Just like any other Starbucks, this is a perfect place to hangout. Has both outdoor and indoor seating. Place is very cleanly maintained. The staffs are extremely friendly and cheerful. You can work here at peace with infinite coffee supply.

[June 2023] This Starbucks is a decent size with all the usual stuff on their menu. They've recently added some new drinks and a smaller size called "picco," which is even smaller than a "short." The atmosphere and lighting are nice, and the staff is friendly and has that typical Starbucks politeness. Just one thing I'd like to tell the Starbucks management, if any of you are listening: please don't make your baristas shout "Welcome to Starbucks" every time someone walks in. It's kind of weird and not really necessary.

After almost 3 weeks of break, decided to step out for something special and glad we landed at Starbucks, had a pleasant evening. We had ordered the Egg White, Chicken & Mutli Grain Croissant along with the Masala Chicken Croissant, not to forget my all time favorite, the Strawberry Shake. It was amazing, enjoyed every bite of my meal.

Well maintained place, situated in a easily accessible place through roads and walkable distance from Anna nagar Tower metro. A nice place if you're the kind of person who likes to work or meet up people over a cup of coffee. The quality of coffee you get here is commendable which is a well known fact and they do prove it to be true time to time when I visit. Didn't try the food and snacks options personally, but going by the looks and from what I hear, go for it if you're looking for a quick bite must not be very disappointing either. Very well lit and well organized as an organization. The staff are super friendly and helpful, just that the wifi won't connect at times , not their fault 🤣 if you're looking for the aesthetics, please look elsewhere but if you're just looking to just chill with a cup of coffee , a good place to be. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, car parking is on the roads like everywhere else in chennai, so be cautious on that one and try parking ahead of the shop. Two Wheeler parking is very well organized and has a dedicated space in the front ,so it's not gonna be a problem if you're planning to visit on a two wheeler.

The coffee, the ambience and the food, all par excellence. Try the stuffed Malabari egg croissant- you will love it. Great place to visit.

Typical Starbucks with standard menu and adequate ambience. I would expect a better look and feel, given the locality. Also my usual beverage Cafe mocha could have been a little bit better. Nothing much to complain though.

Recently visited the place for work. It had great ambience but crowded most of the time. Tried caramel frappacino it was really good. Spent time for 3 hours working with my laptop. Really helpful for meetings and work. They got few best coffees in town and baristas where helpful and friendly.

Always an enjoyable place to hang out and the coffee is above-average. Wi-fi speeds aren't always the best so be sure to check beforehand if it is important. It's the overall experience we pay for and, at the moment, it is a bit too expensive for the everyday Chennai-zen.

Loved the coffees and the entire experience! Stepping out was extremely scary but I was at ease when I walked into Starbucks Anna Nagar. Thanks to Arun and the rest of staff for taking care of sanitisation as well as safety measures. As usual the coffees were brilliant, and I loved the cheese garlic bread and pastries!

It's such a shame that I hadn't been to this branch of Starbucks before. Had just walked in randomly one Sunday afternoon and we had the best coffee of our lives. Not even kidding lol. The girl who took our order deserves a special shoutout. She helped me customise a great chocolate Java chip frappe. Also our cappuccino was served hot, fast and just as we had specified. The ambience was calm, comfortable and perfect for long chit-chats. The tables were almost full and you might have to wait around during bustling hours. Will definitely visit again, thanks team!

After a long wait, Have visited the Starbucks Anna nagar branch for their two different drinks chocolate caramel cannella and their snacks varieties. Coming to the safety protocols, they seem to maintain mandatory mask and also with sanitized dining place.

This was my very first experience visiting starbucks. The ambience and the atmosphere were too good here. Rates were abnormal and the quantity were also very low comparing to the rate.

It had a great ambience and was comfortable for a meet up with friends.The staff were gentle and I had a very good experience

I didn't see any Covid measures being followed. But the outlet as such was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional. Parking: 2wheelers u can park upto 10 vehicles at the front. Cars i recommend u to park on the slots available a little before the outlet or on the road at the left aftr the outlet

It is beautiful place to have a sip of your coffee, ideal location and staff is prompt, neat and tidy. Only suggestion I would like to share at outside sit out area under canopy management should allow smoking since smoking with coffee is always a first choice of smokers, and people would love it more ☺️

I was here with my colleagues for a quick coffee. Small cafe, but decent seating space. Had my favorite pour over coffee. Tasted good.

3 of us have chosen this place on a Sunday evening between 6-8pm for a calm and good atmosphere to chat and enjoy the evening. But to our utter shock this place was fully crowded and everyone was speaking at high decibel. However after 7 the crowd slowly stepped out and it was a pleasant place. Caffe Mocha Grande was like a🍺 and too much drink😀

Tasty yet costly. Great ambiance. Good place to meet up with friends and for business or meetings. D food was gr8. I liked it thou.

Maybe it's a small Starbucks, but it's one of the best in the city. Very clean, very delicious cheesecake and chai latte ,an outstanding service, toilet was very clean and neat !!very professional and friendly staffs and COVID guidelines were followed strictly 👏🙌🙌

Ambients is very good and decorated the place with low cost material like unfinished wall painted - so many. Product quality is fantastic.

I visited at 10:30 PM and had ordered a Vanilla Milkshake as a take away. The ordering process was unusually longer this time. The Vanilla milkshake was very sweet with too much of sugar. The preparation must be take care.

This is my worst starbuck experience. We ordered the much talked about lemon loaf cake. It tasted nothing like a lemon cake. To be frank, it was not even close to a normal sponge cake. It just tasted wierd. And to top it all, it had an eyelash embedded in it. And when we showed it to the service personnel, she said they will check the future cakes. So, keep an eye out for hairs and what-not !

Bare minimum service that we look forward to when visiting such brands is clean and accessible washroom. The washroom was under maintenance when we visited the place. They should make some arrangements to keep the washroom serviceable.

The food and coffee here are great. My favorite go-to orders are the Masala Chicken Croissant and the Caramel Macchiato. Costumer service by Bharath and Pradeep are flawless. Anna Nagar Starbucks feels very cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here for your coffee and quick snack run.

Located on the busy Anna Nagar location, the ambience is quite as every Starbucks outlet. Good ambience with decent space. Tried caramel coffee & hazelnut coffee. I liked the hazelnut one. But seems like some starbucks items are missing in their menu.

Flat whites, Americanos and double chocolate chip cookies. Hands down. Best place for introverts to spend time on their own, study and unwind on a bad day.

The place is neat and awesome but it’s crowded most of the weekends.

I find the taste of coffe slightly burnt alwayw, in every Starbucks, around the world. Some people like it I guess I don't know. Hospitality was great, they were really nice. Matcha was nice
