So much pricey tea. And their dum chai tastes worst than the local shop. Also they charge exorbitant prices for snack items. Since they are the only shop inside dlf, they are doing like this. More pathetic thing, we cannot order online in this particular outlet and avail the offers as mentioned by Chai kings mangament

Charging 40 rupees for a 2 inch size of banana cake that tastes "worst". Even outside tea shop has 10 rupee banana cake that tastes awesome. Really awkward how they behave when we request for few extra cups on purchasing 2 big cups of tea. Have to wait 30 mins due to high crowd ( half of them simply stand ) They are very slow in processing bill too... Hope any other tea shops come soon to DLF

One of the better branches of Chai kings, in terms of taste, ambience & service. They seem to have lifted their usual standards due to the competition in the DLF food court; there are atleast 5-6 outlets just for tea/coffee in the food court. Ginger Chai was good and refreshing, though a little less sugar would've been good. Chicken puff was also good with spicy filling, though a little less oil would've been good :-) / Apr-2023.

Pathetic customer service. They charge a 131 for a flask of Tea and will smile until you pay the bill Once you ask for a extra paper cup, you can see their real face. They will treat you like beggars and make you wait. And Atlast give you poor quality cups which looks like already damaged (pics attached)

Tea is ok, but a few staff members behave very rudely extending their service. I got dum large for 50/- and they are crying to give one extra cup. If it's chai kings policy, please adapt it to users.

Good place for a quick bite (Samosa, Puffs, etc) and Tea. They also have Maggi, poha and recently introduced few other food items.

The place offers a delightful experience with its excellent tea quality, friendly service, and a beautiful ambiance. The only drawback is the long queue, which is primarily due to its location in the busy DLF IT Park. If you can find a way to manage the queue more efficiently, it would make this tea shop a top-notch choice for tea lovers in the area.

Usually we all prefer chais from roadside shops. But Chai kings is a good competition to them. Taste, cleanliness, pocket friendly, ambience everything at its best. Me and my friend tried Regular Masala abd Ginger Chai worth 20INR each with samosa and mashroom puff. Samosa was verry yummy so was mushroom puff. I also got Apple Ice Tea and Cookie take away. Ice tea was on point with good flavour. Cookie was just normal. In short I would rate 4/5

This is the laziest outlet you will ever see. There is always only 1 person working - who does billing and service both. They take minimum 5 minutes to serve a customer (not to mention they have the tea ready made). Even if you are the only person in the shop you will have to wait 5 yo 10 minutes to receive your tea. Absolutely pathetic.

Good ambience and decent variety of chais. Chai lovers try: Dum chai, Ginger chai, Masala chai and Sulaiman. Coffee lovers: Try filter coffee i have not explored coffee much here. Located inside the HUB of DLF IT PARK. Comfortable seatings and you can sit anywhere outside the shop as well. Min price range per chai is 25₹. Much visit place if you are chair lover.

Tea and Snacks are good.. Overall pricing can be reduced as they serve not more than 100ml of tea or other hot regular drinks and charging Rs.25 Update on 31st Jan 2023 I am giving 2 star because they introduced a Loyalty program and today when we purchase they are saying excuse as system Not working and giving hand bills… If the loyalty program is not done why do they display the advertisement board only !!!! Support staff is not attentive and Jew as asking to repeat everything

Looking for some black chai ? Sulaimani is my favorite.. Ginger and lemon are also good. Chai Kings’ Dum Chai is my all time favorite among milk chais. Kutty Samosas goes well with the drink. Also have a wide variety of Puffs, Cakes etc Fun fact: Chai is the most drunk beverage in the world next to water.. Note: Coffee lovers can enjoy filter coffee!

Service and quality of tea is great. They are missed to focus on selling other snacks items. It's not good and crispy even it's prepared morning because of late delivery from vendor. Please focus on this issue. They are verified the product quality issue and given replacement of good snacks on same cost. People buy to taste what they want is missing here.

Had Chicken Momos and taking medicine for Food Poisoning symptoms

Chai Point - recently opened in DLF campus block. Wished to try as of course new outlet has been opened here. Elachi chai ☕️ with veg pups. Taste was good. Snacks such as samosa, sandwich, pups , variety in cakes are being served as quick bites along with varieties of chai and coffee. As expected, crowd will always be rushing in and out and service delivery is up to mark, as they are quickly clearing the queue. When comes to cost, felt bit costlier when compare to other shop and outlets. Card and cash payments are being accepted here.

Good place for refreshments... They have good varieties of tea along with some snack items.. Caramel Banana cake was good.. It would be nice if they open more shops across Chennai.

One of the best stress busters located right beneath my office block 5. Buy a tea leaves all you pressure and tension behind, take a sip and enjoy the moment. They have introduced shawarma now. Whaaaaat😍.
