This is a vegetarian restaurant situated on the way to phoenix mall. Every food we ordered apart from soups was good in taste and quality. The price is reasonable too. We had little waiting time for the order and the service was good. Overall a great place to check out

Food was okayish. Some were good. Lasagna was way too cheesy. Ambience was good. It'd have been better if the staff can ask the customer if they can bring the bill or wait for the customer to ask for it, rather than bring it before you can finish your food!

Good food and decent ambiance. One of the few joints in Chennai which serves proper north Indian food though with a limited menu. We tried Lasagna, Manchurian, Naans, Paneer among others. In dessert, especially kesar milkshake and paan ice cream was amazing. Hospitality and hygiene is also good. Only cons, bit expensive for the quantity served.

An amazing place to try new varieties of vegetarian foods. The service is simply top notch. All the dishes were served pretty fast too. Every single dish was unique in their own way. A must try even though felt it was a bit pricy (~600-800rs per head)

I visited the restaurant with my family and it was a very welcoming experience. The staffs were very courteous and the dishes arrives right in time. Cheesy potatoes were very good and lotus stem was just 😙👌( do try it!!). The main course dishes were adequate enough. Both the noodles and rotis we ordered were great and panner lababdar was very smooth. Not a lot of dessert options though. Do visit the place if you are specific about good vegetarian food with a family friendly environment.

Not the usual list in menu, it's quite different from the usual. If you don't go for the usual items and find the odd once you will find those items taste good. In general food is great, taste is good, service as well. Price is on the higher side. Price is what you pay, value is what you get. Value is quality food and good service.

Although expensive,food tastes really good. Service is okayish. It's a complete vegetarian hotel with multi cuisine options such as Mexican & Italian. The place has high chairs for kids and usually there's a wait time during the weekends. Ambience is good enough. Hygiene is maintained throughout the restaurant & the dishes. Good to visit once or twice in an year on special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.

It was my second visit to Haven sampoorna and it is definitely worth another couple of visits.. :) I don't know how the chef is maintaining the taste and quality of whatever menu we opt and order for during any of my visits. A must try place to enjoy vegetarian options. Portion they provide for every menu is good and filling. Price might feel slightly expensive but the quality says it all. Service is of another great quality. They are doing right job here. Feel free to look at all the uploaded photos where you can feel some of the dishes. :)

Been here for the 2nd time after so many years and didn't get disappointed with. We are in velachery for some other work & thought of having our lunch here and I know this place is for better food. When we enter the restaurant was quite full but we got seat and we are just 2. Tables doesn't got any setup except for tablemats and a water bottle. Probably for Covid? Normally every decent restaurant has 2 or more handwash sinks but here they got just 1. They must work on this when planning for any renovation. On the table there was a small QR code scanning to check the menu online. Quite interesting. However the waiter gave us a physical menu also. They use mobile app to take order which is quite common these days. Menu is quite elaborate with suggestions. We shared all the items ordered starting with soup, starter & main course. All we tried is of continental cuisine. Coming to the food quality. Except for soup, the starter & main course was too cheesy & saucey. Soup was suppose to be that way and so it was good. The waiter informed us about the starter would be saucey but it was actually like gravy. However the taste was good. We ordered pesto pasta and to my knowldege the pesto should be dark green and kinda semi solid consistency. But here what they made is light green & too cheesy. Accompaniments for pasta was given. With all pastas a complimentary mocktail based on blue curacao is served. All our food we tried was from no to mild spicy. Side plates & cutleries are provided in a paper cover. Waiter was very polite and knowledgeable. Water bottle on the table is definitely chargeable and as usual you always have the option to go for tap water. Parking is available only on the road for cars and for bikes they do have a ramp to park in front of the bicycle shop at ground floor. It's free. Overall a decent restaurant and the 4 star is for QR code & clean plates, cutleries inside a paper wrap.

Very good taste. Not too spicy yet not too bland. We had garlic soup, tandoori platter, sizzler and jamoon rabdi. All were excellent and well presented. It was a bit crowded but still manageable. It is a bit on the expensive side but worth the cost.

Dine in during COVID times was an excellent experience. There are no menu cards. Scan the QR code to get the menu and order right from that. The glasses and cutlery were wrapped in paper covers, the plates were wrapped in plastic covers. Only bottled water. Nice hygiene. Good place to take elders along as they have all veg menu

Here we went as a family of 5 and we had many dishes each and every food had its original taste. It is costly, For us it costed around 600 each but I had good quality. So if you want your family to have good food and it is costlier also no problem means it is the best restaurant for you in chennai.

We had dined at Haven Sampoorna at Besant Nagar and were delighted. With that hope only we visited on Saturday night for dinner. This is Pure Vegetarian Restaurant catering to the needs of North Indian food lovers. There was waiting for more than half a hour and thus further increased our interest. But we were in for a disappointment when we occupied our seats. The food was satisfactory, that's all we could say, not extraordinary. More oily in side dishes and Briyani. Subji was tasty. Breads were of normal taste but of lesser size. The most distracting factor was poor service and ambience. It was so noisy for Restaurant standards(It was found to be more than 100 dB) and something like acoustic treatment should be done to contain noise. Enjoying food requires good ambience and pleasant service. We specifically told that Briyani should be brought only after we finished rotis but it was brought along with rotis. So by the time we finished rotis it was cold. Management, Please take the observations in positive spirit to improve. Parking was a problem for cars. Another point for customers : Please take water bottle with you. They sell only some typical brand of water at Rs.110 per bottle. Biskeri or Aquafina are not served

This is one of the best restaurants in Velachery area. If you are looking for vegetarian option, then look no further. It is a good place to dine with your family. Though the food is on the expensive side, the dishes are amazing. The plating of the dishes are awesome and the taste of the dishes are one of the best among all restaurants in Velachery. Must try: paneer tikka starter, Wisconsin soup, paan ice cream, Delhi chur chur naan. There is limited 4-wheeler parking in front of the restaurant, but can be managed well.

