Taste was good. We loved the non veg kebab platter, but the portion size could have been better for the asking price. We went on a Sunday, so the place was heavily crowded and the food was delayed but the staff was courteous which made the visit a pleasant experience.

I would give it a 4.5 but I could not so I'm just let you know - I didn't enjoy the Biryani much but everything else was on point. Service was superb on a Sunday :) Definitely recommend the paneer tikka! Lovely ambience

I had lunch at Salt with a friend on Sunday. The space provides a decent enough Ambience. We ordered Bread and Gravy. Tables were placed close by each other and the place felt a little congested. However the table and seats where spacious. We sat in table for 4. I was bit disappointed with the Service since when we visited the place was quite crowded and there was just one man running around taking orders. I also felt there was a considerable amount of delay to bring the food to the table. If you are Forum Mall and have no time to go out and explore then definitely this would be your go to place.

Food is decent and could have been much better. I heard that once it used to be a famous place for lunch and dinners, but I feel the taste of food can be improved much better

Very good ambience and the taste of the foods are really good. The customer service is also good. The restaurant is not too crowded durin weekdays. We can also reserve a table. During weekends, do reservation for safer side. The price of the foods are quite higher than other restaurant. They accept Both cash and cashless payments.

Peppy paneer tikka sizzler was good but the quantity was bit limited compared to the price. Ordered a mushroom starter dish that tasted excellent. The rest of the main course tasted good too. They had included service charge in the bill, however upon asking to remove, they politely did that, without making any trouble unlike in some places.

Paneer Makhani cost around Rs 525 , even cheap fast food hotel can cook better paneer Makhani @150rs or even less price Peas pulav , I never tasted such bad pulav in my life, raw smell and uncooked Too expensive, very less quantity and quality too They do additional service charge @10%, please be aware of there cheating , u can claim back the service charge. I missed to claim.Infact I paid tips too In the bill , they smartly mentioned is claimable. Charcoal chicken kabab, half cooked and raw, cost u 575 Rs, better eat in roadside kabab shop for 5 times Chilli potato, it's a normal french fries with some sauce and honey. Worst experience, and too expensive

Very Costly restaurant... As name of the restaurant, they added lots of Salt in all the dishes.. very salty soup. kebab platter only tastes good but not worth for 800 rupees.. chicken biriyani full of Salt.. never recommend at all.. 2 stars for the ambience alone..

Food is Kinda ok, Good ambience. But Extremely expensive... All starters are Rs.300+ and quantity is very less. Fried rices and other main courses are at Rs.350+ Avg wait time for food to be served: 20 mins. Avg. Cost for couple : Rs. 1000

Good place to have a nice dinner. For family with kids they have 2 special isolated tables - kind of cool. Dishes were yummy and presented well. One of the very few options for a restaurant type dining in Nexus mall. Worth the money !!!

Food was all good and tasty but had a bad experience this time with the quality and hygiene in preparation. Was and is a great place but now the quality has gone down a lot compared to the early days. Hope you guys get back to normal soon.

Taste of food is definitely very good but at a high price. Must try resturant. Don't get shocked with the price. Few points to note 1. Service charge of 10% will be charged on your bill, beware of it. 2. Water bottle with an MRP of INR 20 will be billed at INR 60. During my last visit, veg clear soup was very salty after complaining they waived off the cost in the bill. Staffs are friendly.

Mango day spring, malai broccoli and prawns starter were nice. But, the biryanis can definitely be better. Though they were not bad but they definitely didn’t taste like Hyderabadi as the name said. Also, the prices are really high compared to the quantity that they provide. Ambience was really nice.

Beautiful place, very neat and clean and tidy, well maintained. Hygiene wise also very much maintained, they take care of their customer very well, staff will behaved, their hot and Sour chicken soup is worth the try, worth visiting second time.

The restaurant is way overpriced for the quality of food are especially service. They also charge 10 % service charge so be careful. Waiters and other management staff absolutely don't care if something is going wrong or not. All in all, a horrible dine experience.

Salt restaurant located in Forum, reason behind specifying the location is because of the costing of all meals! Although the menu is average and food taste is also average! But the cost is quite more for a regular meal. Ambiance - Good (Of course) located inside the mall Food - Average Menu - Average Cost - Overpriced

Got back here to relive my memories. Service and food were absolutely amazing. Do try their dragon chilli paneer, yeral milagu perattal and Karaikudi kebab and jamoon cheese cake, absolutely the best!!! Please skip their ghilli biryani.

