I ordered a take away. Chicken barbecue and Chettinad curry. Good taste.

Worst u... They served me spoiled old chicken (with bad Smell)..when i complained nd returned, they took that silently nd asked me to order some other food... This shows they provide bad food for customers. Also price is too high ... 3 small pieces of fish cost 300... Egg biriyani 200... Don't know for a Moderate taste why this much cost... Totally disappointed ... By mistake I went , please change the food else you will be the next person for food department raid

Nice decent place to dine in. Can afford many people. But car parking may be a small issue on busy days.. Ordered take away. Food is tasty. But the gravey they gave is very less for parcel. That service to improve. Otherwise good.

Tried many other Anjappar outlets but this one tastes little different. Fish fingers were little bitter and chicken 65 were sour taste. Briyani taste wise good and quantity is comparatively less for the amount we paid. Service people are nice and service wise no issues but the food quality need to be improved for the brand value. Ambience is good and most of the seats were empty at peak lunch hour. This may be due to Monday as a reason. In short, average food quality not like other Anjappar outlets. Small car parking is available for 2-3 cars can park.

Today i ordered 6 chicken biriyani and they gave me 6 rice and curry i saw that when i came and i called the customer care but their phone not working Please people domt order here

Worst Non-vegetarian food. Fish finger, Fried chicken are the worst. Mutton biryani is not as that good as it used to be before. They should improve to maintain the legacy of this brand.

Worst and arrogant customer service. We didn't get hot rice for meals, they didn't keep the gravies on cups. They came and served to our table. But the problem was, we had to wait and call them for every gravy, rice, side dish. Now this is behalf of our neighbour customers. 2 different customers had fight with the manager and server as their orders didn't come even after 30 mins. Server didn't even ask sorry for what happened. At 2:30 they said meals are over. The worst customer service I've ever seen at this range of hotel.

Found a piece of plastic paper in madurai jigarthanda got from anjappar. When it was informed to the bearer there was no response from any of the persons. Dangerous to give it to children .

Worst service provided by anajappar, valasarawakkam. No one pick up call also to complaint. Does not deserve even a single star. Better change attitude or lose in a very competitive world.

Quality & quantity was very poor. Service was very pathetic, in our dine in hours we ordered for meals & got them in our table without side dishes, even after asking multiple times, they didn't serve the side dishes, finally at the time of finishing our lunch, they brought the Appalam .

Good and really tasty food. Excellent place for Family and Friends to dine out. Tried their Non Veg Meals in afternoon which was tasty with gravy of different curries including chicken and Mutton.

For 4 food we waited for 2 hrs. Every order I need to approach the waiter/ service boy to remind them our order is waiting. Even one scoop of ice cream takes them 20 mins. Taste: most foods are cold and if required they will reheat and give you. Worst service and food quality. PS : No parking space for Cars(Less numbers of Bike space available) need to walk long after parking car on side of road.

Only Anjappar in Chennai still worth going for eating. Food quantity and quality are good. Taste is Good. More people can be occupied. Service will be optimal. Drawback is lack of hotel parking space. Have to park on roadside.

Yesterday we friends went there for Lunch as you see in the picture it is one of the dish we ordered. This plate of fish they giving for 240rs we asked them many times finally they gave us 4 pieces extra and the tastes and smells exactly like a older we both got stomach upset because of their worst quality of food don't go there when you want to taste a good food with ur frinds and family . We are wondering how they become a brand worst experience

Worst place for food don't go there no ac is there. They treat customer as a beggars. At the time we went with there is only one table fan is there available for the entire hotel no good ambience maintained there worst place they are just cheating in the name of anjappar

The cost paid for the food at Anjapper did not match the quantity received. The portion size was disappointingly small, and the overall value for money was not reasonable. Considering this, I am inclined to avoid choosing this hotel in the future.
