Taste as normal. I won’t say, it is better choice for barbecue. Same taste for prawn, chicken etc. if you love barbecue, you will enjoy. I tried several times, same menu, same taste. No new items. Initially they will ask you for burger, pani puri, please avoid otherwise you won’t eat chicken. Cost is also increased, so think before you go for this option.

Worst experience. AC was not working. Food was half cooked. Chicken leg piece had fresh blood inside it which was really awful. All the meat was half cooked and the charcoal box was not hot enough to grill it. The grill served were cold. And very bad service. We went for team lunch with a bunch of non vegetarians and they were not serving non veg items for more than an hour. Only veg starters were being served. And non veg starters were being served very slow and very less quantity.

Went there to celebrate our anniversary.. Food was good. They congratulated us by playing music and providing a nice cake which we brought to home after having the lunch. Staffs were very polite in nature.. and we found some bengali staffs too which made us feel homely.

hello all, the food was really awesome on Monday, specially the chicken biryani was really sooo tasty, which previously was not so good option in barbeque, but now it is really good. kababs are not so spicy but when requested, they immediately took the request and made them good .. We went for a dinner treat with my colleagues for my marriage. We have already booked for 50 persons but there was not at all any preparation for serving us. They even didn't have enough staff for serving and everyone got fed up. During this covid situation, they even kept all the tables very close than the normal seat placing just to accommodate us in a small portion even many tables are free till end. Very pathetic service and no proper attention. We are just wondering whether this is really Barbequenation we used to know. This happened during October 2020. Hope proper action will be taken to avoid these kind of situations. Most important thing is that this palace lost 50 customers who came for our treat. Very pathetic experience at this place.

I can not lower the rating than one, as this barbeque nation messed up our team dinner. We booked in advance for 30 people and paid the advance as well. But we had no one to host us when we entered, and the air conditioner was not working until we finished our dinner. Reaching the place in metro work traffic was challenging, and we could not go to other places as it was too late for us. They screwed up our team dinner and gave us a disappointing experience. The food served was not at all good, and there was no care from the servers. After 1.30 hrs, the welcome drinks were served, and the starters were not fresh. This place is ultimately worse, and please choose a different franchise of Barbeque nation.

The food taste awful, all the starters where so dry, the panner was soft and of, the cheese corn pizza they offer taste good, even the bread was soft and good though it was frozen bread. The tomato soup was ok not so good, the welcome drink they provide was so refreshing. The stater for veg course ok, the crispy corn taste good, other than that nothing is good. The dessert item, the gulab jamun was so hard and not soo good, the cake they kept was so dry and not fresh, the rasa poori they provide was also ok and good. Overall it was ok. And the restroom stinks and it wasnt clean to use.

My recent visit to Barbecue Nation with my family for a buffet lunch left me with mixed feelings. Unfortunately, the Turkey and Quail were below average in taste, lacking salt and spice. However, the usual chicken, fish, and prawn barbecues were delightful, especially the tender and flavorful prawns. Disappointingly, the experience soured when we encountered undercooked chicken leg pieces with visible blood stains. Despite informing the waitress, there was no satisfactory response, which detracted from our dining experience. Moving on to the main course, the offerings were average with limited varieties, though the dessert selection and ice cream compensated for it with a wide range of delicious options. Service fell short of expectations, lacking promptness and attention to customer concerns, while the ambiance stood out positively. In summary, Barbecue Nation provides a mixed experience. While the starters and dessert selection shine, the undercooked chicken and lackluster main course bring down the overall rating.

Food is good , atmosphere is good deserts are not so great but still it is okay but the menu is less when compared to other barbecue nations and the taste is not so wow. But still a good place to have fun and have food. Their customer service is very good . Parking services is available. Good customer service and you have all varieties.

Great place for lunch. I would recommend to go there very hungry. I liked the concept of the bbq in the table although it just serves to keep the food hot, since the skewers are already cooked when served. Waiters are extremely nice. I will be visiting again without any doubt!

Lucky as I booked seat around 7 PM and got a table for 4 person. Time slot we got for 8 PM. Started with paani poori and ended with special kulfi. Barbeque was placed and all items brought were fresh and nicely marinated. The best part was the service from the employees and specially we want to thank Mr. Sanjay joshi for taking care of us. Brilliant service personnel. Booked today on urgent basis for birthday treat for my son and celebrated with barbeque nation family with perfect joy and happiness. All food items were good and meat were juicy. Thank you barbeque nation family for giving a wonderful time and perfect dine.

As usual great to be at BBQ nation, but I guess the overall standards set during earlier days have marginally dropped be it the starters, food and other additional offerings like a welcome drink. Had been a year n half or so since I had last visited hence really felt a change. Staffs were really courteous but there were delays. I used to find these guys better than other similar buffets but now i felt they don't have that edge....But still it's a good hangout

Service was very slow, it took them 15 minutes to set up the barbecue and serve the starters. No second serves offered for prepared items like Kebabs or Cajun Potatoes. Taste was not up to the mark, some items were undercooked and the barbecue was not hot enough to cook it fully. Main course was ok and desserts were basic. This place was very good when we visited few years back, now both food and service has deteriorated. And at least have staff who can speak English/ Tamil fluently when you set up a restaurant in Chennai at an IT hub!

