A green environment work place. On the way of Guindy to Poonamallee road at Porur, 6.0 acre land is developed for delight work particularly IT purpose. Two blocks @ Tower A & B which is having many offices which caters needs of the tenants. The SBI Card division is at 4th floor. The ambience is amazing also the amenities and infrastructure is awesome. It was constructed and completed during 2020 and due to Covit 19 some of work places are available.

Aesthetically pleasing interiors. It's like what you see in international movies. Loved the interiors. There's also a park inside the area so people who work here can relax after their work time.

It's a good IT commercial building and coming up with more features like, Gym, Spa, Salon, indoor games and multiple cuisine food court...

Most of the floors are still empty. However there is no proper security features been taken care in necessary places. Not a single cctv camera been installed neither in any lift inside nor in lift area where offices are active. Where there are chances a male or female employee can misuse for any purpose or any crime also can happen. And another point, reaching out to Commerzone during rush hours is very hectic.. Mainly the entire Porur main road is jammed from Guindy to Porur signal..

Beautiful place. I had to visit SBI CREDIT CARD customer care center. What an ambience!! Wow!! And the staffs of SBI also are very polite. I love the bank of elevators. Hi-tech elevators. This is the first time I have ever seen such a beautiful row or bank of elevators!! Hats off to the Architect.... 🎩

This place is near Feathers Radha Hotel. Due to ongoing metro work we need to take an huge U turn to reach here. If you are walking then it might be easier as the metro staff assist you to cross road post opening the barricades.

Please be Aware of parking your Bike & Helmets there are lot of thiefs surrounding inside the building under parking area, I lost My helmet worth of 3k, I wandered lot of time to the security and building supervisor there is no response from them, Camera quality is too poor they are simply saying can't able to recognize the face..very very worst security team and they are so rude to us, Be safe with your belongings.

Very nice one. Emenities are very good. U have a lot of place for walking, sitting peacefully, and a park, which is usually missing other offices.

2 Corporate Office buildings with good infrastructure & greenary.. plenty of parking space available.. road traffic is high during business hours.

Nice place to work, still some construction is going on so be careful when you are walking inside campus, also some places building equipment are falling down.

Some of the construction is still not completed, this is right in the road. Very decent place. Right now surroundings are not so developed, don't get decent food. Food court is planned but not there yet.
