I am planning to buy a Villa at Manju Foundation. Can someone please share how is the water availability inside the apartment? Do we have bore wells? Do we have water with low TDS values? as broker said something about iron values Are we self contained on water demands for that community or depend on water lorries If someone can respond to the same it would be easy for me to take a decision Thanks in advance !!!!

A cramped concrete jungle . Unable understand how people have purchased their homes here . Poor connecting roads with no maintenance - full of pot holes . Isn't worth even a single star . Though the buildings are just about five years old , looks like they are 30 years old .

Very calm and nice place. Well maintained flats. peaceful area and good air.

I live here and it's a quite place and has good security too. But the only problems are the cows outside the community and the roads are pretty congested. Overall a nice place to live.
