I feel bestvpkace to buy whatever you want it for home... one of the best place and very much crowded during evening and festival times.. better to go at start of the day by 09 am else will be too much rush.... a to z available with lot of design and varieties.. you required a day if you want to look for all the items.. u have to be very planned and should go to the items what us required else you will be tired and will be very late.

A good place to buy everything for the home.A well-known place for everything in stainless steel utensils for the home.Very crowded all the time and time consuming. Though they have good system in place, it is very cumbersome for paying and taking delivery of bought out items. Autos, vehicles not allowed in the road where the shop is housed and you have to struggle to take out your things to your vehicle parked elsewhere, if you have heavy purchases.Anything starts at affordable price, quality is according to the price u spend on a thing. Canteen facility is like ,better they close it than serving worst food at low price, totally unhygienic. The people who eat there they eat what they provide for the money and not questioning about hygiene even they do the staffs wont answer anyway. U can buy anything within a margin.

This is the best store at the crowded area of Tnagar. Everything you will get at huge discounts. Starting from dresses to every household item one needs is available here. The salesperson are always ready to help. At each floor you shop you have to make the billing of each item. Then at last you have to pay at the cash counter. They accept cash card and upi also. Would definitely visit again and again. The best part of tnagar stores is that it is located beside the local train station of mamblam.

When I came to Chennai, the first place where I bought clothes was Chennai Saravana Stores. A middle class family will be happy to get the goods here at the prices they need. I have seen many shopping complexes but Sarva stores are always special.

What a store, wow! The premium showroom is situated in Chennai's Padi sector. Anything you would like can be purchased. There are all the goods easily available. Safety precautions are taken into account and there is a welcoming atmosphere throughout the renovations. Lift operators are always available, parking is always accessible. and deliveries to customers' homes are prompt. While you exchange the things, you can get a decent savings. Digital payments do not offer rebates, and impolite ground workers are a constant problem. and the billing team's performance has not been met with client satisfaction. In comparison to other stores, you can find a cheaper goods here.

You can get any product here at an affordable rate. Located in T.Nagar heart of Chennai. Their services are good. They accept digital payments also. You can shop for all sort of items under one umbrella. My experience was very good here and all the staff working here are very patient enough to show and explain about the products also.

Many varieties with low price, but customer care is very low. I could not find any sales representatives nearby. The man at the utensils section, stationeries sections do not understand English or Hindi, so it is very much an unpleasant experience for an international customer. and the store is not well organized too. It is only divided into the floors, but no item-wise name plates available. You have to take a round to the whole floor just to find your desired section.

Very good facility. All items under one roof. Rates are slightly increased now. Canteen in the second floor with reasonable price. Variety rice are 15 to 20 rupees. Vegetarian food only available.Lift facility available. Car parking not available in same building. To be park the vehicle some other place. The parking cost can be reimburse when purchase products here.

It's always filled with crowded people and somany varieties and new Arrivals available like sarees and jewelleries. I buy a saree for my mother. I ate biriyani also with my lover.

All in all shopping in one place. We have to plan before buying becuase there is lot of rush in weekends and festival. Lots of varieties, designs available. So, making it easier to compare and make purchases. I suggest to improve the canteen because of not taking any sanitary measures.

Cheap quality China toys... didn't buy anything.. wasted my time

Wide availability of items and price is also cheap. Things are in large quantities even the workers there couldn't find some things we were expecting. Recommend you to go with someone so that searching and finding things will be easier. Some times some products different size and low cost variants will not be available in thier sections but you may find cheaper or different sized same product in another floor.

Today I visit with my husband, staff are very rude and mannerless behaviour. There is no sticker for rate.we also asked for rate after that no response and abused.....by saddam in vegitables billing counter.........Also no complaint book puted on couter.....,so worst service by staff specialy with Hindi costomers.....

We used to visit the Saravana stores during my childhood. The buildings in the street looks old, i think the entire place has to be re-built again. Overall the collection is good..

Rates for dress, toys are ok but too much formalities. Even other big stores have crowds but no one treats their customers like Saravana stores do. Also the monthly groceries items all have been increased double the rate. So it's not worth to purchase any groceries here

During my child hood days till now, whenever festive season occurs, for my family the first go-to place is Saravana stores, for their budget friendly low price range and discount for clothes and other products, It's good. But, they also need to focus on the Quality nowadays compared to how it was before.

Product are usual good 👍 but please advice your sales girl to respond and talk to customer politely... When I ask a sales girl about availability of a product she simply walks away with responding and tell to another girl to attend me. This is irritating. So without a second thought I left the shop.

It has a wide variety of clothes at a good price. The canteen in fifth floor is also good. Food is good compared to outside and price very reasonable. It would be better if the boards are in English and hindi as well. Employing people who could understand and speak Hindi, English and Telugu will make the store a best in class one.

Worst customer service. Workers there think that only they have work and we are there just for fun. They even stare at customers and fight. It is ok if they have a valid reason. But satisfying customers comes first. They can't even show the dresses we want. They say that there is no more designs. But after we ask them for more times they finally show it with that annoying face. And the lift is the ultimate things. I was afraid of going in it. I don't know how the lift keeper survives. The lift was like it could break and we would fall into it any minute. Worst shop I have ever went...

Absolutely incredible bargains. This super store has about 4 floors, but many floors are split into two levels, so really you have around 7. Jewelry and snacks are on the ground floor, first A,B and C were women clothes. Second A,B,C where children, Third A,B,C were men's and 4th floor were miscellaneous formal clothes. The customer service can be lacking in some areas. Asking to try something is almost frowned upon, but with patience you can grab some amazing deals. Definitely worth stopping if you are bargain hunting.

It's really good now day. Everything about the ambiance, collections etc. But one thing is for every floor you people checking our bags while we are getting one which is so annoying. I usually go buy as per plan and roam to some other sections if I like anything else or if I missed anything I got remembered and buy. But because of this checking if floor I'm only coming as a last option to your store now a days. Even if I come I go to the particular floor grab what I needed buy and come. Please consider this. Atleast let us put our hand bags in Luggage room with token so that we can carry our mobile wallet or anything essentials alone and you no need to check on each floor. Thank you

Much hyped store in Tnagar, All the items are expensive compared to other outlets. Not sure why people flok this place, there is always a massive crowd here. They literally have anything and everything required for a household but it is definitely not cheap. Some common items I checked are actually expensive here. 4 floors for purchase and 5th is cafeteria. Lift service (upwards) is available until 4th floor. Lift service (downwards) is available until 1st floor. Not at all customer focused, they have done this for their convenience. High level of alertness from salesperson ALWAYS BELIEVING THAT SOMEONE MIGHT ROB THINGS FROM THE STORE. May be their experience of handling many thieves, not sure. Some kind of uneasiness or discomfort in the security person's eyes. Ground floor - Gold & Silver 1st floor - Ladies 2nd floor - kids 3rd Floor - Gents (Gents Toilet, try avoiding as much as possible) 4th floor - Household and stationary. Basement - To store your luggage, very nasty smell in basement. Billing is another headache here, first payment, Second bill Confirmation, Third item collection Ground floor - collect bags based on your total payment. They are providing you with Calendars for Christmas & NewYear sale. If you purchase more than 2500, you get a good quality cloth bag free.

Products and price is good, but the checking u people do in every part of each floor is totally disgusting sometimes. Sometime they even pull or drag the customers to check them. No shops in the city follow this Kind of behaviour except your shop.
