Chapathikings has been a great place to order home style food with healthy ingredients. The quality and hygiene aspects are very good . The tiffin service is amazingly good besides the delivery on Swiggy and Zomato. There is utmost personal care given by the management. I have always been relying on them to serve food for my elderly parents besides regular orders .

Honestly they provide delicious food here !!! It was around 10pm when I called Mr. Raja to check if we can dine in at the hotel as it didn’t look like a dine in restaurant from outside. He quickly set his place for us to dine in. I really really wish they start a full fledged dine in restaurant super soon. Coming to the food, they were piping hot and delicious and were served super quick. Remember guys it was over 10pm and they promised they had everything was available in the menu. Honestly not sure why the rating is just 3.5 stars. They deserve really more. If you are around this area I would suggest you to pick it up directly from their place instead of complaining about the delay in delivery. Thank you, Raja !!

Cheap and tasty. Also has many varieties in paratha and curry. If there is any query just contact the owner, Rajaa R K he'll assist you through an hassle free process. I had an issue with a order, he replaced the item with a new one without any second thought.

I have ordered basic Chinese combo on swiggy the worst panner buttermasla and gobi Manchurian i ever had in my life....litterly it was too watery and had no essences of any taste in the cuury it was completely blad

Ordered for the paneer butter masala and the paneer parata… tasted very bad! Really dint expect this from them… and the order came very very late! We had to call multiple times to the hotel and the Dunzo guy to sort out order issues! They have a lot of things they need to change!

I have ordered food today but had some issue in it so called restaurant and said about the issue, immediately they addressed the issue and apologize and sent me variety of dishes to home as replacement. Good customer service.

Ordered mini meals in swiggy....whatever u have sent is not at all hot ....and the packaging sucks....my previous order was nice Chinese combo ...got impressed and ordered again ....but second time it's pathetic

I usually order the North Indian Thali: the roti is soft and fluffy. Sabji, dal and channa masala, white rice are well done in terms of taste and quantity. The sweet (kesari) tends to be on the hard side, but overall if you want to eat some good North Indian cuisine within 200 bucks, this is totally worth it. I called the owner before ordering and let him know about the sweet being hard and he promised to correct it and as promised, the kesari was slightly better done this time. So, 5 stars for the owner being humble and receptive to customer's feedback. Will order the Thali again and recommend it to others as well.

We’ve been ordering from Chappathikings since the time the flyers came through with the newspapers in 2007. I don’t even know if people remember those times now. The quality of food and service has been maintained so well over all these years. Our family meetings are always made special with food from here.

Had order tawa parathas cooked with butter. It was awesome, exactly what I had expected. The Chole tasted good too with the right spice. They ahev varieties of paratha which certainly a plus.

I have ordered gobi fried rice for lunch, totally not at all worth for money. For the first time I'm seeing like they are using normal rice instead of basmati rice, for a fried rice. Completely disappointed!

I have been ordering at chapathi King since 2 years. This time I directly went to chapathi kings to order. Worst experience. They don't even listen to my order. Simply said " Wait kijiye". Waited for so long still saying the same " wait kijiye". They are busy at order placed via online. It took some time that's why I directly went there. I left the place and bought north indian thali at other restaurants. I won't place or buy any order from chapathi kings anymore since I get to know how foods are being prepared. Full of North Indians and they don't know tamil .Even if you reply in hindi, they don't listen. Strange behavior as well as Strange place. Even zomato and swiggy delivery persons are frustrated, but what to do customers place order they are obligated to go there.

It's a useless restaurant. Worst food and not at all worth for the cost. All the bowls were leaking when I received delivery. The order took more than unususal time. It was showing 18minutes to deliver for more than 15 minutes. Swiggy is probably their cheating partner not delivery partner. When we call the restaurant they are not able to talk in English and only hindi he is talking. It's our fate to encourage such people to business here where we cannot even communicate with them. Totally it's not a reliable place.

They are good with their taste and quality but extremely poor with their service . If you order lunch from them then better be prepared to skip lunch that day, as they don’t deliver in anything less than 60-90 mins which is not fit for purpose for people who work from home. Surprised in 2021 we have such restaurants.
