This location is very Unhygienic. You can find flies everywhere.. check the pics attached. Other outlets are maintained in a better way. And the guy in billing is also Rude and acts as if he has nothing to do with it. He says, I don’t know. Bad behavior.

Cramped for parking. Very late service. Definitely a fan of Sulaimani and their samosas. Brownies are good too. A big thumbs up for Dum chai and Masala chai.

Biggest Chai King outlet I visited . Very good parking facility. Best Ginger chai 😍. But They hiked the price from Rs.20 to Rs. 25 I think. But worth for its ambience and taste.

I am a regular customer of chai kings for more than a year. The food and service and all excellent here but for past more than 2 months Ac is not even working properly and creates bad ventilation here and everyone feels the same and many of them are leaving from here bcz of this issue. Kindly rectify this issue soon .

Clean and hygiene. Good Ambience. Parking two wheeler is easy. But little bit difficult for four wheeler during peak hours. Customer friendly. Cash,Card and Digital payments accepted here.

My favourite tea joint! Noodle Samosa is the bessssstttttt snack here. Tandoori Maggi is also equally greatttttt 💖 Brownies are okay-okay. Not bad. Tea is greaaat here, as the name says! Please go for it.

Since it is mostly take aways, the exterior and parking area can be slightly done up. I see sewage water overflowing many times close to entrance area which needs to be plugged immediately on a permanent basis.

Sir to day I visited your shop with my boss. He is in the car i gone and ask as usual. My boss coming here for the past six months everyday i belive. Billing person taken the cup from me and kept under the vessel and noticed that it is nor heated. So he ask me to wait given the cup to his coworker and ask him to heat the tea. After that he given the tea and told sorry for the delay. Just i asked politely dear u can check the tea vessel y it isnot working na. I asked. For that he is roodly given the answer and he usedthe word that i am hypertensed. Pl tell him how to behave with the customer. Every day driver will come. To day he is on leave and i gone there. Chai Kings is reasonably priced and decent. Only downside to mention is the employee behavior; sometimes they're are bit rude. For an example, simply ask for another paper cup, while holding extremely hot tea - they will tell you a blunt no directly on your face. They don't care even if you have purchased for ₹300 - ₹400 rupees. Some reasons, Most often, they respond rude and miserly.

Best place to have tea ! Quite a decent variety of tea available, but each one has the best taste. Sugarless options available on request - for the health conscious Portion - Regular & Large Service & Billing - As fast and hassle-free as possible. Snack options - Puffs, Noodle samosa, cookies, banana cakes - All good Breakfast options - Poha and Maggi varieties available - but I haven't had any

Good for teas and snackss.. But Nutella milkshake costed 195 and it was just thick corn syrup.. Waste of money.. Milkshake are waste in chai kings.. The bill guy was too rude to answer

Nice environment and ambience. They have more varieties of tea and the price is ok with quality of tea.

Only thing to focus is " billing person to listen, what customer says and then bill the items". Billing some item with similar names and says to customer that they cant change the billing.. this is not acceptable and customer centric...

This place is too costly for anything other than chai i had a very bad experience having sandwich guess what the bill amount was 375 rupees. The masala chai and sulaimani tea was awesome i would rate for the food but not for the price.

Good ambiance and well disciplined staff great place to hangout with many options on menu. Try hibiscus tea which is too good in taste maybe few may not like it in first try but it's good for your health

I own a ather bike. Whenever my bike needs some top-up, I don't hesitate to stop here. Ginger lemon tea would be good.

Chai King offers a delightful range of chai flavors, each brewed to perfection. Their dum chai is my go-to for a warm and comforting beverage.

Brought cold coffee for 100and here it is worst. The milk feels raw and watered. There's no coffee flavour and no sugar.

You can have Chai of 6 different flavours. Plus good quality sancks, though limited. Chai tasted fine. May not be the One you may look for. Will frequent this place.

Usually I order dum chai, Suleimani or Lemon tea and it has never disappointed me. Prices are revised recently, which is a bit disappointing though.

Here tea is not that much tasty.I expected more but the taste is worst.i asked for elekai (elachi) flavour tea but staff said they don't have that type of tea so i ordered ginger tea. it's taste like hot water with ginger. there is not enough milk in that tea. Even other tea shops like TEA BOY and TEA TIME charge very less RS 10 to 12 only.but they are serving tasty tea with enough milk in that tea.but CHAI KINGs charge rs 30 for regular size but taste is like hot water

Chai is very bad. Taste is very worst. We have ordered masala tea and ginger tea but both were very worst taste. We are not able to drink a sip. I did't expect this from chai kings

I won't go again to this place it is not like other chai kings.. Taste is average..taste is notbm consistently good.. No hand wash either... Even small tea shops would have the facility.. Its small yet.. It's not that neatly maintained..

Average resturant. Cold coffee is not upto the mark. Lemon tea was good. Brownie was okay.

A great place which runs 24/7 all day, everyday. The service is quick and the staff are responsive and friendly. Food is as good as it gets at any Chai Kings outlet. Although the menu becomes quite limited at night as the run out of items throughout the day, It's safe to say there's nothing stale here and the items available are freshly made and ready to eat. Would recommend!

i have become a regular customer of this chaikings especially this porur branch 💯😁 food and ginger tea are asusual always great. But this branch especially wow factor , bcz the staff were always welcoming and friendly and i have noticed many tyms they were working after their work tym got over also. Especially staff called gowthami was very polite and friendly very dedicated. 👏👏 Thought of appreciation is much needed for them . #ilovechaikings Great experience 😁

Definitely you'll love this place if you're an chai lover. It's a great spot for them to relax with some chai. Having many branches over here. They do have variety of chai to fulfill your wish. Especially I do like the Sulaimani and Ginger Tea which are my favorite of all time. Pricing are bit regular and ok while considering most of other shops. You should give a try to Chai Kings if you're an Chai Lover.

Recently we visited Chai Kings in Porur and ordered an Dum Tea, I would say this is one of the best Tea in Chennai because this remembered me of Hyderabadi Irani Tea, Nimrah Cafe (Near Charminar,Hyderabad). I would suggest that don't miss this Tea if you are a Tea lover. Happy Eating!

Good place, but little lack in service. Even if the restaurant is not crowd,. They r making such a delay in preparation. Mostly they r forgetting the orders which we give. We have ordered for Sulaimani. I don't know in which they made that. It was not that much good. This is not suitable for family. Only for posh...

By the name itself we can guess, yes, these guys are really Kings of Chai. All the varieties are so good. But what keeps them apart from rest all of them are their snacks and eateries. The donuts are a MUST ..MUST ..TRY. They are out of the world and that too at a very decent price. Proud that an Indian start-up shop rising up the ranks in terms of quality. Keep continuing the good job guys, so that slowly we can send foreign investors like Starbucks, Krispy Kreme etc, packing to their own country. Good job guys.
