Before Decathlon Mogappair opened I had to travel to either Perungudi or Teynampet branch which are two extremes and when compared to mogappair both are very small. The space is very large in Decathlon Mogappair and they have play areas for kids and a turf area to play cricket/football. Parking is huge for both two wheelers and four wheelers. In terms of Sports Goods Ask what they don’t offer? They cover almost all equipment’s across various sports and all are priced reasonably. They also have offers running on their website or at store frequently and you grab what ever you need at a very low price. There shorts and T-shirts are very good in quality. I still have shorts and T-shirts which I got 3 years back. They also offer trekking goods,cycles,torches,water bottles , swimwear , cycle accessories, cycles etc etc … The place is so huge you will spend a minimum of 1 hour or more and best thing is they have demo products for us to try out the product and decide. Store opens at 9AM and closes at 9PM. Payments can be made through Cash/Card/UPI transactions.

This week purchased a cycle for my son, the experience wasn’t great! Some of the Staffs aren’t helpful! Few men had real attitude issues!! Collection is good which why they are selling good but ! The way they assembled the accessories!!! You can tell by looking at it, poor workmanship! Half of the accessories have come off already! They sell a multi tool kit upfront so they typically ask you to do their unfinished job at the store. Have shopped a few times here! The Hospitality is lost. To the owner or manager your staffs ask us to provide the feedback on touch screen immediately after selecting the cycle and billing!!!! The fitment happens only after that! I had no opportunity to provide the real feedback!!! Wouldn’t choose to come here again! I am having to fix all those loose items now with the muti tool kit you guys sold! Poor business ethics! No fun shopping here

Went there today to purchase a Rockrider mountain ST30 bycycle. The sales person Vimal explained everything clearly and was very helpful. It's a very big outlet and lots of products are displayed with good customer representatives to help you out. The only issue is the air conditioning was poor at the time I visited (it was a Sunday, June 11). Along with the weekend crowd, it felt little suffocating with no air conditioning. Also, I noticed few old/soiled products kept in the racks. It doesn't mean all the products are like that but there are few which ought to be replaced with new products. For an enterprise such as Decathlon, I expected more.
