Food is average per KFC standards. Prompt service. Helpful staff. However, premises could be cleaner in my opinion to keep the houseflies under control. Lavatory pots are stained and could be maintained better. Upon requesting they did make an effort.

We've been going to this branch of kfc for the past 10years . As it is located near the toll plaza and in the highway to Chennai we often visit here for good food and restroom facility. Recently they've renewed the shop , which actually made more space for seating but the cleanliness and spacing of toilet went so bad. We've informed about the toilets to the authority, hope they come forward in doing something about the toilet . Other than this you can come and enjoy your gr8 meal here !!

It's always a great experience. KFC serves best Crispy Fried Chicken. Nothing beats it's. The Manager Mr. Kalvi is very very humble and a great person. He helped us identify the right mix for 5 of us. Thanks KFC and Mr. Kalvi.

This is one of the busiest places near the Vikravandi Toll. I have visited this place quite a few times while traveling in the NH40. This place is neat and clean. They have space for indoor dining too. Their burgers and fried chicken are good. But their french fries in the to-go order has always become watery and also it has foo much salt in it. Overall it's a good place but even the delivery time needs to be within their promised 7 minutes. They don't accept their mistakes for their delay.

Taste was good as usual. This time we tried a double down burger. The burger was served with so much oil. Chicken roll is worth for money. Lot of parking space available.

Peri peri chicken strips were juicy and tasty. Chizza was okay. Regular chicken leg bucket - nothing special, tasted just like in any other KFC. Order took a very long time to be served. Seating area was very dirty and wasn't cleaned regularly. Washroom spaces were very tiny.

Located near the vikravandi toll plaza. I went by 10 PM. Some of the combos were not available. Supporting staffs were good. Ambience is good. Suitable for a quick bite. Wash room available. Ample parking space available. Good place to hang out when u wait for buses.

While travelling we spotted this KFC it soo finger licking good.The chicken served were soo freshand tasty. The hospitality was great and the ambiance was pleasent.Over all it was a satisfying snack.

I recently had an experience at KFC, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. Both the food quality and customer service were disappointing, leading to an overall unsatisfactory visit. Adding to the disappointment was the customer service. The staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated. There was a lack of attentiveness to the customers waiting in line, and the order accuracy left much to be desired. Even simple requests seemed to be mishandled, leading to frustration among those waiting to be served. I cannot recommend visiting this particular KFC branch. The food quality and customer service were both disappointingly below par. I hope that the management takes steps to improve these aspects, as it's important for a renowned chain like KFC to maintain the standards that customers expect and deserve.

KFC located at prime location. Easy access to everyone travel6to and from Chennai to other major cities. Friendly employees to help with the choice of food available. Only improvement to be done is the wash room. As numerous people use washroom, obviously it'll get soiled. But with regular maintenance, it'll be good.

Taste was excellent and food was very hot as usual. Staffs were well mannered and patient. Social distancing was followed at ease and dine in was also available. All the varities listed were available and chicken was fresh as usual