The place is nice. A calm ambience. But it was crowded. The food is nice. The starters are the best. There were few staffs. I think on account of covid. But still the food made me ignore all the delays on account of it. Overall : Food is nice. The place is good. #don’t waste food

Best restaurant in Forum Vijaya mall. Never disappointed with their taste and presentation...best place for family & team outings. Today tried egg biriyani... So juicy...Eggs cut in to 4 pieces tossed in Yum masala ... Biriyani was so good delicious and the rice quality was top notch. The. Tried Chocolate brownie sizzler... Simply superb. It looked like cup cake in the place of brownie..but tasted so yum and the cake was so soft and melting along with chocolate sauce.

Honey Chilli Potato tasted as if French fries were coated in sauce and not crispy at all. The portion of Tangra Chilli Paneer was too small given the price and lacked smokiness.

Lasooni Paneer Methi Mutter was tasty as hell. And the stuffed Kulcha especially the one with Paneer stuffing was the best. I was afraid about the price and taste. But, I tried it and found it to serve close to authentic Punjabi taste.

We went for a team lunch for a buffet First they served soup and starters Soup is not good Starters both veg and non veg is good but not much options only chicken fish fingers in veg only panner cauliflower 65 and honey potato Main dish Chicken briyani needs to improve Non /pulka is good but side is very subtle For dessert only kulfi and 🍨 with brownie No varieties in dessert and fruits Definitely they need to improve

Had Prawns & Fish Starter and Egg Biriyani. While the starters were good, the Biriyani is no different from what you'll get from roadside shops. The thing that pisses me off about this place is the total lack of service. And the place was empty apart from couple of other diners and not even a rush hour or a day. If this is the kind of service that they deliver during a normal weekday, I hate to imagine how it is when it is crowded. The audacity to charge for service is there with this pathetic service. Also, the quantity served is definitely not worth the high prices. Give this place a skip. There are a lot of other places where you can spend more and get better service and food.

An overpriced okaish restaurant. The food is just fine, service is prompt and ambience is good enough. It is just another fine dining restaurant without any soul to it. The whole vibe is like a bleak visage of winter. If you are not in a mood, you can and go and eat. However, if you are looking for a unique experience, it is better to stay away.

I recently visited your “Salt” restaurant in Forum Mall, and I regret to inform that my experience was far from satisfactory. The dishes served were excessively salty, making them nearly inedible. The taste was unpleasant, and despite the extended waiting time, the quality and quantity of the food did not justify the high prices. The overall dining experience was marred by subpar service, further diminishing the value for the money spent. I wanted to bring these concerns to attention in the hope that improvements can be made to enhance the dining experience for future patrons. As a customer, I believe in constructive feedback and trust that they will take the necessary steps to address these issues.

Came here after around 10 years..the food is tasty and the spread is satisfying and ambience is quiet and nice. We orderes the table buffet and went away full..only problem was some food in the plates got wasted as buffet was served. Otherwise experience was soul satisfying

Went to this place for a team lunch. We expected to be surprised for the charge they levy on the dishes they serve. Truly disappointed by the taste and the service. I don't recommend. I still wonder how this shabby and saddened place exists.

Over priced.. taste wise i have 2 different experience sometimes it will be good and some times u will feel not worth for the money we pay. Kindly avoid bottle water they will charge double the price NOTE: Service charges will be mentioned in a hidden way as scr . But they will recall the charges if we are not interested MUST TRY: all tandoori starters during weekends

Allepey Prawns + Coconut rice, Lucknow Saffron Butter Chicken, Elaneer Payasam, Chettinas Prawn pepper, were the best dishes we ordered, absolutely delectable and a great treat to our taste buds. Thanks Abhisek for serving us.

Good ambience, taste, quality and quantity with very nice presentation of the dishes. All the dishes we tried tasted pretty good. Esp, I vote full mark for Brocolli kebab. Also, the biryani and fried rice varieties are too good. Something to appreciate about the rice quality. Definitely a must try place.

We have been eating at Salt for the past 10 years or so. Everytime the experience is the same. Good food, great taste, courteous staff, warm ambience. Its a perfect place to hang out with family and absolutely baby friendly. I always prefer the enclosed seating towards the window as it gives a little privacy compared to other tables. The restroom is also clean. Non Veg food tastes equally good as the Veg varieties. Must place to dine in if you visit Forum Mall. The prices are a little too much though.

Starters and soups were amazing, charcoal kebab : very tender and less greasy , Nice ambience and knowledgeable staffs , but my Biriyani rice was warm outside but the chicken was cold and dry , so it's reheated in a MW. Quality in overall is OK!

A Great Quality food with unlimited Value for Money. Salt Indian Restaurant comes with good quality preparation food with great taste A mix of sweet, spicy and salty kind of Both Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian Dishes. Butter Chicken Lollipop an unforgettable dish special spicy taste and all menus we went as a team and enjoyed a lot, except hot chocolate with Sizzling Brownies which requires improvements. A Sunday we enjoyed with a great stuff and nice quality food where we spent time and if you have time please do sure to visit and rate that restaurant.
