Nice place to spend some time , but expensive parking charges

Cool stuff, cheapest prices for the most awesome quality! I wish there is an Indian brand that could manufacture technology with as much quality and love for technology and affection for consumers like MI does. All the MI products available in MI App are there live at the store. There are products available for demo that you can go there try on. New products sales when done here, see a lot of crowd standing in long queues.

There were 3 people at the showroom. One person named Madan attended to me. I wanted to buy MI smart band 3 or 4. I had mistakenly got extra colourful bands for it. Then he said MI 6 is available. We tried it on the band's that I had with me. It fit so well. I proceeded to buy it. While I was clicking the picture. The guys at the counter wanted to interchange the box. Since they spotted me taking pictures, they didn't swap the pack!! I asked them to open the pack and show it to me. Buyers Beware.

Mi showroom, full collection, nice service, affordable price.

All MI products like mobile, television, chargers, laptop, power bank all are available, but on compare to online prices are high. Door step delivery not available, we have to take on by our own. Warrenty will be available for products. Hospitality is good. More display are available for our experience. Before purchase products over online go and visit the showroom and experience the products.

They are good sevice and best quality no mobiles are there....One of the best mi home... The staff who works there are very supportive and give more advices... They are soft and very kind to customer... Looking forward for some best products from mi... Mi home staffs Helped to get mi note 5 pro at the earliest

This place would be great if those two staffs in there are removed from work they have no knowledge on customer handling and their tone of voice is very rude. They give fake promises to customers to make them buy and later deny them all. The company has to do something about this or otherwise they're gonna add up more hatred towards their brand. I would recommend you to never visit this shop. They are so insensitive to the needs of the customers. The only time they respond is when your making a payment 😂 so be careful out there.

This outlet of the Mi Home is fine, but does have it flaws that annoyed me. It's located in forum mall, prime location and accessing it is so problem, but bound to find traffic. Some showroom employees first of all don't have a big idea about the products there on the display and sometimes aren't sure about what they're saying. The piece of information they give isn't proper or convincing enough to believe, I mean they are unsure and have less clarity in what they're saying. And contacting the customer about sale of the phone is irritating as well, I was asked to come there within half an hour to collect my phone or else it'd go out of stock. I had to rush to the store to buy the phone through peak hour traffic, fortunately I got it. Informing an hour earlier will do better. Overall the customer service could be a lot better. Otherwise the product line-up is good and kept well. The showroom overall is of decent size and brightly lit. And I have no idea why there are no contact numbers available to the Mi Home stores anywhere. That's seriously annoying. Overall decently satisfied.

You can all products at this store. You can have touch and feel experience at this store. Staffs have good knowledge about product. Only concern is required additional staffs to address the people. Keep to follow the safety measure as recommended by government at this situation.

Very crowded and employees doesn't give much attention towards the customer on what I felt. I might visit on a crowded day

Had good reputation for MI. But staffs are getting worse. I came to check for MI tv. I wanted to check the sound quality but the staff were not cooperative. They are saying that wifi is slow. And they are not even giving the remote or connecting to hotspot even

Very neat and clean and staffs are very friendly I like is and when you purchase electronic item kindly check in store and come out...

Good shopping mall for shopping for everything we need . More or less everything available here Very clean Not much crowded Covid safety followed Public restrooms are clean and tidy No liquid soap to wash hand or paper towel to wipe hand in rest room Enough car parking. Entrance for disabled available. Wheel chair access disturbed in some places because of steps only from parking area to mall

It was a great experience. Its a different world. We can find everything related to entertainment at one place

They had the worst person to employ on a customer facing store. On 14th may at 5pm. Will never visit nor recommend this store. Boycotting anything Mi from now

They really don't want the customers!! They don't care about, me and my friends went to buy a mobile phone. They are not attending us properly we used to ask all the details and specs of the each phone and offers. They think that we don't buy a phone. So they didn't care about us. Honestly we felt very bad so went down and bought mobile from Croma Store.

My brother went to buy a redmi phone but the staffs didn't answer his query properly and he bought a same redmi phone down the reliance digital in nexus Vijaya mall

We usually purchase Mi phones in this store only. Samsuddin treats the customer very well.. he understands the customer needs and delivers accordingly. Just now, I purchased a note 11 pro.

The stores employees are quick in billing and the ambiance of the store is very good… But once the customer walks in there is no one to receive the customer and ask for their demands/queries… The employees are only keen on billing and sending the customer but not at all interested to answer to customers question… Otherwise the store has a good variety of products and it’s very nearly maintained…

In MI Home Forum Mall i have bought power bank. 🔋 its was very nice and i can charge 2 times fir my phone. Its very nice to have. Good customer service in good location. Keep it up. And thank for the wonderful supports to us.
