👍 A best place for an evening coffee and snacks with friends. It's situated at T Nagar chennai near ICICI Bank. Most of the evenings are really crowded but worth it. Snacks are also very tasty and crispy. I really enjoyed the time there. Was a great evening. People often mention coffee, good, Good, snacks, Coffee, filter, Nice, nice, quality, outlet,

I want to give this outlet of Madras Coffee House a negative rating. It's so dirty and unhygienic full of mosquitoes and flies. Worst experience ever. I travel so much across India, but this is the worst place I ever had tea.The rate of one masala tea is Rs. 30, even if it is offered free of cost I will not recommend this dirtiest place ever to anyone. No cleanliness and no hygiene.

Had cream bun, cold coffee, masala tea, mini samosa... Cold coffee could be colder, masala tea could have had more masala, but the mini samosas were really good.

The best coffee!!!! Strong, best coffee shop one can ever have in the bad morning!!!! This flask can't be reused! So you just pour use and throw away, as they directed you in the can! We ordered a biscuit and it was the great combination to this perfect dark coffee!!!! You can order two for one without a second of thinking!!! Cheers! Happy coffee morning! #kaafigood

Been a customer for the past 5 years. But never once had faced this situation in any of my takeaway( in person takeaway). Half a container for 40 rs is just a waste of my money. When asked as to why this sudden change and quantity that’s been provided the response I’ve met with is, “ new staff new rules” and some rude behaviour as to “either have the coffee or leave “. Well thank you as I never plan on returning to this outlet ever.

Okie...personally i felt it was bit overhyped. I tried black coffee, and was disappointed - maybe the server did not know how much decoction he has to mix with hotwater. My friend had filter coffee and samosa, good.

The coffee is as usual. No doubt about it. The place located is surrounded by water during this rain. The water is not only rain and along with drainage.

I am personally a big fan of Madras coffee house, but today evening (14/12/2021) I was shocked at the bazulla road out...... The coffe mug had cockroaches on the outer, there was a deep freezer near by out many roaches, the billing counter exterior has roaches

Coffee was nice but didn’t like the samosas at all .. they just microwave the samosas before giving it to u. Moreover it is besically onion stuffed samosa, no aloo (potato). Tried their filter coffee packet which is really nice in flavour and aroma.

A nice little corner shop for a quick snack stop. I personally loved the ginger tea and filter coffee. Seems to be a busy place at all times. Good service too!

If you are a fan of coffee, this is one among the few places in Chennai, where you get good coffee. Snacks which go well with coffee are served. Raagi biscuits is a must try.

Taste is Good... But coffee has touched the peak price of Rs.30. They can consider the pricing .... Bcas two coffee shops leading the chart in bazullah road... T.Nagar Sastharalaya and Madras Coffee .. If any competitors who can able to give lesser quantity in lesser price without taking a hit in the taste and quality iam sure the crowd may turn their....

We have visited this place many times and had a reputation till last visit. We had visited this place on Friday evening and omg the whole place is surrounded with stagnating dirty water. Understand some drainage work is going on. But, the outlet has to think about the changes they should make for the sake of visiting customer. The billing counter is in the corner where the customers have the risk of falling down because of broken pathway. When some customers complained about their safety, the staffs are giving answers rudely. Likewise drinking coffee is also nightmare in that bad smelling environment. There are lot of mosquitoes and if this is going to continue no one will visit the shop. Worst experience ever!!!!

I ordered coffee and small samosas. The coffee take away has hit an below average and Samosas were so bad that the quality control is zilch. It's burnt and black.

Place is a little untidy. However, it is located in a prime location and is a "happening" place. One of the best Coffees I had in Madras, yet the quantity was very low.

Madas coffee house is good place to have the snacks like onion samosa, chilli bajji, banana bajji with thier special chutney, tea. Their filter coffee taste stands in tounge for 20 min.snacks item they are not perparing live counters, they prepare in central kicthen and they are keeping in oven.

Today bought mini samosas and the oil in which it was made was very old. It has happened before also. They are using same oil again and again. Need to report to food department. There should be some quality check.

Madras coffee house esp this outlet was very welcoming and helpful. The outlet is manned by female staff who make delicious food. Had the ginger tea here which was just right, no strong ginger. Had the masala vada also known as dal vada which was super great and was made proper. The lady manning the outlet provided service with a smile and I visited the place twice for their hospitality. Kudos to them for this wonderful outlet.

Had coffee and snacks, opposite to Rocky theatre, ambathur OT. Too many house flies inside. There was no pestoflash for fly catching.....Public was not happy. They charge 25 + gst for samosa and 33 for coffee. Public have a right to demand hygienic food for this price as these snacks are available for rs 10 at roadside outlets....and coffee at rs 15.....

The coffee here is awesome, bajjis are good sometimes, that is if you are lucky to get freshly prepared ones. The brownie is also very good.

Its just ok , the tea and coffee served there is just mediocre, but visit the place because it happens to be on my regular commute route , rates changed dose not justify the quality dished out .

Another joint that has become greedy of late. One coffee is Rs 28 (that too you have to stand on the road and drink). Pathetic hygiene (if one has observed how and where they wash the cups, then you may not drink coffee again). All these new businesses get started on the right note, only to grow greedy (once they expand their presence and get sizable patronage), completely ignore providing any value at all, and eventually bite the dust. What started as an alternate to the dirty, road-side tea stalls has become dirty itself and expensive too. Avoid and/or boycott!

Workers are behaving very rude. They are thinking like they are offering coffee for free. Person sitting in counter is behaving like anything. There are very good coffee shops near by. I wasted my time going there. I will post a photo of that person if possible. You won't go to that shop if you have any idea in future.

👍 The lassi was thick and cool. It had a very refreshing taste. They had blended it well. The informal seating space is a very nice addition to the whole setting. Unknowingly it makes the place very accessible to all kinds of people. The pricing also complements that. If possible they should start it...
