Not the same A2B when crowded. Tasty and quantity reduced. Not worthy spending. Either increase your business or use a token system for lunch so keeping someone waiting for long time and rejecting order

Not good service and not good quality aur chat item me Mara hua makhi mila

Ordered curd vada and, idili vada .. curd vada was spoilt.. poori was like roasted papad "appalam" and also they gave chat aloo as poori masala . Pathetic. They are charging for food but not providing quality food. After big fight I could strick off curd vada from the bill. Idili was good. I strongly don't recommend for take aways and also check at food counter before ordering. Share your comments and experience if you are in the same area.

Not bad. Since it's located in the residential area, they don't have too many items as well as the quantity. We went for their poli and paniyaram, but none were there. So, this particular branch doesn't serve south Indian snacks on all the evenings. Place needs alot of revamp. Full of mosquitoes and flies. The waiter was seen with the mosquito bat for all the 30 minutes we've been there.

Tried lunch and dinner many times. Taste was aweful. Sambar is spicy. Service is very slow. Not the kind of A2B taste and service it used to be 3-4 years ago.

The two feet paper dosa is fulfilling. An amazing item for person of any taste. The variety of chutney or secret sauce with the original authentic taste of sambar taste is amazing. Top it up with filter cofee. Most value for money and fulfilling place in Tamil Nadu.

Worst ! Infront of the diners they prepare juices with water melon which is already cut and not covered at all. The guy who takes order with mobile/tab , he himself prepared water melon juice with that water melon without even washing his hands .Not worthy at all for the money we pay

This branch particularly not well maintained ,food taste is not great compare to other branch ,this one is very near to my house but I never prefer to go becoz of taste , cleanliness . the one which is in sakthi Nagar opp to Saravana store is good ,you try there ,I ordered dosa nd coffee dosa taste was very sour , must have done in old batter , coffee taste was worst ,must have kept it boiling fr too long time ,

Now a days lot of noth Indian people are working over there.. because of that there is no response as expected..they are treating the customer like a unknown person.it is look like am purchasing the product from Delhi or MUMBAI..SO GOING and buying the sweet is not a sweet purchase experience..am not sur am only getting or other than me also every one getting this experience..so if i go next time I will think twice to purchase the sweet from Gerugampakkam A2B...

The taste was always awesome 👍😎 But the price was too high Recently we have cashew pakadoo awww the taste was ultimately..so crunchy and delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 And another one items was karupatti kaju it's really good one Become the white sugar was not a good one. Now inthis karrupatti kaju good idea and it's working well Other than taste was always good 👍

My family with a 7 yr old and 1.5 yr old went at 11.30 am on a Sunday. They said dosai only was available. We thought not to roam for other restaurants and said OK. They offered 1 dosai per head. We asked for other dosai and they said dosai closed. Without even asking for another dosai, they closed. We and kids were with half stomach, was so angry. Called the manager, he didn't even apologise but told us that lunch has arrived and we can prefer. How can they decide as to what we have to eat. Is it a basic manners. Don't they know, how the people will eat lunch after a dosai, especially kids. Very bad manners. Residing nearby felt us very bad for that restaurant. They never mind of the customers preference. Even if they never turned also, not concerned. They hold a great brand name. I have never been to such a restaurant in my life. I will definitely don't prefer to anyone. These people should learn the quote of Gandhiji regarding how to treat the customers.

We have been here number on times.. from a taste and quality point of view, never a disappointment however the service is very very slow especially at the snacks and billing counters.. when crowded, you will have long waiting time and often translation is needed as the staffs speak mostly Hindi only (most not fluent in Tamil) .. they had a space across the road for car parking earlier which no longer available hence parking will be a hassle if you go for dine in with family..

People working in sweets and savouries counter don't even bother to ask what you want.. they just behave as if they didn't see you at all. Poor service just like any other A2B. Please do something about your service and train your staff to be polite.

Don't go by big brand, very poor food quality. Ordered for Rasmalai, they served some jelly like substance as rasmalai. I've never seen anything like that before. Be careful and better avoid

Visited the restaurant recently for dinner. The food didn't taste that good. Highly disappointed.

It's a small outlet with around 6-7 tables. We had Sambhar rice - taste was good with lot of vegetables Veg dum biryani - nice taste and good quantity Baby corn manchurian dry - decent quantity and the taste was really nice

A2B is standard and good. Price is also affordable. For 5 dinner dishes the cost came to about 450Rs. Service is good. No place for car parking. The restaurant is clean. The hand wash area can be maintained better both by A2B and customers who use the area.

If you are a vegetarian, then you have very ample options of restaurants in this region. So give it a go.. you won't regret really.

Everything fine except rates, for single plain dosa alone costs 70, one plain naan 60. Prices resemble as if we are having meals in star rated restaurant evethough we are in normal resto.

They will always tell there is no idly . You go at 8 am no idly , you go at 10 am no idly. And they will make you buy other items like dosa . This a cheap tactics they play. I am seeing if this issue can be complained and made public so thay people know your cheap mentality. Why dont you remove idly from your menu? . From 8 am across 10pm you dont even cook idly no why dont youremove it. I ordered a gheee dosai and i got it after40 mins. The person who took the order was so rude. Since its a rural branch may be they are following to say No Idly to make more profit . cheapest behaviour

Very well maintained place but there is always crowd there so best is you won't go in peak hours special traffic also waiting for you. But although the dishes are really great and their signature Indian sweets too..

