is not worthy to run a shop especially “subway” . He has no idea about service industry

    No choice of bread, no bill provided, not wrapped sub properly, all the sauces came out on paper, not all veggies available. Worst experience ever in Subway.

    Had the thinnest warp ever. I have been enjoying subway for years now and today I had the most poor experience. 1 wrap was old and hard and the other one had weird tasting chicken in it. Fillings of chicken were so little. I'm feeling nauseous.

    Sub way is one of my favorite place... But after having it in this branch made me feel like throwing out the window.. The buns are burnt, there was no sause added of my choice, topping was worst and more importantly the crispers was felt like vomiting... When asked for ketchup they refused to provide one more ketchup of for our two orders... The worst experience I have had with subway is this only... No more subway for me