I am so sorry to say that we didn’t have a great experience. The non alcoholic white wine (that’s what they call it. Mentioned as ‘good for the heart’ in the menu) was literally the Appy Fizz (which is not good for the heart and for the diabetic). The burnt garlic noodles wasn’t even hot. It was so average and flavorless just like ‘fast food’ noodles. The garlic was raw and wasn’t fried enough. The vegetables were so cold. Artichoke Broccoli pasta was warm but had no flavor. It was like eating noodles out of milk with some cheese. What’s the use of the ambience when the food is not great?

It is a good place with nice ambience, good food and decent service. We as a group of 4 ordered paneer tikka angaara, gold coin, tandoori tikka, chur chur naan and shichuan noodles. Out of these except shichuan noodles everything was good, specially the chur chur naan which was exquisite. If the service and ambiance was a little better than I would have given it 5 stars. The price also supplement the quality and quantity of the food. I will suggest not to take the dessert here as we didn't like any bit it might be different for others

Great ambience and amazing selection of food. One must however beware that the menu online is not the updated one and there are lesser options on the real menu. Good thing was the availability of Jain food. I highly recommend the tandoori platter, peri peri corn niblets and the mongolian stir fried rice.

It's one of the best vegetarian hotels in Chennai. The quality of food is really good. This is a bit expensive but worth the price. My family loves to go here whenever we get a chance. This is one of the very few vegetarian hotels that is still maintaining quality.

Food is good but bit costlier. It is located in 100ft road in Velachery. Ambience is not that much great. They have some combos for lunch. Parking is limited. When we went as a team of 10 people, they were not able to manage. You can expect some delay when you order many items. Service is pretty average though.

Overall good place to visit for food in velachery. The 4 star is for price which i thought was a bit expensive.

I visited this place recently without much idea and expectations. Once i started with starters i decided to come back again with my family. The gravies whatever we ordered was amazing. The starters, bread, rice and desserts was tasty. Whoever wants to taste the different flavour of vegetarians must give a try. Service, hospitality is too good . The food items also deliivered without taking much time. Employees are good and friendly

Happen to visit here with family to this restaurant. Many dishes were not there may be the timing we came or what. But the Main Manager said we don't have common name items. Anyway coming to the Soup, we ordered hot & sour soup; it was like drinking sambar or rasam with the price of Soup pathetic. Luckily the main course made me give 3 Star. The Chinese main course was okay. It was fresh and taste was proper. Price is not high comparing to other restaurants present over here. Ambience is superb. Lightning are nice, music was okayish, toilet and basins are clean. Would suggest to think twice before visiting and spending money at the restaurant.

This is was the first ever dine-in that my family and I had gone out for, after the COVID. I was skeptic about it as we have toddlers in our family but then Haven’s did a fantastic job in handling the entire dine-in experience. Starting from the temperature check at the entrance all the way to handling the cutlery, plates and the glasses wrapped in covers while they bring them on to the table, made us feel much more comfortable. The captain at the table was very helpful in selecting the food including suggestions on quantity (which I see in Chennai is seldom done, leading to over ordering & wastage of food). It was a very nice dinner that we had and it was fun. Thank you Haven Sampoorna & the staff.

Visited this place for the first time with friends. Food was delicious. Loved the food and the service. This is a 100% vegetarian restaurant. Following are the food items that we tried. There could be spelling errors as I am trying to recollect the names.... .. 🙂 Soup; Hot garlic soup, Red beans soup Starter: Tandoori platter Main course: Hot Mexican casserole, Tandoori roti, Kadhai veg, Veg Biryani. Must visit for food vegetarian food. Price is slightly on the higher side. For the above food we got a bill of 3500. Another important thing to make a note.... getting a parking spot here can be a challenge even though this is on the main road. You might have to look for a parking spot on the other side of the road.

A Nice restaurant to dine in. Food is delicious, especially Smoky paneer and chur chur Naan (garlic naan made as crunchy as possible). Ambience is also good as well as interior.

The good thing first. We were skeptical of getting a table for us(4 people) but surprisingly we had to wait only a minute or two. But the ordeal began after that. After giving the orders we waited for almost an hr without being served. The starters came only after questioning the manager. And for the main course we had to wait for another 1/2 an hr. To top it they brought the wrong items and we had to wait for some more time before our order was brought. By that time our patience was totally out. We lost all the interest of 'fine dining' in this restaurant. We had great expectations after reading the reviews and we really looking forward to having a good time but we were thoroughly disappointed. The 3 stars are for the food which was very good.

They refuse giving combos with lame reason and when confronted they offer it.. Food when served in the table was super fast and many super cold The service has gone for a total toss while the price of food keeps on increasing and they also charge a HYGIENE FEE not sure why.... Pure vegetarian hotel located near in Velachery 100 feet road and near by phoenix Mall. The hotel located in first floor and no name board in front of the hotels. It's difficult to identify the hotel name board and reached there by Google map only. Food are good and taste but cost wise it's too large and quantity is less.

A good place for a decent vegetarian global cuisine. We ordered pepper and garlic soup which was ok. Lotus stem dish was decent. The root was deep fried so couldn't taste the actual flavour of it. Lasagna was good. Noodles was also good. For dessert we got chocolate fondue which was definitely not worth the price. So it's better to avoid this. Rest others were good.

The dishes had a good variety and the taste was subtle. The menu card had intelligent design and showcased which items were spicy, popular and must try items.
