Disappointment. Asked for a 60 minute Swedish massage and got a lot of rubbing type ayurvedic style massage. Masseuse seemed like a nice lady but took many personal calls. I can understand that it was family stuff but she can't be doing that when someone has paid a 3k for a quiet and calm massage. Shower room was very average and there was almost no hot water. Management has put no effort in training and vetting the masseuse. Receptionist is well trained and responds well. I assumed rest of the spa will be professional as well. But not the case. Would certainly not go back. They take money up front also. Otherwise, I would have not agreed to pay the price I did. Since they charged me before itself, I just left the place after deciding it was a waste of money.

This is the worst bb one... 1. Not hygienic.. they are pretending to show it in photos. 2. Not value for money: all the massage will be same....it's just rubbing your skin 3.you won't get hot water at all 4. I don't what oil they use... it's making me to feel worse... Got skin allergy and full body become reddish. 5. Over all below par

Waste of time and money. Myself and my friends went to take a good massage but very unfortunately this spa don't have trained professionals. Whatever be the pack they just do what they know. They take money in prior as they may know customer won't be satisfied after the service 😒

The masseuse are polite and professional, they do give a good massage and the pressure levels can be tuned as requested. However for the money they charge, the bathroom is shabby. The cleanliness is quite low. 60 min massage is more like 45 mins and then they say 15mins for shower. If I'm taking a 60 min thai massage it should be 60 min massage and not 45 mins. Why do I need a shower for a dry thai massage. They donot provide thai massage pant and top. They expect thai massage to be done in a skimpy disposable undergarment, which is incorrect for thai massage. Needs a lot of rethinking by the management. No where was it mentioned 15 mins for shower. And that shower area is so dirty it is unusable.

This is my first time to take service in river day spa porur branch. Therapists are really care about our health, Such a good massage I had with a nice atmosphere. I had a 2-hour session and I wouldn't regret it. Thank you, River Day. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the people offering the services were super professional.

West of money in spa room no comb. No deo. No hair oil no any ponds powder ..no give me drinking water .no welcome drink ..also in after massage I go bathroom for shower no body scurbar for body wash ..after I say in reception counter no say me good ans our seniors staff in meeting..my strongly recommended is no good service ..other wise your choice for west money

I received a call from the manager itself for making me wait and they invited me to their spa, nice way for the communication looking forward to experience nice massage with them. I waited for one hour ,they told 5.30 slot open but when I reached there they told have to wait for another 30 minutes . I have other programs too don't know why they told they have open slot . please check and let know the clients I wasted lot of time.

Very very worst service. No hot water. Staff attitude very very bad. If you go here you wil regret 100%. Their reply is water heter is running in solar. Can you believe this?😂 And below you can see some fake review. .. Sathya and Arjun review is copy paste. Check yourself. One more thing you need to wait 10 mns in the room to receive their worst service.

My husband and I went to the River Day Spa for our one year anniversary. The place was beyond beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We got the deluxe massage and it was so relaxing and luxurious. Their facility was absolutely beautiful, I can't wait to visit again!

I am the regular customer for this spa, they given the best services and refreshment messages recently i taken massage from River Day spa porur branch they doing very nice the ambiance are good now they changed all the infrastructure and staff now its very good with a pleasing manner now they improved a lot. I saw the negative comments i also faced that earlier in here but now its very nice they improved a lot. worth for money ,best stress release. if they maintain the same kind of service means i will suggest people to River day spa.
