Visiting this place for second time. Very busy and crowded. They take 10 to 15 mins just to take your order but they ll serve the food in very short time. Taste was average. Dosa was too salty. Poori was fluffy and crispy. Quantity was also decent. Reducing my rating only for their delay in billing. We almost waited more than 20 mins just receive the bill.

A2B going from bad to worse.. No electricity, no water, no soap, no parking, stinking bathrooms, half the items on the menu are not available, waiters have such a take it or leave it attitude. The only thing that seems to retain quality is price which seems to have only gone up.

Place is neat and tidy. Very good services. Food items were delicious. Sweets and savories are also available. Though it seems costly, no compromise in quality. Fine dining available in the first floor with good wash rooms, maintained clean. The only drawback is the cash counter. We have to stand in a queue to pay our bill and we have to bend to the bottom counter to talk with the cashier if we want to ask something. Ample bike parking facilities. Overall this is a nice restaurant, we can enjoy with our family.

Have visited this restaurant many times...south indian tiffin items are very good...!! Chat items are also recommended ..Their sweets and savouries are also of very good quality!

I recently visited A2B and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. First and foremost, the lack of parking service was a major inconvenience.and the beginning of the problems. The behavior of the staff was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff members seemed disinterested and indifferent, showing no concern for customer satisfaction

No complaints on taste of the food. But the service is very pathetic, that's how the food is kept on the table during Covid times. No hygiene at all. What's the use in visiting such a reputed brand ? than the local hotels during pandemic. No water to wash hands, they kept water in a bucket. Soap dispenser also not working.

Tasteless blant sambar and chutney, definitely not the A2B type sambar & chutney. Why would you mix water with the sambar and get the chutney while it was grinding? That too the green chutney was not served. This is not the first time, already once you people served kurma mixed with channa for chole bhature. People be aware and save yourself from being robbed the fashionable way. They don't cook on spot anything except dosa and poori, forget cooking they don't even bother to heat it before they serve. Such a waste of time and money. EDIT: The phone numbers and WhatsApp numbers they post on every negative review is of no use. They have standard templates which they simply copy and paste, it's more of a bot, you cannot expect a resolution. Just letting everyone know so that you don't waste your time.

I love A2B foods, I used to travel frequently from chennai to Theni either or the other way I’ll stop at A2B for lunch dinner or breakfast, and Recently I watched Mr KT Venkatesh interview which is admirable. But at the same time nowadays a days service is very poor I must say very very poor especially in Ramapuram and Avadi Branch . Or else it will end up like Saravana Bhavan since other chains like Sangeetha or sangeetha desi mane will take over your share.

Fantastic place. Very busy and very crowded. The place has established a name for itself and a cult community running behind its sweets and savouries. The place is clean and tidy. Covid safety precautions in place. All customers are requested to wear masks and staffs wear masks and gloves. Temperature is being recorded and hand sanitizer in place. The securities halo in car parking. What stands out is the taste year after year after year. Highly recommended.

Restaurant standards well maintained as u expect from A2B !! All the snacks and sweets the quality has been maintained the same for many year and the packing of these have changed and well sealed in recent times!!! Post lockdown !! Since the focus is on takeaway only now!! The meals pack is the most ordered and sent out !! So don expect to find any other items during lunch time !!

There was a cockroach in the idly we ordered! We got the idly for our baby and was shocked to see a dead insect inside 😡 pathetic service! As of now no response from the hotel, staff and zero ownership of what happened! Worst restaurant branch ever!

Worst food ever. Masala in everything. Look at the gravy they serve for chapati. It's like Kara kolambu.. Meals is pathetic. Curd rice was like buttermilk rice.. these guys have the infrastructure.. but the product is bad.

Nice restaurant for a quick bite. Serves Vegetarian cuisine only. Quite crowded at most times. Services are quick, well maintained clean washroom. Unless you seek, spoons, tissues are not given, so seek if you miss it. Prices are quite reasonable. Parking space is limited.

Food & Taste - 5/5 Service - 1/5 The food taste is top-notch, as always in A2B. But the overall service was very bad. To start with, the first floor is open only for lunch and hence closed during our dinner visit. We had to wait for 20 minutes for a table. Literally, we had to stand near the table on a waiting list. At last, we got a table. The service person took 15 minutes to take orders, which was shocking considering there are only 40–50 seats overall. One of the order items was misplaced; they gave us a different item. Considering the time in the picture, we agreed to eat that. At last, it took 15 minutes to get the bill. We were also given the wrong bill because the previous bill was not closed, and they gave us a different bill. Overall, the experience was bad except for the food.

