This franchise is not up to the standard of Cafe Coffee Day. The location itself is not good. Very congested area. No parking space. The coffee is good but no sugar free is offered. The boy says no "sugar free". The tables are not clean and it gives a bad odour. We, all senior citizens, had to wait for more than an hour to get "coffee", because there was power failure. Normally it is a pleasure for us to visit CAFE COFFEE DAY wherever we go.But, here, there was no such satisfaction.

Most times the AC went work, staff stunt understand English nor regional language. Have regularly seen items going out of stock during prime time. Unacceptable to not have food during prime time.

My usual hangout place with my wife. We go here just to chat. Food is average. Coffee was never hot. Cafe Frape had hair.. So be cautious

Anytime you wanna keep yourself in a silent place to release out all your stress then yes this is the best kind of a place. Chose a cup of coffee of your choice and sit there at the corner and see the fast running world outside through the window. I did that too. And about the staff they are cool and nice to you. This place has a rest room if required. On the main road so you have place for bikes but not for cars i guess. Try it.

Nice ambient... But parking space is less

Went there for a business meeting with my contact. Even though food was as good as any CCD, AC was not functioning correctly and too many mosquitoes. Asked for mosquito bat and they said it is out of charge! Better to avoid except if you have no other choice. Don't take your car. There is literally no parking space and the road is too crowded with all kinds of traffic.

Most items on Menu Card is Absent. Cheese and Double Cheese added without asking. Bill not given for this reason, until asked for. Guy behind counter argues incessantly when challenged. Water Bottle given had Broken Seal and contained what tasted like Tap Water. Smelly, UnWashed Seats/Chairs ... Even Tables were unclean...had to ask the guy to clean it. Saving grace was, for the Rs.1,000/- spent, we did get a place for good discussion, undisturbed.