Waiters were friendly. They wear masks and gloves, i.e good. Tables & seats were sanitised in front of us and it was neat job. But, the FOOD., Its was tasteless, less marinated, meat was rubberry, they are not frest cut its all frozen meat cooked i suppose. And that discusting Mayonnaise - they added water to that mayo and it tasted like a tasteless liquid white sauce. Prawn and fish was good - soft . Briyani is jst can be called as masala rice, all grevy's were sweet 👎. Desserts are okayish....

I had dinner with my friend and his cousin for the first time here. Starters were all good except the prawn was a little salty. In the main course there was paneer butter masala, veg masala, kulcha, naan, biryani etc. Masala kulcha was nice. There was ice cream kulfi and pastry in the dessert. Kulfi and ice cream was nice. The pastry was average. In the salad there was cucumber, onion and carrot. Watermelon and pineapple were also there. The atmosphere was nice and the family and friends family. Special treatment for special occasions. All the staffs were nice. Overall a good time there. Main course can be improved and new items should be added

We went for lunch on Saturday. For the cost they charge. The food is not upto mark. They don't restock dishes on time. Every thing served was not hot. Non veg dishes are not served on time in the bbq grill. There is no meat in the mutton rogan josh and chicken biryani, only bone picess. Washroom are not clean.

The food is good here especially the starters which are unlimited. Must try the prawn starter. The main dishes are not so good as compared to the starters and it is feast for Non veg lovers, the desserts are ok. The ambience and the hospitality is good.

Very tasty and yummy foods ... Specially honey pineapple took my heart and also chilly honey panner.. best way of pine apple I have tasted ever. I have visited porur dlf branch barbeque nation, the guys over there are very humble and very passionate towards their work. They greeted us with a big smile. THANKS TO ALL OF THEM.

I have been to Barbeque Nation a few times. Love the vegetarian menu there. However, this place was a disaster. Everything seemed amiss. I couldn't think they could mess up Cajun spiced potatoes. It was watery. Mushrooms had a weird smell, paneer was hard etc. Main course was unpalatable. Discarded whatever I took. I couldn't believe even the desserts were m3seed up beyond belief. The pastry in the tart tasted like wood. Anyway, I haven't given up hope on the chain due to a single branch. Btw, their app sucks too. Making a reservation crashed the app. Service was the best part of the experience. They try hard to keep customers happy (but not with food this time)

Worst barbecue ever cause the coal wasn't hot and the food smeled roten

We were here celebrating our wedding anniversary with extended family. Customer service was beyond excellent - we had a great occasion and good food. My only disappointment was the lime soda which wasn’t fizzy enough. Everything else was good. Barbecue nation will need to switch up their menu a bit, it’s been the same over the years. Customer service however has improved significantly. My last visit was about 8 years ago and a lot has changed since.

Very good atmosphere and food was good, I spent my anniversary celebration here . It was nice here if you want to spend time with family. Kids can roam around and service level was very good. All the staffs are very kind and helpful. From receptionist to service people and the manager guy coordinated very well. I'll definitely come again with my family for another occasions. This place is value for money. The service is excellent. The hot starters one eats is very delicious and succulent. If one orders these separately in any restaurant the prices would be very high. I am not a very good eater so can't do much justice to the wide buffet spread. Their kulfis are mouth watering. If it's a birthday celebration then all the waiter come together and dance to the happy happy birthday song. It feels so good cutting the complementary cake

Worst front lobby experience!!! Crowd management is very poor! No welcome drink provided! Food was good! Barbeque was fine as always, but got chicken less and repeatedly they gave fish, prawns weren't given even after asking repeatedly! We, family members of four, visited Barbeque Nation _ DLF Porur _ Chennai on 2nd Jan (Sat) _ 8 PM slot. Poor Experience due to contaminated and tasteless food. Soup, Rasam and Pani (poori) - All the liquid items are tasteless since the mixed with water to increase the quantity The starters such as Paneer, Corn, Mushroom that were served on the grill were old, stale and cold. They were completely tasteless. The Biryani was cold and was full of masala. The desert condition were pathetic and particularly the "Payasam" We did not expect such service from renowned restaurant as Barbeque Nation. Surprisingly the BBQ is charging more on Week end days.

Pathetic food, the main course was carelessly cooked, all that was left over in starters were mixed up in main course gravy, waiters absolutely had no sense, they were almost kissing our face and talking with masks down. When I asked for Feedback register to record my experience, they just ignored my request and said they don't have any practice of keeping a feedback register. I am forced to give 1 star because there is no option to rate a zero star.