One of our favorites in the vegetarian, serves wide range of veg cuisine... a2b as the chain is popularly known, it is known for the quality and the service... we don’t dine in much, prefer take aways for sweets and snacks... Raj cachori is our favorite among the chaats items.. dining is available in both ground and first floors... service is good and price is moderate ... since COVID, they also started selling fruits and vegetables to benefit customers.. parking is available for 4 wheelers however during peak hours you will find it tight or no space.. I would not hesitate to recommend this place...

Today is my friend's bday and we have plans to go to A2B ..This time I am not happy with A2B food ..they did not have a North Indian thali even the manager did not allow us to cut the cake because outside food is not permitted but at late they agree and hope fully in the end very was good

I really love the food and quality. But Why I have given 3* is because they have mentioned a lot of food items , but when we ask it will not be available. They say the reason. We have a very small kitchen here. So these foods are not available here. Whereas you can go to another nearby a2b next to tradecenter. If that is so, my sincere advice not to mention the foods which are not available in this a2b restaurant. Why do you need to waste your time and our time. Thanks 🙏

Delivery speed in sweet and savories counter can be improved a lot. Salesmen are too slow in billing the items we order even though they're pre-packaged (they just need to pick items and bill them that's it). Have not tastes restaurant items in this branch yet, have tried only sweets n snacks - they're are good in terms of quality and packaging. But somehow not tasting as good as before that's my personal feeling.

I was craving for north indian food after coming to Chennai and eating only South Indian food for a week. I saw online that there is a north Indian plate here. So I went there with my colleague. This place gets too crowded after 2 pm and even more on weekdays. We waited around 30 mins for our thali because It was new to them like they were only serving south Indian thali and suddenly they got an order of North Indian thali. Talking about food, It was delicious. I was they will give at least 3 roti but they gave only 2. The price was 225+taxes.

An excellent vegetarian restaurant in Chennai. Very clean food quality is good as well as service is great. We enjoyed many delicious dosa for breakfast here

Food is up to A2B standards. Seating arrangements though optimized to accommodate higher number of the customers, it TOTAL CHAOS inside. Too many customers and servers crisscross SMALL corridor. Too noisy. Not congenital for relaxed environment which is essential for food.

Just like any other A2B it is.👍 🌈There are 2 floors in this restaurant. 💥Ground floor is a self service floor in the afternoons and first floor is a full served floor. 💥I prefer to eat in the ground floor as most of food are prepared there and we get an idea of what items are available that day. 💥We have a variety of ice creams and sweets to choose from, which is not possible from the first floor. 💥Even though same food is served in both the floors, I preferred to eat in the ground floor. 💥First floor was full packed and had a long waiting line and was quite warm for an ac restaurant. 💥The ambience was not so appealing as it was quite dark even in the day. 💥Ground floor looked bright, filled with lights and It was quite cool than the top floor.

A few days ago I saw an animal inside the food, which seems unacceptable to me and the employee just killed it with your kitchen towel and continued serving the customer, the only good thing is the coffee. and the cloth with which they clean the tables is never washed, it smells very bad.

Great place for dine in. Parking place also available. Staffs are very polite. Special mention to the securities out there helping with the traffic. Quite busy during the evening time otherwise all are superb .nothing to complain about

This place is meant for quick snacks only. Food: Served hot (steam hot), recommend to take any Dosa like masala Dosa, ghee roast Dosa, plain dosa or onion dosa. Do plan to take idly or dosa during breakfast or evening snacks. Lunch: Plan for a mini meal or specific north /South meal, instead of idly / dosa. Cost: You get value for money. No complains on the food, but the service was not on par at all. They took a lot of time to even start taking orders. I needed water and they actually brought water only like 10 to 15 minutes after we finished eating our food. The table cleaning was slow. It's just simple. They are not able to manage crowd. I was not even there at peak hour. It was like 5.30 or 6.pm

A2B is a very popular and very decent restaurant. Delicious food items are available here. In my opinion, it is an excellent place for vegetarians. Throughout the day, the restaurant adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness. Customer service is one of the best aspects of the restaurant. All the snacks are available as fresh as they get. The filter coffee is the house specialty. It is always one of my favorite places for food. I highly recommend it.

Located on the main road. Parking available in front of the restaurant. Valet parking available. It was crowded place during weekend. Temperature checks not done. All staff wear masks. Ground floor was operational when I visited. Due to space crunch social distancing not possible. Dining space available on first floor too which was not operational. Restrooms are clean and available at first floor. Food - tasty north, south and Chinese cuisine are available. Digital payments are accepted. Have special items such as palak vada.

Car parking and two wheeler parking available seats arranged as per covid19 norms ground floor and First flooravailable for dining. Sometimes you have to wait for seats.
