bad
experience
I
had
in
hotel
kannappar
porur
branch
....its
around
2.pm
of
saturday...ordered
plain
briyani,
mutton
biryani
and
grill
chicken
....first
they
given
plate
for
us
to
eat
but
we
have
ignored
the
plate
and
asked
for
banana
leaf
however
server
said
we
dont
have
banana
leaf,
so
we
accepted
that
however
plate
was
fully
oily
and
not
cleaned
well
it's
like
swiped
with
dirty
clothe.....then
we
raised
complain
after
2
minutes
they
bought
banana
leaf?
..then
the
order
food
was
delivered
to
our
place
and
when
we
touch
the
food
it's
like
very
chill
and
taste
of
chicken
briyani
and
mutton
briyani
are
same
like
brinji
rice
then
they
added
some
bone
mutton
piece
...and
really
a
bad
taste
then
after
5
mins
they
bought
me
grill
chicken
..uffff
fed
up
of
eating
the
grilled
chicken
..why
bcoz
chicken
was
very
rubbery
and
feel
like
not
a
fresh
grill
so
I
kept
all
the
pieces
in
plate
itself......then
again
complained
about
the
food
chillness..
at
that
moment
itself
server
taken
foods
Nd
and
provided
within
5
mins
...we
realised
they
fried
the
briyani
in
kadai....!!!
Guys...when
we
complain
to
the
person
who
is
sitting
in
cash
counter...his
answer(new
chef
is
cooking
so
only
this
taste
and
bad
experience)
only
this
answer
🤬
and
we
paid
of
600
for
this
tasteless
and
worthless
food
.....😐main
point
to
be
added
....in
this
corona
issue...they
haven't
provided
sanitizer
and
no
temperature
checking
then
MAINLY
NO
CLEANLINESS
in
hand
washing
place🤮
....