EXCELLENT lunch for RS 140. Quantity of rice and vegetables for the Lunch is dam good..A decent atmosphere with Family Lunch 👪 is always pleasant with good quality...Separate Curd 5 RS small packet is given apart from Butter Milk

A bit costly sometimes side dish served with dosa (coconut chutney)or poori (kizhangu) it will be very chill it won't be hot it looks like as they kept it in refrigerator and served it

Worst every A2B that i have ever went. The staffs are very care free and service less attitude. Every time i go there and order a food, they say it’s not available . Morning 8 o clock u go, and they say idly is not available … during one Saturday, at 2:pm they saying meals not available and they were just soaking rice n asked to wait . The other days sweets are just old n they did not fill up the new socks and asked me to buy something else. They won’t even serve water and parking security is helpless. Please know what business ur doing and whom to keep in charge in service. Worst outlet.

Horrible food service. Very horrible food. No chat available in the evenings. They had nothing available from the menu except few stuff. Roadside samosas taste way better than this dry stuff they served. Sev Puri was an atrocity I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Overpriced bland food. A2B is going down a very dangerous road, serving atrocious food.

Taste of the food is good … but always 3+ bee 🐝 dead on the table.. no tissues papers maintained on the table… suppliers said use toilet paper instead of tissue paper it seems like a local hotel … bike parking facilities good but 2 cars only park at a time… sometimes orders takes to much too time… tea taste is bitter sometimes…

Not a full fledged restaurant. Quick bites possible but authentic a2b taste missing. Too much noisy. Looks like we are at a market place and those looks for leisure partying better try other a2b branches

I prefer Adyar ananda bhavan especially for snacks and savouries. Last week i find all fresh stocks. Very good taste also. Service is also nice.

You don't get all the varities of food and sweets that you get in few other branches. But whatever they have is good

1. One server boy to serve all the tables. 2. Server is so busy and he pulls chairs here and there hits others, other tables without politeness or manners. 3. Food is as usually served fast, just getting your order placed is difficult. 4. The table cleaning service boy is rudes to the extent pulls water tumbler of the table even when customer not finished his dish. 5. He place the water tumbler back in tables for next customer by placing his cleaning hand fingers within the tumbler. Not sure of there is any ethic for customer service. 6. Biller and other few fellows fight it out with loud voices acquise each other. Hard time for customer to eat watching it. 7. Parking in the front and opposite side available. 8. Table cleaning boy moves things around making noise, banging chairs back to tables, placing tumblers hard on table just like he doesnt care about anything or anyone. 9. UPI , card and cash payment options available. 10. A variety of others sweets and snacks are sold 11. Price is more than average

It's covid time,so we took parcel of mini meals,it's very nice in taste and hot.

Really worst , went shop ordered chilli parota and waiting for 20 minutes then I recieved parota very hard can't chew, price also very high, hereafter I never go to that restaurant 🙏🏼

Saturday Sunday place for my family. Good eat out. Slightly on the higher side as far as cost is concerned. Real good eat out for all the residential people in and around this place.

It's A2B franchise shop, I had Chola Puri & Mushroom noodles here - personally the rates are high, but the quality is good, though taste varies.

A decent place to have vegetarian food at Gerugambakkam. Standard of food is as good as other A2B restaurants. A right choice to dine with family.

Worst ever. No one is there to take orders. All employees are busy with chating in kitchen and billing place. No proper maintenance. After very big conference meet in the kitchen. Getting information that all items got over at the time of 9.30 A.M. in the morning. Without customer you're not this much grow. Please take care of customer service firstly. Really fed-up your service. Management should do survey about it.

Sufficient parking space, sweets tastes good, Food and snacks are also good. For the premium price, the response of the service will make think twice before going there. If we need good food and have some patience, it will be your choice.

Lunch was tasty. Full meals, curd rice, veg biryani, fried rice and noodles are there. You will get all items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks also available. Bike parking available. Quality and taste also nice. I am like the Pakoda there

One and only good vegetarian restaurant in around 5 to 8km radius. Their quality is good and they have more variety as well. However, recently car parking is not available and only 2 wheelers can be parked. It might look like they sre cashing on the no competition environment but, the prices to my view is nominal. There sre lots of vwg restaurants around which serve less quality/taste food and cheaper as well. There sre also a few restaurants which serve similar quality food but are costly and inconsistent. Keeping in mind that when we eat outside, its easier to identify old non veg food but not that easier in terms of identifying old veg food. This place doesn't serve any old previous day parottas or chappathis up to my experience.

Decent morning breakfast option. Smaller compared with other A2B franchises. Good service but taste could improve to A2B standard. Best veg. option in 2km vicinity in that road stretch

Maximum times all the items are not available at this A2B. When we visited around 7.30 to 8PM North Indian dishes are not available. This happened twice. But food quality is good.
