Just loved the chicken 65 biryani and paneer manchurian. This restaurant actually has retained the authentic taste of the biryani. I have ordered online.The biryani received was very hot and tasty too.Normally now a days in many restaurants the chicken pieces are hard but here it was soft,juicy,hot,tasty and spicy. Mostly in non-veg restaurants veg dishes are rarely tasty but here we ordered paneer manchurian wallah the taste was heaven .It was very very soft tasty.Just loved it. The portion size/quantity was also too good.

The taste is good and a suitable place for family dine in. The restaurant have adequate parking facility. Barbeque chicken and briyani taste really good

It was a very classy experience. Good ambience. Food quality and quantity is excellent. Hygiene factor is the best. Good to go with family. Taste of biryani is great. Delicious food. Yummy, mouthwatering and tasty. It is always a good experience to dine in in this restaurant. Service is also good. Even they are available on Swiggy and Zomato. I tried omlette, biryani and kal dosa. It was really tasty ☺️😋

We had hot and sour chicken soup, chicken 65 biriyani and dragon chicken. The soup was excellent and deserves 5/5. The biriyani was tasty but oily, and (for me) the quantity was more than enough for 1 person. The dragon chicken sauce was good, but the chicken was a bit dry. Thanks.

Been a big fan of Thalappakatti biryani and we frequently visit this outlet being close to L&T’s Manapakkam campus. Great ambience, parking space for a 3-4 cars in front of the outlet, good cleanliness and decent customer service. This is the defacto place for us for corporate dine outs. :) I’ve had the ‘egg karandi’ from this outlet before but they haven’t been serving this dish for quite some time now and that has been a huge disappointment for some of us. My veggie friends say the vegetarian dishes aren’t that great but no complaints for the non-vegetarian dishes that we’ve ordered till date.

Ordered via zomoto. Veg combo. In the veg combo veg briyani is like veg fried rice. Vegetables not cooked and onion skin there. Not recommended. No value for money. Parotta with koroma good.

Horrendous experience. We go to a restaurant like this expecting at least decent quality food being served, but we couldn't be more wrong. We as a family went to Dinner here on Thursday. There was this Parotta and Dosa festival happening. We ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Lollypop, Kodaikanal Chicken Gravy, Pepper Chicken and a couple of soft drinks. Chicken Biryani was as usual great and we liked the Chicken lollypop too. But the Kodaikanal Chicken Gravy is bland and I wouldn't recommend it. Everything was going decently at this point, but next came the shocker. We were served the Black Pepper Chicken as our last item. One bite in to the dish and both myself and my wife were about to vomit our whole gut. I have never tasted anything like that. Chicken was already spoiled and tasted like rotten fish, we immediately informed our server about the same and asked them to taste the food. They took the food back to the kitchen and came back after few mins acknowledging that something went wrong and they always keep the fresh stock which we refused to believe. Only good part about this is that they apologised for this and never tried to defend it. I later received the feedback call from them and I provided the same information. Hope they will fix this in the future. But for us though, it was safe to say our evening was spoiled even after paying 1100 Rs.

Worst experience. And waste of money. I ordered 5 chicken and 7 briyani and mutton briyani. They provided only small piece of chicken. Briyani quantity also not worth for price.. Cheated. Mutton briyani taste also not good. Fish fingers gun chicken barbecue excellent food but Chicken & mutton Biriyani very worst

Lunch was a sudden plan and when we were craving Biryani the kids wanted something different and not the usual fare. So we decided to try Dindigul Thalappakatti Biryani. The service is top-notch, right from welcoming the customers with the traditional vanakkam to guiding you to a comfortable place to eat, it was awesome. Coming to the food... We ordered Tawa Meen Roast, Kola Urundai and Paneer 65. Unfortunately, their signature dish - Tawa Meen Roast was unavailable and they recommended we try the moru-moru prawns that was a complete knock-out. Yummy succulent prawns batter fried and served with their signature mayonnaise was heavenly. The kola urundai and paneer 65 was also good but not remarkable. For the mains, we ordered special mutton biryani, chicken 65 biryani and egg biryani. Again, we weren't disappointed with the quantity or taste. We finished off with poricha chicken which was served on skewers and was okayish. On the whole the total bill was 2081 including tax. Tummy Happy. Mummy Happy 😊😊😊

I have been to this restaurant many times but last time it was really a huge disappointment. Most of the items on the menu card which ordered were are not available on that day. We were left no choice to order what was physically available and didn't refer to menu card. Taste is not upto mark except briyani.

