There's no reasoning with animals. There's a very high possibility that management has changed and the staff has been replaced. For the past one week, they have been adding onions inside the subwraps despite me clearly mentioning it in the special instructions of the Swiggy app and I have been compensated 4 TIMES in the past week alone. So think about how much money this Subway branch alone would have lost due to their poor service and extreme incompetent. I have uploaded 4 pictures. These 4 pictures are all taken on different mornings from the past 7 days. Don't expect your order to come as you had planned for.

Ordered through zomato on a Friday night. Chose the chicken tikka salad. Had the options to add my favourite sauces - mayonnaise, sweet onion sauce. One salad is enough for a stomach full feast 😊😊 The packing was so nice and delivery was quicker than expected.

We had lunch in subway. The menu has good options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians people. We had little bit communication issue. People working there doesn’t understand English properly. It was bit difficult for us to communicate with them. Other than that the pace was clean and well maintained. The subs and ingredients were fresh.

Great variety of ham-burgers... Must try "sub-of-the-day" offers to experience real taste....

Subway Valasarvakkam is always one of my favourite snack spots after work. The staffs in the store are amicable. The place is neatly maintained. The food tastes wonderful. After recent issues on Subway being annexed by another Party, the business and the crowd at the store has reduced. The items on the menu also seemed a little reduced. Subway will be missed !

My Worst ever Subway experience so far !!Paid 320 for 1 chicken wrap only to get 1 cucumber.. 2 tomatoes and very few lettuce...don't you feel guilty for looting your customer's money and time ??this will be last time i am eating in subway

Had a foot long sub (1/2). One half had a stand of hair in it. Showed them and reordered while eating the other also had hair. There were 2 girls. Not wearing hair cap too. Very disgusting experience. Cookies are good and the bread was average. Finally, they billed wrongly and hence had to purchase another item to account for it.

I ordered food through Zomato but then I am not satisfied with the veg sandwich and potato wedges combo which came the food quality wasn't upto the mark of usual subway outlets and i also tried to reach out to resturant but they attended my call and said that they would cooking the potato wedges in the morning and would heat it and deliver it to customer when they ask it seems and the manner in they responded sounded way unprofessional. They also picked up my call after calling them continuously for 6 times. Really unhappy with your service. I wouldn't recommend or order at this outlet anymore as their service sucks.

Got food home delivered from here. Orders: aloo patty sub, pepsi & tandoori tofu sub. Aloo patty tasted on point 🤩😋 Tandoori tofu is a recent addition and tasted okayish.

The place was big, but not much lively just 2 - 3 customer. The ice cream section was closed.

Good location. I had cheese and egg sub and veggie delite. Veggie delite had too much sauce in it. I used restroom. It did not have any soap.
