This is my first time at Krispy Kreme. I tried bourbon, chocolate dream cake 🍩 since the staff suggested me that these are their signature ones 😌 She’s absolutely true, were out of the world 👌🏻💯 Fillings, softness of the bun, freshness, taste 😋🤤

The bestest of best donuts ever. I have tried the same abroad and it tastes the same literally.! No compromise in flavor or quality! The pricing may be on the higher side but worth every penny!

This place doesn't even serve donuts on a paper plate. They use tissue to serve. They think anything is ok for Chennai customers. Pathetic. Please have some standards. Overpriced coffee which is tasteless.

It's my favourite place of halt whenever I visit forum mall. They serve very yummy donuts. I tried this beautiful yummy redvelvet donut on the occasion of valentine's day. It tasted yummm and looked even prettier.

My Kids love the Krispy Kreme donuts. But positioned in the exact center point of a mall, makes this place just a retail shop to buy and take the stuff home. Its tough to sit there and enjoy the food.

The donuts are obviously good but this review is for the coffee frappe I had. For 176 (small size) it's worth the money as it'll leave you refreshed. Could be a little stronger but no problem otherwise

Bought a Vannila glazed white cholate Doughnut... dought's soft but glaze is not as expected. Still MOD(Mad over Donut) is my fav. one in chennai

I ordered a filter coffee. I don't mind receiving it in a large carton but they didn't even give me coffee to begin with. They had given me raw milk and when I complained to Swiggy, they issued no refund because the restaurant didn't confirm my pictures I had sent as evidence. When I called the store number and explained to the manager, he told me to order another item and he'll give the filter coffee along with that. Either way, a lot of money has been wasted. I won't recommend buying from this branch of Krispy Kreme.

Many of the assorted doughnuts we bought as a package offer for take away were dry and stale. Please have a doughnut before you purchase them as a take away.