This place is a joke!! Guys trust me if you ever want to eat in this place please never ever visit!! I ordered mutton soup and these jokers gave me veg rasam which you mix with rice and eat. These guys are absolute jokers and never ever trust this place. There is no way we can trust these guys to handle meat in our dishes. Horrendous experience. When I confronted them that person is justifying the veg rasam they gave as soup. Never ever order or have food from this place .

Went to Selaiyur branch for dinner yesterday night even though it was raining very heavily for the authentic taste. Ordered Mutton Biryani, Idiyappam and few other items. Biriyani was good but the raita was soo watery very much unlike Thalapkatti. When checked with server, he went in to Kitchen and said it's like this today from Morning and none of the customers complained. I come there for the authentic taste and all the accompliments we expect to be of good quality when I pay 349 + GST for a plate of biriyani. Next shock was after order was taken 10mins later server says you need to change order as last set of idiyappam was just delivered to next table. It was at 7:55pm and they said all idiyappam was over. To top it all they said we accept Sudexo card when the waiter brought the machine it says network not found. Manager says it's not been working since morning but waiter is not aware. Power cut multiple times may be due to bad weather. Overall poor service for the premium cost we pay.

Excellent place to have tasty food. Very near to DLF and they have got a covered card park. Very humble and kind service by one Mr. Ragu. I will recommend this restaurant to all my friends and relatives.

The worst service by the waiters. When we were trying to place order they said there was no Briyani. But the same was served to the guests who came right next to us. The ppl who serve are themselves not aware what is available and what is not. Would never choose the place again. And on top of all when they asked to gpay even Rs.4 for which they had no change. Really regretted the place.

Regularly visiting this place. Their Biriyani was very good with authentic taste. This time tried their Kuchi mutton which was also very Good. Mr.Surya was taking care well and suggested their good options available. Ambience also good and calm

We ordered Chicken briyani as main dish and Mutton chukka as side dish. Briyani taste was super and quantity also more. But semi gravy mutton chukka was not as expected. It tastes nothing. My kind suggestion is if you order any side dish, go for any fried type.. Here gravies are worst.

It was quite a good place. The taste was good. But just for bringing briyani they took almost 20 minutes, which is a very long wait period. Other than that, everything seems to be fine

Had a very bad kind of worst experience. Starting from environment, not at all clean, No AC (but charges included in bill), no proper setup. Had food with swetting. Next Service, my soup delivered after 20+min even when it is not crowded, main food delivered even after that. Now food, chicken 65, it was rubbery, i felt corn/rice flour in that, quantity is very less about 6 small piece but my BAD I paid ₹270 for that rubbery checking. Service and cost is pathetic. I am sure I will not suggest to my friends. If you are visiting and if see crowded then it is not worth of waiting. You will pay lot of money for small portion, not properly cooked food

Good non veg restaurant quantity seems less whem you compare with others otherwise athentic taste and quality will be there

Apt for a mixed crowd of both veg n non vegetarians. As many restaurants near the proximity which serves great non veg food doesn't not have more than a handful of vegetarian dishes. Visited during weekday for lunch. Mostly packed during peak hours. So keep that in mind when you plan. Being a vegetarian reviewed veg food only ;) Non veg foods too would have been good the way my frnds quietly gobbled the entire order. Would highly recommend the newly introduced meal for 2 (veg) which included : 1. Melagu rasam (½) 2.1 biryani (veg/mushroom/paneer) 3.1 fried rice (veg/ mushroom/panner) 4. Gobi 65 The best part was all the above were full portion dishes unlike the one generally offered in small portions in the name of combos. PRICES:649/- The same is available in chicken and mutton variants priced 729/- & 799/-. PROS: Food arrives quick which was not the case earlier. Good for both veg & non veg crowd. Decently priced. 500 per pax approx. CONS: Nothing in particular but bit noisy.

Good food, good ambience Lives upto its name as the biryani is excellent 👏👏 We took combo + a biryani for 3 PPL and had sufficient dinner. 300-400 per pax for tasteful food is good 👏👏
