Most of the times there is traffic on the road. —Difficult for 4-wheeler to park, have to checkout adjacent spots. —However, two wheeler parking is available. Almost all items (A-Z) available within most price ranges ( budget range ) Wide variety items from kitchen , household , stationery, office supplies & tools, spares etc are available. There is a separate stationary store beside for many embroidery and other clothing additional and gift packing related items along with regular office stationery. All provisionals and accessories are available. This is a good place to explore variety within budget range. Not for premium products or high value items with good quality.

Santhosh Super Stores provide one stop solution for buying all food and home essentials. It is some what in between a super and a hyper market. In evening this store is very crowded and outside chat shop also available. This store sells groceries, vegetables, beauty accessories, snacks, cookware set and stationery. Shop maintain neet and clean. In front of shop we can park vehicles, 4 to 5 cash counter available to avoid long queue. Since I've only visited this shop a few times and only bought a few items, I can't judge the pricing. Pros: The perfect supermarket has everything you need. Have parking space for bike and car.

I bought a water heater here. I feel a fair price with good warranty. Their collections of products were branded. One of the good store in Anna nagar to visit and buy.

It's the second store in Annanagar. The store is fully equipped with most of the household requirements right from safety pins to electronic gadgets. Repairs to gas stoves, electric geyser, iron box, cookers are also attended to. The advantage of this store is it has lifts to all the floors and is comparatively less crowded to the other store in Annanagar, near the tower metro station. Staff are cooperative and as usual very quick in attending customers and in billing section. visited today 04/04/2023. The store continues to extend the good services. Improvement in monitoring parking. The guard assists parking and controls traffic to help easy removal of four wheeler parked.

Yesterday a female Staff in billing @ Cosmetic Section behaved very badly when i went to ask for exchanging a thing. She really insulted me by asking few questions impolitely in the crowd. One among the question is , "You are the one purchased previous day, again you are the one asking for exchange, it is not possible"...But i requested her with my response "the color was bright with lightings by that time, but when i looked @ home it is different "...But she didn't respond and looked in to other billings. Few of my friends also disappointed with few norms of Santhosh which really disrespect Customers. But few big shops like Santhosh doesn't care about that, and they smartly respond to these kind of reviews , as they are provided with huge customers. Viewers -Try to give opportunities to small retailers who really understands & care about customers.

Hi Team, we've been purchasing monthly provisions/groceries quite regularly in Santhosh Supermarket, Chrompet. This month purchased the groceries on 16-JAN-2024, billed the groceries and asked them to deliver the groceries worth ₹6499 at home as I commuted by bike. The store person in the billing counter said that the home delivery can be done only on 19th JAN as most of the guys were off due to Pongal festival, I accepted it and asked them by what time on 19th the groceries can be delivered. I was promised by the staff that it'll be delivered before lunchtime on 19-JAN-2024. And today I was engrossed in work and after lunch around 3 PM realised that the groceries have not yet been delivered. I called the Chrompet store but no one picked, I tried multiple times and then called the Santhosh Superstore and a guy named Mr.Sathish picked the call and he chased the Chrompet store staff for delivery and I received the groceries around 4:30 PM. Felt bad when the groceries weren't delivered by said time and also no one was picking the call. Thanks to Santhosh Superstore Mr.Sathish for resolving the issue at the earliest. Hope I don't get to experience this again and expect the management will streamline such issues.

Nice Store. I regularly go to Santosh Super Market, 18th main road and get my reqd. items with value for money. All staffs are very gentle and welcoming. I always find Mr. Prem in 2nd floor very supportive and guiding in seleting items, may it be buying pillow, mosquito net, 3pin plug and many other items. Will like to visit again.

Today we shopped in santhosh super market at 18th main road. Mr Anthony, a supervisor, who was in the third floor helped us was very polite and guided us well to buy what we need. He arranged unavailable items from the godown and stayed with us throughout the billing process and was very very helpful. Highly recommend him for your shopping experience. The shop also had a lot of various options to choose from. Overall it was a good shopping experience because of Mr Anthony.

Very good place to shop with wide variety of items and quite neatly arranged in all the floors with clearly marked items in each floor. Particular mention about the outside eatery which was very good chaat items with good price. Their Mammos and cheese panipuuri were good. Also the mehendi walas also good and charged reasonable price

Hello everyone, yesterday I visited a santhosh stationary shop, at 18 th main road...really I had a wonderful experience because, that shop acts as a one stop solutions for all of our stationary demand from the school art crafts items to office stationaries ..and the customer attendant named gomathi and Kalai were very friendly with customers and they guided the customers very well according to their needs ..

Haii , Two days back, me and my friend visited the santhosh stationary shop at 18 th main road. The shop looked small but I was very surprised to witness the variety stocks of stationaries they had... They are having all the things ranging from a ,school, office, home stationeries, hand craft materials and supplements to embroideries... and one of the most astonishing fact is the quality of the materials they provide within our budget range. And the staff named abirami was really very attentive and caring for the customers needs .

Good. But should be advised not to switch off lights when customer is shopping inside during closing hours

Good shop. Home delivery option is great. Executive Moorthi is very polite and kind to deliver our products whenever we order and it's a good experince to shop at Santhosh Super Stores.

Price is definitely as expected from any business in Anna nagar. The best part of visiting this place is that it is truly a one stop shop for buying merchandise for home. The downside is the price which could be marked down for at least 60% of the products sold there.

Good places to get all household and stationary items . The prices are decent and affordable. They have good car parking before the shop.

Ground plus 3 floors. Good quality Grocery, plastic items, gift articles, house hold items etc are available. Parking space is limited but can accommodate 3 cars. Good helpful staff. Stationary shop is located in adjacent building.

Excellent customer service by all staff. Be prepared to be flattered. The store serves any and all needs. From Baking supplies to pet care to Home needs, it is a one-stop-shop for every need.

The staffs have no respect for customers. Very bad hospitality. They don’t have an idea of what stock they have. Whichever product we ask, they will run a glance and say that they don’t have it. However , with minimal inspection we will be able to spot the exact product we ask for. This happened to another customer too who was asking for Colgate sensitive, the staff said it was out of stock, but behind him there was 12 packs stacked. Most of the staffs are busy bullying their lady colleagues, not professional. This mostly happens in the ground floor. 1st floor and 2 nd floor staffs are responsive. I will avoid this place at any cost. There are other several supermarkets who provide professional services and yet stare for business. Just because Santhosh super market has gained name , it doesn’t mean that they can show such bad attitude towards the customers.
