The aroma of the coffee itself says the rich flavor the coffee has. The taste remains for a longer time. Loved the coffee and the calm surrounding.

Great ambience... Self service ...place for chit chat with friends and family. Beverages are too good. Only concern when compared to American Starbucks and India is cost variations are too high. When compared to Us cost of cold coffee is two times higher. Except cost everything is good . Sit enjoy and relish

Starbucks in VR mall is one of the best place to I would say when u wanna spend time with friends over a casual chat and coffee! Though am a person who has never tasted coffee I opt the one which are chocolate based. You have varied options to choose and the people at the cafe are extremely friendly! Do pay a visit to starbucks when you visit VR mall the next time!

The cappuccino was so good but the cost is high if you having money you can spend time in Starbucks that's all

The person who was at the billing counter was notably patient while I fumbled quite a bit until I finally decided what I want lol. The chocolate cappuccino was absolutely amazing! Java chip frappe is certainly the star of the season. Masala chicken croissant and carrot cake are not to be missed too. Will definitely visit again:)

Hopefully most of them know the beverages of Starbucks are best in class with the ambience. In this branch i find that the cushioning of chairs could have been much more comfortable for long seating time. And the dimension of these furniture should make it comfortable to place freely on tables and chairs while a person sits on it because some of the seatings are short and the knee gets folded more than usual and can't access the table closely. Apart from that the staff are well trained professionals. Beverages are served with passion. So welcomed and great vibe

Had come in on a crowded Sunday night thats today. Heavily crowded due to buy 1 get 1 free offer. The crowded was well handle by the staff though a little slow.. Special mentionl to Mr.Vittal for being so patient and polite to the customers. Kudos

Best place and ambience was also great And the coffee was soo great The best part was they were opened during the lockdown fr takeaway and the customer service and the sanitation measure were soo great

They don't even clean the place after multiple requests and all the tables are left with leftovers.

Ordered white egg and chicken sandwich which was good and then Machiatto. Machiatto was total failure I don't think they know how to make a good Machiatto. If you guys want to visit this place just to show that u had coffee in *bucks then do come here.

Starbucks at VR Mall. Ground floor. Ambience is good. Ordered cheesecake and Caramel java script Frappacino. Cheese cakes tastes awesome. So soft and melting.

So the staffs are very friendly and polite although they keep misspelling my name, these are the times I wish I had name such as rahul, arun etc. But the taste and quality of that coffee is much better than what I tasted before anywhere else. They never made me wait to get the order.

The lady staff who took the order for me was not friendly (after we ordered, she couldn't even greet a "thank you" but instead gave a look like, "it's over so leave") and while ordering she offered us venti and grande but purposely ignored to say the tall size so I had to ask her again, which I think is their business trick but I don't think that's a fair game for someone in a hurry. And not to mention that it was very free that time and only we were ordering but still she couldn't be polite and be friendly. Other than this the coffee was good and the place was maintained clean.

You can not expect the high class taste for their higher price. Only you can get is high class dine in experience and you can spend more time with your family or friends. As my point of view, Just OK.
