This is one of the most well planned and structured park that I have ever seen. It is big and has ample room for holding in a large crowd without efforts. The maintenance of this park is absolutely fantastic and it takes a lot of effort to keep such a huge place clean. Just entering this place gives us a feeling of serenity that is very hard to find as most of the places are jam packed with loads of loud people and vehicles. A must visit if you are a person who likes to start your day with a morning walk. Fun Fact: Try to visit the park in the evening after sunset. The light show on the fountain is incredible.

One of the best parks in Chennai. Well maintained. It's open now, aftre Covid lock-down. timings are 5 am - 10 am and 4 pm - 9 pm. The machines meant for exercising are not open. The round small roofed shed with benches is also not open. Still, one can go for walking. The children's park is open. The badminton court is open (only for members). A very neatly maintained park. This park is much better than anyother parks maintained by GCC. May be due to its proximity to housing complex where the people from the government administration stay. Early morning good place to go but in evenings becomes crowded. There is also a Tennis court and Badminton indoor court (some display on what is the membership plan or what are the timing for opening and closing will help. No info on this whatsoever) A small open gym like facility and walk on pebbles is also there. Really a good place if not crowded.

Good park for walking and spending some time. There is a tennis and badminton court inside which allows only residents of Taisha flats. How is that a park maintained by corporation of Chennai is not allowing others to become members?

One of the well maintained parks in Chennai. Filled with lots of plants and grass. Even kids too like this place. Good place to do walking.

The Taisha Park is well maintained by the GCC. The park is full of trees and plants which makes the park more pleasant and there is always a breeze of fresh air. There is a play area for the kids. Also there are some small equipments to do minimal workouts for the young adults and adults.

All the special attention to the details in gardening have faded slowly. Still it's a good place to with your kid or simply for a walk. Badminton court is good.

nice park to have our children to spend quality play time... sometimes the kids play equipments are used by teenagers and gets broken..

Separate excercise area for elders,playing area for kids, a tennis court, walking area around the park and walking spce with pebbles around a colourful water fountain. There are open and shaded seateng areas also.

Really a good place for walking and excercise adults, park for playing children's, neatness and discipline place for everyone's to learn. Government need to focus all areas in tamilnadu to develope like this place.

This park near IAS quarters is highly beneficial for people in and around the surroundings to chill with a evening walk or to play badminton. Taisha park also be the cleanest play area for kids with wonderful fountain,lightings and landscape.

The park is open only till 9 am. Please change the timings on Google maps. We travelled pretty far looking at the reviews, reached at 9:15 and the kids were very disappointed as we were sent back saying the park is closed.
