I never appreciate franchise Tea shops... went here as my friend invited... ambiance was pretty good and neat..! Customer service was good they have almost all the snacks😂 to have...Chai kings or Snacks Kings LOL😂... as i felt to have cold items ordered Ginger Lemon Ice Chai... which I know will taste like "Amma Kashayam", it was🙂. Then tasted my friend's Sulaiman Large Chai which was also taste kinda same in taste but was Hot 🥵... that small brownie cake tastes yummy... One good High Class & Economical Spot to meet and chill Overall Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tried out Ginger chai and it was okayish. I prefer dum chai. All the puffs had the same stuffing of veggies. Only the chicken, panner and egg was replaced. Disappointed with it's taste, it all tasted the same. The tables were not that clean. Place needs a revamp in the interior. Walls were very dirty and it spoils the mood of having good food.

I really enjoyed hibiscus 🌺 🍵 tea the taste is unique. It comes under herbal tea category. The mushroom puff, banana walnut cake also very good. Egg puff is so soft and crispy. We can spend our evening time. The real chai kings...

Currently per tea cost they have been raised to 30rs it’s not worth for the tea and maintenance is very poor, ambience is not good but the tea cost 30rs. I will not recommend. I saw you comment below how come other brands giving for 20 and 25rs. A common man cannot afford 30rs everyday. In that case upper middle class only can buy daily.

I would not recommend this place. I have seen live cockroaches runnings on the glasses where we were served tea. Unfortunately I found this after drinking the tea. When I informed the person in charge she took all the glasses inside for washing but not sure though. Again these roaches will come in. This place needs a complete re check as this is food business they need to pay attention to quality of service and cleanliness as well. Thanks!

Best ambience and fantastic service. No matter what time you go there, samosas, cutlet and every other snack is as hot as fire. They have more variety of tea than anyone else. Get your tea, snack and sit at the roof top and enjoy Chennai's magnificent view while sipping your chai!

A really good place for b-day parties with families and friends.very good tea being served by chai kings at Anna Nagar. Particularly sulaiman tea is very good. use and throw flask for rs. 100 is too good.

The stupid lady who is working at this shop doesn’t have any manners. She gave 75deg C hot tea in a degraded poor quality paper cup. I couldn’t even lift that cup because of its poor quality and the temperature of the tea. When I asked for another cup she denied and behaved very arrogantly. Same happened with some other customers also during that time. They should provide the hot tea in either glass cup or good quality paper cups (or atleast must give a extra cup when customers ask). 0 stars.

Place for a quick bite and tea, as the space is very limited you can't hold here for long. It offers variety of tea and snacks , it has high chairs but mere 8 to 10 peoples at most can stay here. Though you can have your tea outside in open air which is more comfortable than having it inside.

Tried lemon ice tea. It was good. Mini samosa was great. Very unique packing. Kindly paint the shop and have good Air conditioning inside.

Quality of tea is very good, specially their 'dum chai', however, I am not to impressed with the way the staff go about their duties. They hardly seemed to be bothered there is a customer waiting, (only one btw), and indifferent attitude shown by one of them. I hope they improve.

Best place for a variety of tea !! Their variety of snacks including samosa, muffins, puffs, cookies are very tasty. Quality of service is good. Highly recommended!!

After seeing the rating driven almost 10 km to reach this place. When I had the first sip, understood that I made a blunder mistake.this 25 Rs tea is also available in our canteen for 10 rupees. Nothing spl and very ordinary. Just lost 25 rupees and half an hour

We ordered one masala chai, dum chai and a chicken puffs. The quality of chai was below average. I prefer anna nagar Rams tea than this.

Have attempted various time their outlet .. . It’s pleasant spot with great choices of tea and snacks .. all the baked food like puff things looks fresh and tasty ..attempted there maggie and ginger tea .on demand they made is without sugar
