Aadhar Seva centre is the best thing available in this mall. Other that that I has a Elite bar of TASMAC in the ground floor. Skipping these two the mall is a total disaster and has nothing in it. Not well maintained, one of the worst malls in the city. If not for Aadhar seva centre people would not even visit this place (barring the Kudimagans). I feel this was a planned disaster.

Best place to buy liquor from elite tasmac which let you enter inside n choose your preferred drink n various collection for vodka ,rum,gin, whiskey,brandy, wine

If you think it is a Mall then you will be highly disappointed. The only reason I go there is because it has a good booze shop which is well stocked but other than that I can say that the place is very badly planned that it looks like they planned for this Mall to fail. The Air-conditioning does not work, the escalators don't work, the lighting does not work, there is no periodic cleaning or maintenance. No wonder that good shops have not set up their outlet in this place. Unless the management do something out of the ordinary this place is bound to fail. The location is good but the size of the Mall is small. The promoter has clearly not thought about the landscaping, design or cleanliness of the place in his plan or vision. There is nothing attractive about the place which brings in people. If a good Mall company takes over this place then there is a chance for this place to be successful otherwise it will die a slow painful end. Sad to see such places with high investment failing due to lack to professional management.

Not so good in my experience and opinion by the definition of a mall......! Located in the Thousand Lights area, it is just half occupied. Shops are ok and some kind of sale is always going on here. It also has Domino's Pizza and McDonald's outlets. Accessible easily by metro, very near from the metro station. I just didn't feel the 'mall experience' while roaming inside, so didn't bother to take photos!! Can be better..........

Went to Aadhar Enrollment Center. Very good maintained and well serviced for a Government processing center. Courteous staff, may be the security guards have to be educated to be respectful to the visiting citizens as well. Great job by the staff and supervisors inside. Enough parking space for 2 and 4 wheelers. Open on all 7 days except national holidays.

Inside the mall aadhar card office is there. Any change in address or telephone number or anything new to apply is easy over there with out appoint. If appointment is there directly we can go with out standing in queue. Queue also moves fast and there are 15 counters. Very fast all are working

If you didn't take appointment in online then it would take 2 to 3 hours to wait in a queue to update so, It is better to take appointment in online before approaching for aadhar updates. People clear your queries faster and guide you. I went to change my dad's DOB (born 1972) without birth certificate. They said it is not possible to change without birth certificate but there is few alternative certificates required for change, which cannot be easily get by normal person. Before there was a form to get attested sign and we update it. Now it became very strict to change DOB because to reduce fraudulent. Hope you guys find it helpful.

Aadhar office is located here. Super crowded for a place stuck by pandemic. They have tried to maintain spacing between seating but its just absolutely over crowded. Need prior appointment. Then no queue, Else you have to stand in queue and wait for your chance to enter the office. Show ur digital appointment and they will give you a form to fill. With that if you go in, you will be given a token number. This way your wait period is shorter else you will have to wait for a long time. Open on Saturdays also.

Went there to update aadhar card. There is a facility to book an appointment and then can visit. Else, we can get a form, which is being distributed on the ground floor. Better to take a pen with you and more importantly a minimum of 50Rs, you will be charged for changes in aadhar. You will be charged Rs.10 for 2 wheeler parking. The place is good, having an escalator and 2 lifts, out of which 1 will be in operation. Requesting public to co-operate with security to make things hassle free.

We had a great experience when we went here for new Aadhaar. The people here are active, smart, intelligent, vibrant, knowledgeable and more importantly, very friendly and kind. They quickly completed the work for us. Another good thing is that you can book appointment online and they have proper queue by implementing the token system and seating arrangement for waiting. We wish we knew about this place before. We have been to other kind of offices for the same purpose. All our efforts went in vein. Work was not done. Either they lack knowledge or don't know the work or not willing to complete it. We received only lot of wrong / useless information. They were unorganized and unfriendly. I wish a lot of general public hanging around those offices for days to weeks to years, knew about this very good service offered here. If someone happens to read this review, please help other people with this information. Same kind of very good service is offered at post offices too for Aadhaar updates.

I guess the parking fund is the only thing that runs this 10 sq. mall. Usually people neglect this mall. Aadhar center is the only major reason for people's presence over there. Bikes can be parked safely ₹10, might be useful for some who finds it difficult to safely park their vehicles in koyembedu traffic.

I went to the aadhar office. Bike parking 10 rs. I need to park the bike openly. No shadow or shed for the bike. Giving 10 Rs to park the bike under the sun. The mall has no AC and no maintenance is fine.

We visited to change mobile number in aadhar care at e-seva. Service was fast and commendable. Online slot is available for booking. People are made to wait at the ground floor and they are provided forms for filling. But form is available at the counter at the first floor. So we can directly visit and get our service done.

I went to ADHAR SEVA Kendra .it took only 10 mins for me to take new aadhar..but they. Didn't mention full DATE OF BIRTH of my daughter in aadhar..so am facing problem till 2 months..no one is answering properly ..I am fed up with this service

Feel like a zombie /apocalyptic world. Went for aadhar update. Located in such a busy area of koyambet.....but! The mall had security to assist in parking. If u r coming from Anna Nagar side.... Getting in to the mall by taking a u turn is a test on 4 ur driving skills. God knows where is the u turn. If coming from vadapalani... It's easy, just take left to the mall. That entry point is tricky with traffic jam.

There are few other corporate offices. Hotel Saravana bhavan has also closed their outlet here. It is a 3 storeyed mini mall and during my visit the ac was switched off

Aadhaar centre is the main reason for public to visit this place. Ample parking space available. Aadhaar centre is quite good. Staff at Aadhaar centre were quite helpful. One can visit with or without appointment. Visiting with appointment would is advisable.

Overall service was good. Process gets completed in few minutes. But if you want to update details with limit exceeded then you have to visit the centre manager who'll not be available on Sundays. So plan accordingly.

The only mall in the city which is always empty and non crowded round the year... This mall is famous for its mainly three things : 1) Aadhar Centre... 2) Uber Enrollment centre... 3) Elite Tasmac Shop... Sufficient parking space for both four wheelers and two wheelers...

The ambience of the place was superb. The staff were very courteous. I got my work done in just a few minutes at the Aadhaar Centre. On the whole the Mall was worth visiting and the experience must be seen first hand to be beleived.

This mall is very near the Koyembedu bus stand. Still most of the floor and shops are empty in this mall . They have very few car parking slots but a good number of bike parking slots. One thing I like is car parking charge is only Rs.20/-. This mall is famous only for Aadhaar enrollment and update service.

No matter how busy they are all the staffs and managers serve you with a smile and also very helpful. Except one guy. He is old and working as a manager. He is of no help, will not give you necessary information needed , chitchat and waste your time. He does not belong there. Hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Whole staff is stupid. I did go two times for adhar update and I was providing sufficient documents but were continuously asking for other documents except mine one, although it my document is clearly mentioned at adhar portal. All are villagers and donkey.

A staff (bald headed, blue shirt and pant and wearing an orange streak -chendoor, on the forehead) came harassed my child in front of me today for no reason while waiting in the lounge. He borderline abused my child few days before, while trying to get on the elevator and then today he did it again. This building is not a safe place for children. Please stay away!!

Visited for Aadhar enrollment at Aadhaar seva kendriya. Very rude behaviours, particularly C-13 lady staff. No ventilation, no fan. We are almost waiting more than 3 hrs with my children. This is the very worst place in my life.
