The hotel which lost it's specialty... The remaining available taste is beaten by the arrogance of the staff who shows anger due to the loss making hotel or other reasons.. As one employee told, This hotel's owner in collaboration with Vairam hotel (Porur) jointly built a new hotel in Madurai & not concentrating on this hotel anymore.. irregular employees.. wrong or arrogant behavior.. not the original taste.. it's useless now.. (The new man in the menu counter is always harsh and wait for every chance to scold customers..) We used to eat at least 2 days a week earlier but now one of our spots or hangout place is lost from our list.. waiting to see it's closure..

Located in hot place able to notice the restaurant from traffic, poor ambience and worst maintanance, and hygiene is zero which is very questionable by looking in to the restaurant, they serve the foods in very bad manner and handling is disgusting if you see those things you probably won't eat. Any how the taste of food is good, i will highly recommend the management to improve the hygiene factors and to renovate the restaurant..

Food tastes good, but it needs to be served good. Went there with family and had very bad experience. Totally poor maintenance, no proper ventilation, not even fan was working properly even after changing 2-3 tables, washroom was not maintained properly, also experience bad service. You have to wait for a long even to get the readily available food. More than that you have to wait long to place your order, no one will address your table until you call them multiple times. This is not a review based on single visit, i did multiple visit and its a overall review. Even on Covid restriction days, the basic hygiene was not maintained. Nobody wear mask properly, no social distancing, overall they don't care about the customer's safety.

I ordered chicken manchurian. They gave old chicken. I am having loose motion today. Bad experience. Never will i visit this hotel. Please don't eat here. You will spoil your health

Planned for family lunch in Valasaravakkam. Becos tomorrow puratasi gonna start. I compelled my family to go for this restaurant. Asusal Chicken Biryani, Non veg meals, chicken lollipop and tandoori. Wooow. So yummy..!

I'm in valasaravakkum , Ive been buying for almost 5 years , the night foods are really good , parotah salna , chicken tanduri and grill and chilli parotah are my favorite ,ambience should be improved for its better future

Biriyani was ok Ordered pepper chicken Chettinad style but got chicken manchurian chines style pepper soup Naan and butter non was good In Chicken fired rice ajino-moto was more.
