The hospital should have multiple options for paying consultation fees. Demanding only cash put the individual/patient in an embarrassment/awkward position. In these digital days everone avoid carrying cash. This point may be examined as n Ed considered.

The receptionist doesn't even attend the call. Then how can we book the appointment? Doctors are good, but administration and management is very poor.

One of the good hospital in nanganallur. They have in house medicals , laboratory , opticals.Duty doctors are available throughout the day. Specialists are visiting at stipulated time almost daily ,for some it requires appointment in advance.Parking will be a concern ,you need to find a spot somewhere in the nearby streets.

Excellent care was given by the staff nurses. Most recommended hospital in Chennai. Gvn utmost care for the patients at an affordable cost.

If you are looking for op consultation only consider this hospital,all the other services are very poor including Medall Lab inside . Please give blood tests outside somewhere if doctors suggest you to give blood test. No proper response and elderly people are made to wait 2-3 hours since many doctors are attending to their medical representative in duty hours.Very painful experience similar to government hospital

Very bad response from the receptionist. they don’t care about patients. Some of the doctors never come at time and change their schedule as per their wish. If you are old and sick, be prepared to spend half a day minimum in there. That’s the minimum time they take to send you in even after having an appointment. This will definitely be one of the top 10 worst response providing hospital. Wishing em to reach top place soon 👍🏻

Neat and clean. Well maintained and cooperative staff. Senior and specialist doctors visit the place daily, except Sunday at varied timings. All facilities available.

Dr Sangeetha consulted for my wife. Hospital charges Rs 1550 for BABSMEAR test. Gave bill for Ra800 in receipt book and balance with out bill. Some dis connect in the billing. Pls clarify No proper clarification.

Worst doctors

All the lady Receptionists working there are very arrogant, rude and too much of attitude. They think as though they are the queens, so irritating to see their annoying faces. You guys are not fit for this job, if you have so much head weight you just resign and sit arrogantly in your house. Don't forget you get your salary only from the fees we pay. So behave yourself. Irritating specimens.

Today my daughter and my wife visited this hospital. Met Dr. Chitra MDDM Gastro. Very arrogant, not ready to hear what my daughter is communicating about her problems related to her suffering. She felt and asked me why the doctor is such rude behaviour. I don't know what she thinks about herself. I know top gastroenterologists like Dr. Rengabhashyam, Dr. Balasubramaniam Dr. Palanivel Dr. Vijayan Dr. V. G. Mohanprasad, and so on no one is not like that. Please advice her to change her attitude

We take treatment since 3 days with Dr.Mothilal Orthopaedic for a bone fracture in the foot. No confusion if we coperate and behave with a sense of responsibility. Very supportive /friendly hospital and the cost for treatment is quite reasonable.

No response from the front office reception. They don't attend calls. It's either engaged or goes on ringing.

I am taking treatment for self and family here for last 10 years. It was very good hospital, now except doctors all other staff and nurses behaviour is not apriciable to day for taking x ray , the person not available at his place, he has to be called over phone, after waiting for half an hour.

The worst hospital in nangallur even they don't have proper duty doctor's Dr chakarawathy gave the wrong medicine with heavy doors the administration was very worst and the receptionist doesn't know how to behave it was an emergency we waited for 1.5 to 2 hr for the administration we simply paid 26k and got transfer to the other hospital

RTPCR test for super senior female citizen on 7.11.21 @ 11am paid Rs.1200 for home visit. Even after 24 hrs lab report not received. What is the use in paying extra money. Please refund the amount. Very poor service

Now a days they not maintaining properly...The hospital dont have 24 hrs service... Reception people come after 8 am only.. Reception people they r very rude...

poor management, the whole system in this hospital is poorly governed. very money minded. Worst hospital ever and this hospital is no service based. you have to pay extra money even your number is registered (PS: this hospital collects extra 50rs as of Feb. 2021 to register your number which is of no use). people mainly visit this hospital to consult DR.Tamilvanan and the main chaos happens for getting an appointment. imagine people sitting from early morning 3am for booking the appointments till 7/7:30am.

Receptionist are not polite and collect Rs. 50/- every day visit.

I have been visiting this hospital around 5+ years because Doctor is good. But Receptionist and Nurses are behaving rudely. Though they give token number, the receptionist deserves a few tokens & the nurses give priority to their acquaintance making us wait. Even they don't bother about complaining since no complaints book or contact number is available.. Today also I had very bitter experience...Hope Hospital management will take necessary corrective measure.

I could say one of the worst hospital. Front desk people's are too useless. For appointments if we contact they never give proper response and always gets engaged in speaking their stories.
